Hotel a Santa Barbara, Stati Uniti d'America

Attenzione alle tariffe nascoste con questo hotel. Durante il mio soggiorno a Santa Barbara, ho deciso di tagliare il mio soggiorno a causa di un evento “atmosferico” . Notizie locali indicano che questo sarà un evento catastrofico. Quando mi sono recata, mi è stato detto che una penale di un giorno sarebbe stata valutata per un cambiamento della durata del soggiorno. Anche se un membro di un mondo di Hyatt, controllo attentamente le penali legate all'annullamento, ecc. Non si è fatto menzione di un checkout precoce. Si pensa che, con un evento catastrofico che si avvicina, il personale dell’hotel avrà un po’ di compassione e flessibilità per rinunciare alla pena di cambiamento nascosto. Il senso comune versi margine di profitto sarebbe apprezzato da questo hotel.

L'ambiente è molto buono, la stanza è anche molto pulita e igienica. Il servizio della signorina Reception è anche molto buono. Inoltre, la piscina gratuita può essere utilizzata gratuitamente per gli ospiti. L'hotel è molto grande

Il servizio del personale del negozio è buono, offrendo attivamente nuovi panini e lavanderia.La stanza è anche molto pulita, le strutture sono fondamentalmente complete, il caffè caldo nella sala può portare animali.

Love this hotel very much. It's big with comfortable bed pillows and kitchenette. A nice balcony with a fountain too. Parking was free that's a plus! Opposite a supermarket and a street delicious tacos so very happy. Only problem is the cold tiles they use on the floor which is uncomfortably sticky and also the sound proofing was very bad, the noise of cleaning, luggages going over the tiles outside of our room is pretty annoying. Might consider coming back.

Where do I start? When the two of us arrived for the 3 PM check-in, there was a note at the desk that someone would return in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, someone finally arrived and we were able to check in. The room was fairly clean (which is why I give it a 2 instead of a 1). It had a microwave and refrigerator that worked. There was a bare minimum of towels: one hand towel, two bath towels and washcloths, and one floor towel. There was a rack to hang clothes (not a closet) and a desk with a phone. The beds were firm and springy, but not terribly uncomfortable. There was a single electrical plug on the shared nightstand. Now, the negatives.While there was the single plug on the nightstand, that was it. There were no other options for plugging in electronics for charging unless it was at the desk or in the bathroom. It had a coffee maker with no cup, pot, coffee, or any of the other things needed to actually make coffee. There is no breakfast (as advertised). While there was an ice bucket, there was no plastic liner; one must apparently assume that these are sanitized (or use the trash can liner instead). The room was really too small for the two beds. One was up against the window A/C/heat unit (which was smelly and loud and was not used beyond turning it on to discover the smell and noise); the other allowed a 12-inch walkway into the small area containing the desk and hanging rod. The bathroom soap felt like a pumice bar and had to be rubbed vigorously to get the slightest of lather with the rock-hard water. The worst things? The water never got over 100 degrees, even when turned all the way to hot for a 10-minute shower, and there was no place to hang any towels. None. Not only that, there was no housekeeping to replace the used towels. One or the other needs to be a part of any stay. It was not what a 2.5-star experience should be.

La mia famiglia è rimasta a Pacifica Suites per una nittina, mentre eravamo in macchina per 12 ore a partire da Arizona alla fine di gennaio. Vorrei solo leggere le recensioni prima. Ho soggiornato in questo luogo numerose volte mentre le mie ragazze hanno partecipato all'UCSB. E'uno che mi ha sempre detto che era la gemma nascosta, che è sciocca, che ha un odore e che si è svuotato. Hanno lasciato andare. Ho tirato fuori il rotolo e aveva dei pacchetti di bar di dolce e il letto chiaramente non era cambiato. Hanno pagato 10 dollari per il parcheggio quando c'erano solo 5 auto nel loto. La prima stanza che ci hanno messo in prigione è un odore di merda. Mio marito, che non si lamenta mai, ci ha trovato un'altra stanza e era così cattiva. Vorrei poterle dare stelle zero.

Buona posizione, parcheggio gratuito, piscina e jacuzzi termale, camera e reception sono migliori del Motel medio. La colazione fornita durante l'epidemia è un po' più semplice, solo il caffè è caldo, nemmeno il pane o il tostapane!

L'hotel è vicino alla vecchia chiesa, la corte è vicina; quindi il prezzo sarà più economico a 15 minuti dalla strada offshore. Ci sono parcheggi gratuiti, anche conveniente; cibo intorno; un ristorante francese, vale la pena raccomandare Il negozio è pulito e pulito, ma non offre colazione, non c'è microonde, e tutti gli altri dispositivi sono completi

A very special memory and trip spent at this perfect hotel, the courtyard with pool and bamboo trees was memorable, the room was very clean and next to 711 very close by, and the house was very convenient with amenities such as microwave fridge. Will take my family back if I have the chance.
