酒店價格不菲，但是房間不大沒有浴缸且沒有麪海的景色，大部分錢都是交在這個地理位置和精緻裝修上。酒店停車也是要錢的，各項服務沒有啥免費提供的，所以七七八八算下來7、8千一晚的酒店真的沒什麼性價比可言。 當然也是有點歷史和設計感的，確實不少有錢人住，但如果想真正享受有錢人的感覺，最好得訂超過一萬一晚的房間，否則你會跟我一樣後悔錢扔水里了。 不要說我窮酸沒見世麪，我搬出去在聖巴巴拉downtown也住了，LA等其他地方都住了，沒有對比沒有傷害。衹能說不嫌錢多可以住，畢竟還是豪華酒店，不會不舒服，衹是你那點小錢買不來高貴，別跟我一樣被小紅書推銷給迷了眼就行。

When researching hotels in Santa Barbara, The Simpson House Inn appeared to be the perfect place to stay. Incredible reviews; voted second best hotel in Santa Barbara with a central location. We were very excited for our upcoming stay. I read a couple of the 0-1star reviews but thought; you always get a few bad reviews! However, having since finished our 2 night stay, I wish I had taken the bad reviews seriously as I feel that the majority were both fair and accurate. We felt the Simpson House Inn was a huge disappointment. First off, I would like to state that the grounds were lovely and lived up to the images and reviews. A small complaint (but something we feel you would expect from a 5 star hotel) the cushions on the loungers and chairs were left out at night, therefore in the morning they were always damp with dew and covered in cobwebs and unusable until they dried. When we checked in, there is no help with the luggage to take it upstairs. Again small issue but something I feel you would expect from a 5 star rated hotel. Our room was small, dark and very outdated. Everything creaked and it smelt very damp, it reminded me of an antique centre. The shower in our room was either freezing or boiling. It was clean, however could do with a good dusting. The location is ok. It’s a 10minute walk to the top of state street. And a 40min walk to the pier and funk zone. But, I would not say it was totally central. The afternoon wine tasting and afternoon tea were lovely! However, the gourmet breakfast was very basic and the service incredibly lacklustre. There is no staff on site after 9pm other than a next door caretaker. I personally, found the staff to be unapproachable and cold and not 5 star service. It felt very much that they just wanted to take your money and then to be left alone. Overall, in my opinion The Simpson House Inn is a B&B and not a 5 star hotel. I’m am incredibly surprised as to why they have such great reviews and are considered a 5 star hotel. I would not stay again nor recommend The Simpson House Inn.

Le strutture sono un po'vecchie, la stanza è un po'piccola, l'ambiente è buono, il servizio è anche molto buono, anche gli animali sono amici, il cane è molto conveniente, il personale di servizio ama i cani.L'hotel è molto grande, vicino alla spiaggia, ci sono molte strutture di intrattenimento, la spiaggia è anche molto pulita.Camminare alla spiaggia è molto conveniente. L'unica carenza è che la stanza dell'hotel è un po'piccola, forse per un lungo tempo, e le strutture sono un po'vecchie.

Il resort era bellissimo, la stanza era confortevole e pulita, e abbiamo portato il nostro ritratto d'oro e per lui era un soggiorno molto piacevole. La posizione è abbastanza vicina ai negozi e ai ristoranti dello Stato di St., ma abbastanza lontana da essere pacifica e non troppo piena. Abbiamo mangiato in tutti i diversi ristoranti e ogni volta siamo stati così delusi dalla qualità dei cibi e i prezzi sono stati astronomici. Non mi importa di pagare molto per un buon cibo, ma questo cibo era peggio di quello che faccio a casa e non sono un buon cuoco! Mia figlia ha ordinato il roll di lobster al The Set e era terribile. $30 in basso. Abbiamo fatto colazione a The Roundhouse e l'avocado era fuori dal miglio. Poi abbiamo provato a pranzo a Terraza del Mar - ho avuto un insalata di pollo Cesar e mia figlia una torta di poke. L'insalata era una miscela di cola e pollo, questo era. La sua bolletta di poke non aveva il riso che doveva avere e era orribile, non poteva avere più di un paio di pezzi. Rimanerei al resort, ma non mangiare mai più in nessuno dei loro ristoranti. Meglio andare a Doordash o mangiare fuori proprietà.

Sono andato a Kimpton per bere, cena e persino una cena privata al tetto con un evento di compagnia. Ho prenotato 2 camere a Kimpton, 1 camera premium e 1 suite. Il pro - grande posizione, zona tranquilla, si è sentito sicuro, molti ristoranti, caffè e altre cose si sta spostando. L'hotel ha un'ora felice ogni giorno dove offrono vino gratuito - non può andare male. Le camere sono date, ci sono state detto che tutte le camere sono state ristrutturate .. erano polveri, e non si sono sicuri quando i pavimenti sono stati ultimamente puliti. Pro suggerimento chiedere le mutandine, e tu proteggerai i piedi, ma quelle mutandine saranno sporche. Abbiamo trascorso un po' di tempo alla piscina, non c'è servizio di piscina, non c'è modo di bere, quindi essenzialmente, si deve fare il viaggio verso l'hotel, non conveniente se siete bagnati. Infine, ho cercato di ordinare servizio in camera, il ristorante non era occupato, ma ero in prigione per 10 minuti .. finalmente andato giù, ordinato dal menu servizio in camera che era sul loro sito ... solo per avere l'arrivo del cibo e era diverso. Sembra che il menu sul sito non sia stato aggiornato. Il cibo era solo ok ... checkout non era migliore, non importa come si fermano, o se abbiamo avuto qualche feedback. In generale, per i soldi spesi, per 2 camere, per 5 notti, ci sono modi migliori di opzioni in e intorno a Santa Barbara.

La posizione è assolutamente meravigliosa. La bicicletta / cammino è a pochi minuti a piedi dall'hotel, proprio lungo la spiaggia. Ci è un piccolo negozio di prodotti alimentari circa 5 minuti a piedi su S Milpas St, così conveniente. Molti posti grandi da mangiare a piedi (1 miglia) o a un giro breve. Non ho mangiato all'hotel. La stanza era pulita ma i bagni non erano riempiti, e i miei stupidi occhiali non erano stati lavati o sostituiti. Per l'etichetta di prezzo, avrei aspettato che fosse. Il condizionamento in camera era grande, tranquillo, facile da regolare.La squadra di front desk era molto amichevole e conosciuta. La mia gente preferita era la squadra di Valet. Era divertente parlare con loro, molto a terra e hanno fatto il loro lavoro bene.Parcheggio valet è $26.00 / notte. Non ho visto quel prezzo da nessuna parte quando ho prenotato.

Ho avuto il tempo più bello di rimanere qui. Il servizio era fantastico. Il personale è così amichevole e gentile. La posizione è ideale e non posso aspettare di tornare per un'altra visita
