I pulsanti dell'ascensore sono i peggiori. Non funziona sempre correttamente e devi premere due o tre volte. La camera è piccola, i panorami... non aspettatevi molto. Bagno, doccia, spazio così stretto e scomodo. Il design della lobby è fantastico. Cibo così così

Feeling very disappointed at very beginning, when we arrived at hotel front desk around 14:40, a male receptionist without checking our name or the system telling me that they are fully booked, and checkin starts at 15:00, then when a Korean couple arrived they checked-in successfully, so I went to him, he said because they are member, and the attitude weren't good. So, I argued that I'm hotelier, so I know how system and procedure would be like, asking him without checking in Opera or their system and the room type booked, he already know there's no room? and in 10 minutes will be a room available? And why cannt he do the registration first? his attitude shows that he's being ******! This first impression was very bad!
However the HSKP and call center service was very good, and deliver things we asked effeicently! Yet, the first impression ruined majority experience.
我们在办入住的时候遇到一个有****的韩国男生，我们到酒店是14：40左右，但是这个前台的男生连系统都没有查就告诉我们没有房，他们正常办理入住的时间是15：00，我自己作为在酒店工作的人看到这种很生气，因为本来是很理解同行的，就想着算了20分钟就不和他较劲了。但是转头一对韩国夫妇就办理了入住了，我就很生气，因为本身他的态度就很不好。我就气和他吵了一下，说流程不该是先看看有没有房，你都不知道我们订的什么房型，然后你告诉我十分钟后就能有房？这是想干嘛呢！
后面的入住体验还可以，打电话让送东西的和清洁都还挺好的，但第一印象很不好！所以能不住还是尽量不住这家酒店。

Not much around the hotel , one decent local restaurant, 7-11 & coffee bean and Starbucks. All catered for tourist or seems. Not much within walking distance to explore in the morning. Hotel itself was modern and new. Amenities have to be requested upon check in.

Their service just isn’t quite there. The breakfast book they is very overrated And expensive for the price it’s not a good buffet. The biggest disappointment was at 10 o’clock they start breaking everything down so breakfast essentially stops at 10 o’clock in all the hotels I’ve ever stayed that’s crazy. 2 elevator. They only have three elevators and during the night they have a club on the upper four and so it goes down to two elevators. I was on the 14th floor it took me ELEVEN MINUTES for the elevator.
3 The ground floor has a bar I come in to have one last beer and the bartender totally ignored me for close to 10 minutes so I left.
On a very positive note . My flight came in at 8 AM I arrived at the hotel around 930 check-in wasn’t until 12. They were kind enough to arrange things for me to check in much earlier I greatly appreciated that.
Most of the staff spoke very good English.
In the end they very much need to change the buffet and change the elevator system ridiculous to pay that amount of money to wait 11 minutes for an elevator. I am staying here for seven days

The location is perfect, 10 minute walk from bustling itaewon town. Lots of good restaurants and food nearby. Breakfast was amazing and although it's not buffet style I really like picking out different meal each day. Gym and indoor pool are first class but I think it's a bit cheeky to pay extra to use the sauna/hot spring and altitude pool which attracted me in the first place. Rooms are clean and well maintained with lovely coffee but a bit small considering the price. The bathroom also has a slip hazard as the towel does not fit under the shower door and the shower water overflows often. The salon downstairs was amazing, I just felt that the hotel was more style than substance.

From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted by an incredibly gorgeous hotel. Everything is beautifully designed from the lobby to the rooms. The rooms have all the necessary amenities to make it your home away from home, including amazing Malin + Goetz toiletries. Do note that they do not provide toothbrushes or razors for sustainability reasons but I do believe you can purchase them.
But best of all is the service! I arrived at the hotel around 11 am and the receptionist was kind enough to let me check-in early with no extra charge, which was much appreciated.
The location is not too bad too - short walks to the nearest metro line but the weather was kind to me during the trip so definitely take note of this if it's in the frigid winter or blazing summer.
Overall, had a great stay and it was truly a regret of mine to have not been able to stay much longer to enjoy the other facilities like the pool and gym. But best believe, I'll be back!
