La sala da pranzo e la colazione erano spaziosi e avevano una buona varietà di cibi e frutta. La zona di raccolta non era sicura dopo l'oscurità a causa della riduzione della presenza della polizia. I stayed 3 nights in the so called executive single room. My room was of a decent size, with all the appropriate amenities including a chair, a table, etc. There was also a small balcony, which was a nice surprise. The balcony was overlooking the street, which ended to be relatively quiet (Saturday and Sunday felt pretty dead in this area though). The bathroom was also spacious, everything worked properly, with enough hot water and a proper water pressure. The room looked clean to me and there was no issues with housekeeping. I could tell that the room furnishings were worn out though, like old furniture, etc. It didn’t bother me much because of my short stay, but it was quite apparent nonetheless. A/C also looked old and it was a bit noisy. The buffet breakfast was adequate. It didn’t have a plenty of choices but it was OK for me. In terms of location, as you probably already know, it is very central. I walked to the hotel back from San Cristobal's Funicular Station (taking Uber there) and also walked everywhere. If you don’t like walking, then Uber is readily available in the area. Also, as I said earlier, keep in mind that this area is pretty dead on weekends. On weekdays the area comes to life and there are many restaurants next to the hotel that offer lunch menus. In terms of service I can’t say much because I barely asked for anything. But it seemed OK. Wi-Fi in my room was non-existing. This was a bad experience. But I suspect it was because of my room’s location. Otherwise Wi-Fi worked OK on the floor or in other places. The hotel also charges for everything, even for a bottled water in your room that is there on your arrival. All in all, not a bad experience. I am giving 4 stars but it is more like 3.5 stars review. I would recommend it for a short stay.

Il personale era estremamente utile e parlava inglese. La stanza era molto bello, comodo e tranquillo. La colazione era meravigliosa con server e menu scelte piuttosto che un buffet. La posizione sembrava un po 'fif - la nostra prima notte lì abbiamo camminato molti blocchi alla ricerca di un ristorante aperto, dal momento che il ristorante dell'hotel non si apriva fino a sette e abbiamo avuto fame. L'unica cosa che potevamo trovare è stato un ristorante cinese all'angolo, in mezzo a tutti i venditori di strada. Come ha detto un altro recensore, trovare l'hotel può essere un po' difficile, situato nel terzo piano di un edificio che ha negozi e una palestra nei primi due piani e non c'è segno. I can say the worst stay in my life. We arrived early in the morning after a night flight, we asked in advance if is possible to leave the luggage there, that's why we went directly there. When we arrived they asked if we want to do the procedures for checkin so we started them, but meanwhile a family arrived which seemed more important, because they were so focused on the new family that they didn't even told us about breakfast, or any kind of information - they remembered in the evening when we returned from diner that we were supposed to receive a welcome drink. We left for some breakfast in the city and some walking since the room was not ready. We came back earlier because it was cold and almost rainy so we wanted to wait in the reception( for an hour). When they finally gave us the room, the bed sheets were still wet and the room was freezing cold, we complained and after some running around they decided to give us another room or wait for the bed to be changed - we accepted the new room (we were so tired we even fell asleep on the sofa in the reception). I don't know if there were more than 3 rooms occupied. In the evening of our first day we received an email with some information, in that information was basically what they forgot to tell us at the checkin, like breakfast, and other details. In this email was mentioned about their restaurant that serves diner between 18.30 and 21.30, between Monday and Saturday, and a sandwich and salads bar that serves everyday. We decided next day to have diner at the hotel since we had to pack and go to bed early, we needed to wake up at 2.30 am in order to catch our flight. Well this didn't work out, apparently they don't have a restaurant, and I had to explain in a lot of different ways that we want to eat - the receptionists didn't speak english and we don't speak too well spanish. Also we saw that a wedding was having place in the garden - we were not noticed about it, and I am pretty sure we were the only guests in the hotel that didn't attend the event. The event didn't bother us, the garden was on the other side, but around midnight the guests started to go to their rooms and a lot of doors slamming and talking on the hallway, and the catering teams were gathering the stuff with the music from their cars at maximum volume, also slamming a lot of stuff like they were in a jungle not in a hotel where people sleep. I had to go three times to the reception to complain until the receptionist told them to turn off the music, but the scandal continued anyway. After only one hour of sleep I asked for a refund for that night, but I understand the receptionist got probably only 10% of what I told her about not being normal to pay 150 USD for a 4* hotel and not being able to sleep because they organize events that they do not mention to their guests. I slept better in a tent in the middle of the forest during a storm!

Sono rimasto qui per 7 giorni in totale oltre 3 prenotazioni mentre ero a Santiago per voli a Rapa Nui, l'Atacama e Torres del Paine NP. Ogni soggiorno è stato fantastico. Perché? Beh, prima di tutto, a differenza del luogo originale che ho prenotato quando sono arrivato a Santiago, che si è aperto a mentire sulla qualità del loro wifi (quasi funzionava anche sul loro desktop front!), Questo posto ha WiFi che funziona effettivamente che hanno provato dopo che ho dovuto chiamarli e confermare che lo ha fatto prima di dover prendere un taxi. Una volta, anche se avevo prenotato solo un'ora prima, mi sono aggiornato in una grande stanza per le mie prime 2 notti con un mini frigo (tutte le camere hanno), tutto il personale era utile, tutti parlavano buon inglese, che era utile, perché il mio spagnolo è marginale. Il colazione era molto buono e avevano favolosi pasticcerie e torte. La posizione è in realtà grande e molto conveniente, a destra di un supermercato e di alcuni ristoranti, vicino al metro, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla Plaza de Armas. Il kicker (e perché ho mantenuto la prenotazione dopo il mio primo soggiorno) è che è circa 5 minuti a piedi fino alla fine della linea di autobus ”Centro Aeropuerto” diretta all'aeroporto-in ogni modo ho pagato circa $2 per tornare e uscire dall'aeroporto 5 differenti tempo in circa 30-45 min. Salvo un tonnellata di soldi di taxi. Capisco che questo non è un hotel super moderno in un quartiere di alta scala come BellaVista, ma tutte le strutture erano lì e in generale, Le camere sono molto spaziose e ben progettate. In breve, questo era il luogo perfetto per me per andare intorno a Santiago e all'aeroporto. E il prezzo, incluso il colazione, è molto generale. Così felice che il mio primo hotel non finisse lavorando alla fine.

O café da manhã é servido até às 10h e é bem farto, conta com variedades de frutas, cereais, pães, frios, ovos e linguiça. Os funcionários são bem receptivos e atenciosos. Eles disponibilizam uma marmitinha de café da manhã (sache de café, chá,fruta, sanduíche, iogurte) para que você possa levar no dia dos passeios, basta solicitar até as 21h na recepção. A região realmente não é boa mas o hotel conta com seguranças a disposição caso precise esperar algum uber ou taxi do lado de fora. Foi bem tranquilo pedir carros de aplicativo tanto durante o dia quanto durante a noite. Próximo ao hotel há uma estação da Turbus (estação alameda) e tem um metrô do outro lado da rua
