Hotel vicini a El codav a Santo Domingo

L'ambiente dell'hotel è buono, la posizione è anche molto vicina al mare, la colazione è grande, il riposo notturno è tranquillo e non c'è rumore.

Questo è un hotel davvero fantastico e bello. Il colazione giornaliera è nutriente (una miscela di prezzo Dominicano e Americano: mango, salami, uova, frutta, buon caffè e succo fresco sgrassato). Il personale è molto bello e la camera (Ho una Colonia Re) ha un'acqua calda, molto pulita e ha un forte AC. Puoi anche creare il tuo Netflix, Amazon Prime o Disney. Zola Colonial ha molto da offrire con grandi ristoranti e tutto è a piedi di distanza. Uber è anche familiare con la posizione. Si offre anche un pick-up dall'aeroporto, ma è necessario e-mail (40 USD per un corrispettivo fisso) e paga il conducente - è molto bello. Quando torno a Santo Domingo, andrò qui. Mi sentivo in salvo a camminare in qualsiasi ora del giorno (riconosco che sono un uomo) ma non ho visto alcuna molestia o misoginia. Ci sono i bodegas intorno e un grande cielo bar sopra il tetto. Non bevo al momento dell'alcol, ma il menu sembrava sorprendente (bevo Agua con gas e succo).

Il mio aggiornamento in SDQ è stato usato per riposare. Mi è piaciuto la mia stanza. Era pulita con tutte le attrezzature. Mi è piaciuto dormire per ore senza interruzioni. I membri del personale erano piacevoli e il servizio nel ristorante era veloce. L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto SDQ e è stato ideale per il mio layout.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars were it not for its restaurant menu. It seriously needs an overhaul - it is all over the place (asian, mexican, hamburgers etc..). Choices for room service are the same as the restaurant with no real ”sandwich” or snack option (everyone does not eat hamburger and fries). I don't want to eat with a fork and knife on the bed. Grill cheese and a soup would have been a nice offering. We don't all eat meat. Breakfast was typical buffet style with an egg station. Pricey for the offerings, not amazing. However, the staff, location, cleanliness and rooms were excellent!! My daughter and I felt very safe. The small pool area is lovely. The gym and sauna were also very clean - wish I had more time to use all of the offerings. We were here for a family reunion and getting to meet ups was so easy and fast. Uber is so cheap and they come quickly with no hassles. Malls and restaurants are all around this location. So many upscale as well small Cafe type restaurants within walking distance. I really enjoyed my short stay at this Holiday Inn.

La vista dalla finestra della camera, letteralmente affacciata sull'oceano, vale quasi da solo il costo neppure esorbitante di una notte in questo gradevole hotel sul Malecon di Santo Domingo. L'albergo è molto classico, con una bella piscina sulla terrazza sempre affacciata sul mare, camere abbastanza ampie, funzionali e tranquille, una palestra ed un paio di ristoranti con ampie vetrate sul mare, uno a la carte l'altro a buffet adibito anche per una colazione di buon livello. Devo dire che una breve e doverosa sosta nella bella capitale coloniale trova un'ottima soluzione in questo Catalonia in particolare in termini di rapporto qualità prezzo, davvero eccellente. E poi la vista, specie dalle camere site ai piani più alti è impagabile.

Stayed here as part of a medical service trip to the DR so we had 6 rooms for one night each at the beginning and end of the trip. We were welcomed with a warmth that is typical for the DR but there were a couple of problems on initial check in. Note that, like many hotels, not all rooms have two double beds and this was an issue for us, since our volunteers share rooms. This took some time and resulted in four of us being walked to another, nearby Hodelpa. Note that, even if you reserve a specific type of room, it pays to double check availability if this is important. There is a small, well managed parking lot at the hotel but the emphasis is on small. If you arrive by car, as we did, they will take your keys so they can move cars in and out of the tight space. There is a pay to park parking lot a couple of blocks away should the hotel spaces be full. The cost for this is nominal. Reception is airy and comfortable, with places for people to sit whilst other members check in. Once checked in, the rooms are accessed via a stairwell or a tiny elevator that reminds me of those one finds in Parisian hotels of a certain age. No room for more than 3 people, fewer with luggage. Also, the stairs seem to finish on the third floor despite there being rooms on the 4th! When you reach the top of the stairs on the third floor, you need to turn right, and double back on your self to find the stairs that lead to the 4th. Trust me, this is not intuitive! The rooms are functional but clean and comfortable. The bed in which I slept allowed for a great night's sleep and all was quiet which is a boon in SD which can be someone noisy especially in the evenings. I am not sure all rooms would be similarly quiet, but the street on which the hotel sits is relatively peaceful despite its proximity to the colonial center. Breakfast is provided and was excellent indeed. Plenty of choice and well staffed. There is a small patio area outside which is the pick of the available places to eat breakfast I reckon. Good choice of hot and cold foods were offered. Upon check out we were charged for eating a packet of ”Cheese-Its” from the room, which we had not consumed. One of the most annoying things in a hotel is having to argue you had NOT done something, especially taking things from the minibar, which I almost never do due to the high price of said items. I hate it when hotels make these phantom charges and, frankly, it happens about 30-40% of the time in hotels and necessitates an argument where one has to prove oneself innocent. Tiresome, even if it is only a few dollars each time. However, I would stay here again, it is a great base for the colonial center and very good value too.

Proprio accanto alla stazione della metropolitana, il traffico è conveniente.Ci sono buone visione e paesaggi nel bar del tetto?Il gilet è un apparecchio, e il letto sembra avere un certo tipo di microbi, che mi ha fatto un sacco di gilet

Greatest hotel experience in Santo Domingo. Good vibes starts from the check in with Jacinto and Jarlin which receive people with a nice welcome smile and kindness, they were very helpful with my requests. Breakfast area with all guys is amazing: Jessica, Franger, Henger, Rafaela, Julio Cesar, etc treat guest with a unique behavior. They really know the definition of customer care and service! And what about dinner at the restaurante,?Ramon and Luis give the best attention to customers, they are very kind and amazing person. STUNNING STAFF!!!

Au vu des photos et avis, nous avons réservé 2 nuits pour visiter le quartier colonial et Saint Domingue. Mauvais surprise rien qu'en arrivant dans le secteur de l'hôtel, on aurait bien demandé au taxi de ne pas nous laisser là...mais bon aller, on rentre. Accueil sympa et lobby propre. Pour la chambre c'est autre chose, un box avec un hublot, un lit inconfortable et une salle de bain de 1.5 m carré, tellement petite qu'ils ont découpé la porte pour faire passer le bord du lavabo. Nous sortons, ça pue, c'est sale et on se fait agresser de toutes parts, franchement on ne se sent vraiment pas en sécurité, on fait vite fait les spots à voir et on rentre. Nuit horrible, hôtel bruyant et mal fréquenté, enfin sauf si vous voulez de la compagnie..., aboiements toute le nuit , odeurs... on n'a que très peu dormi ! Nous avions informé que nous ne resterions pas les 2 nuits , le gérant fait l'étoné et bien évidemment ne nous propose aucun dédommagement sur la seconde nuit payée..bref je pourrais continuer, mais ça n'en vaut pas la peine, aller ailleurs, j'en resterai là
