Hotel in zona Comunidad Musulmana Ahmadía de Puerto Rico (Mezquita), San Juan

Non mi fermerò di nuovo. I letti erano abbastanza comodi, ma l'hotel è vecchio e ha bisogno di un lavoro serio. Non ci sono due piscine ma una e è piccola, vecchia e sporca. Il def non vale la tassa di ristorazione che riscuotano e la piccola piscina è l'unica comodità che hanno. Il colazione non è fino a pagare con Hilton e il def non vale $21 per persona. È quasi vale la tassa di aggiornamento di $6.95 come membro di diamante. Il personale del servizio frontale dell'hotel, quando ci siamo reclutati, era grande, ma il personale mattino del servizio e della zona del colazione erano rudi e non benvenuti. In generale non è una scelta ideale per un soggiorno a San Juan.

Dopo sei giorni di esperienza, la camera è particolarmente buona, ma i prodotti di lavaggio avida utilizzati sono di qualità molto pulita. La piscina della spiaggia dell'hotel è molto comoda. Molti bar e bar possono sempre mangiare al sole e bere e bere in cinque minuti di cammino dell'hotel nella zona commerciale del condado E'sorpreso che ci sia un buon cibo cinese.

This was our first stay in this newly renovated “sister”hotel to the Condado Plaza Hotel across the street. I can easily say that this was the best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed in. The location is just as you cross into the Condado section of San Juan heading east from the cruise ship terminals or at the end if heading from the airport (a $24 taxi ride). It’s a bit quieter than the heart of the Condado. The entire hotel is gleaming— a beautiful airy lobby that opens into the pool area, a breakfast restaurant, and a bar area. We lucked out on an upgrade to a high corner room with panoramic views of the ocean (picture attached) with a wrap around balcony. The room was nicely appointed and definitely upgraded from the previous property. This will be our new favorite when passing through San Juan on the way to adventures beyond. The only negative is the street noise on the side of the hotel but it was balanced by the view in my humble opinion— the view from the other side is of the lagoon also very nice.

The location is located at the center of Old San Juan. In front of Marmalade, one of the highly rated restaurants. Have 2 rooftops. Wish there are pools but its in old san juan so its hard to have that lol. but their rooftop is nice. Bar was not open tho. Maybe because it is off season. There is a 24 hour front desk which is good. Staffs are nice. I actually never had a complain.

Excellent location, next to a shopping center and several restaurants. Accessible to use taxi or Uber transportation. 8 minutes from another shopping center and 15 minutes from the capital area. Castillo San Felipe El Morro and Plaza las Americas shopping center.

Molto tempo per comunicare**** con i servizi al cliente ma buon servizio

Check-in venerdì e siamo stati accolti alla reception da Maribel! Ha dato a tutta la nostra festa un ottimo servizio clienti durante l'intero soggiorno insieme a Pedro. Rimangono con Embassy Suites ha superato le nostre aspettative. Non vedo l'ora di tornare nell'estate 2021!

This hotel was fine for a couple of nights’ stay before we departed for Vieques. I couldn’t believe the prices of hotels in San Juan, so I tried to get the biggest bang for my buck. Pros: free breakfast, food was fine. Free (limited selection) happy Hour, hor d’hoeurves were plantain chips and peanuts (no thank you). Fantastic shower with really hot water. Cons: needs updated carpets. A little funky smell abounds. And this might be really particular of me, but the reception is backwards and the layout of the hotel is weird. You don’t want a room at the end of the hall. 100-104 especially. The beds and pillows were average. The location is Meh. I would stay here again, but not for an extended time.
