Hotel vicini a Historic Peralta House a San Leandro

I chose this location because it was a Hilton and it was located near primarily the airport as well as other locations to dine and shop. Upon arrival Melissa at the front desk was very pleasant and professional. We had arrived early rooms were not immediately ready. Melissa volunteered to keep our luggage as she checked with Kim in Housekeeping to determine if any rooms were available that suited our requested needs for check-in. Not sure if this is a fair complaint as I did not report the problem until after checking out. The drain of the bathroom sink did not function very well. While washing your hands, face or brushing your teeth, the water in the basin backed up and created a pool of waste water from the hygienic activity being conducted. Ugh! The bathtub drain worked fine. For me, this begs the question, if the basin is being washed between guests, shouldn't the person cleaning the bathroom notice this problem and report it to the Maintenance team? Apparently there is a lack of communication within the departments that would have prevented this disgusting experience for the guests. I reported the problem via phone to Kayla, the professional and congenial overnight Front Desk person, shortly after checking out. All the team members we encountered were professional, friendly and helpful! Melissa at check-in took our needs into consideration, spoke with Kim in Housekeeping who confirmed that a room suited to our reservation request was available. Both ladies were very happy to be able to accommodate us! We had just returned from a cruise at the San Francisco pier and had a day layover prior to flying out from Oakland Airport. We did not have a car so we needed the Complimentary Shuttle Service to transport us to a few places as well as the airport for an early morning departure. The primary Shuttle Driver is Bernie. Bernie was professional, kind, and a wealth of information about things to do and places to go in the area of the Oakland/San Leandro Hilton. Bernie is a safe driver and an outstanding Ambassador for Hilton! Thank you very much Bernie! Melissa as well as the other Front Desk staff informed us that the Complimentary Shuttle hours are limited, but they would contact and pay for a Lyft or an Uber vehicle to get us to the airport for our early morning departure. Awesome! Worked like a charm and we left the hotel at 4:00AM for our 6:00AM flight. The Team members who staffed the Front Desk in the evenings were outstanding as well. Melissa had provided us with some information about dining options when the restaurant in the Hilton was closed, as well as did the wonderful Front Desk evening team. The ladies were professional and cheerful. I apologize for not being able to share the names of the four ladies we encountered working the evening shift during our stay. We also had a drink at the Hilton Garden Inn restaurant and bar. Again, the area appeared very clean and well lit. The lady who served us was pleasant

Sono rimasto qui poche volte e non ho mai avuto problemi con la TBH. Il Front Desk è benvenuto e molto utile. Non ricordo il nome delle ragazze, ma è giovane e molto carina, comunque, era molto paziente con me dopo avermi controllato fuori e mi ha controllato subito. L'hotel ha preso un paio di soldi per ritrovare il mio conto, ma era disposta a lavorare qualcosa per me.Una cosa che vorrei che questo hotel avesse avuto è un po' di salsa di bacon e uova per il loro colazione mattina.

Solo il problema è che hai bisogno di più lavastoviglie sulla proprietà. Ero stanco di andare all'altra lavastoviglie dopo che il 1 vicino alla nostra stanza era stato utilizzato. Il personale era fantastico e utile. Il personale del ristorante era anche eccellente per il colazione.

L'hotel in sé non è male, ma la qualità degli ospiti è troppo scarsa. Nel cuore della notte, ci sono più di un lancio nella stanza. Nel cuore della notte, il motore romba e rumori forti e musica sono entrati nel parcheggio. Per il gusto di farlo, posso solo segnare zero punti per la loro qualità

In tutta onestà, l’hotel stesso è un viaggio per essere all’interno, ma non sapevo se la nostra auto sarebbe stata licenziata dalle sue parti, come tutte quelle che erano direttamente fuori dalle porte. C'era un tiro vicino a questo, e'divertente, il personale era amichevole, non avevano nessuna delle persone più facili da affrontare, ma erano persone sorprendenti. Sarebbe un ottimo hotel se non fosse per la zona circostante, l'ascensore fosse difficile, e alcuni di noi hanno visto qualcuno essere arrestati per divertimento.

Un soggiorno molto felice dell'hotel è situato in una piccola città vicino a San Francisco. La piccola città è tranquilla e bella. La costa lontana può essere vista fuori dalla finestra dell'hotel. Ci sono molti buoni negozi vicino all'hotel. La strada di soggiorno è un buon posto.

We stayed here one night while passing through the Oakland area. Hotel is right across the street from a Golfland Fun Park and is easy to miss as there are a lot of businesses surrounding it. Outside parking is limited, as the property is not very big, but they do have an underground parking garage as well. Room was good size and no issues with the plumbing or TV. Maintaining room temperature control via the automatic thermostat was challenging as we could not get it to properly cool on Fan-only mode and had to deal with the noisy A/C cycling on and off. WiFi service was poor, at least in our 1st floor room, and we both gave up after trying to establish a consistent signal at night. As noted, the hotel is in a fairly busy area and does not have much in the way of greenery or trees. The COVID-inspired continental breakfast was miserable with only pastries and bananas available, plus a juice machine. The large breakfast nook area was cleared of all tables and chairs to insure no one sat down. At least the coffee machine was available 24 hours, but otherwise this was a big disappointment. Also, breakfast didn't start until 7 AM, so early risers need not apply. Fortunately, there are several fast food places nearby, but the hotel should not be advertising their breakfast as a selling point. Outdoor pool was small and not very appealing.

Rimasi una notte dopo il nostro volo dal Regno Unito a San Francisco. Il letto era molto comodo, il ricevitore molto amichevole e la posizione era perfetta per il nostro percorso verso Yosemite. Raccomanderò a chiunque.
