The location is located at the center of Old San Juan. In front of Marmalade, one of the highly rated restaurants. Have 2 rooftops. Wish there are pools but its in old san juan so its hard to have that lol. but their rooftop is nice. Bar was not open tho. Maybe because it is off season. There is a 24 hour front desk which is good. Staffs are nice. I actually never had a complain.

The hotel is in the perfect location in Old San Juan. The rooms are clean and a perfect retreat after a long day exploring the city! Don’t miss the two roof terraces for some amazing views.

The hotel was wonderful and the location is the best. I walked to everything.

Excellent location in old San Juan, character hotel with old world charm and and a Casablanca theme that blends well with old Spanish architecture. The bath tub and hot tub terraces have patio furniture and turf that looks a little tired although the tubs themselves appear to be perfectly clean and well maintained. All in all I thought the price was high for what I received which was a room with no windows. I had no idea that my room would not have a window and would have expected a much lower price for that reason. I paid $350 Can per night.

Our room was pleasant but did not have a window. The desk staff was great,, helpful with my phone, luggage moving, and recommended a great restaurant for us vegans.

Nicely appointed, budget-conscious little boutique hotel on a quiet block amid Viejo San Juan's nightlife. Very close to great restaurants, the two forts, museums ... etc. Totally walkable. Our room was tiny, but it was nice. The big stone tubs on the roof of the North "Tower" were really fun. We had what we would consider an affordable 9.2 experience in the busy season.

Casablanca is a classic boutique hotel with a Moroccan flair. Friendly staff, cute restaurant especially upstairs with delicious food and great service. Convenient location within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The only glitch we had was that the room they gave us haven’t been cleaned yet when we arrived well after 4 pm. It was cleaned pretty quickly afterwards however.

Very eclectic vibe but interesting. Staff were pleasant but very casual both in dress code and attitude. Roof top terrace was a winner.

First visit to San Juan area, one night stay at CasaBlanca, absolutely loved. Staff helpful and patient, the decor and ability to walk the beautiful streets were a plus. Room 2-G N was very, very small however all we needed was a bed and bathroom which was what we got. We recommend staying here.

Enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious and clean but there was limited counter space in the bathroom. Very good and central location.

It was FREEZING in our room and we had no way to contact the front desk to find out how to adjust the thermostat or ask for a blanket. We were already in bed and there was no phone in our room. It was so cold, the floor was wet. Additionally, the AC unit had a light on it, way up in the air that left the room illuminated like daytime.

Loved the room. It was small to be sure, but it was comfortable and clean and had its own quirky charm. For the price, in old town San Juan, it was the perfect place. I’m unsure if they had a place to eat. We went down the street where there’s dozens of restaurants of every sort. What I loved about the restaurants nearby is there are no chains. Just block after block of mom and pop eateries ranging from true working class fare to almost fine dining. I certainly will check Hotel Casablanca the next time I go to San Juan. They’ll be my first pick.
