We had a couple of issues , one of the rooms had a person sitting in it (room 603) incredibly strange she had her luggage in hand like she was just chilling in there. It was 6pm by the time we got to the room so no excuse for a woman being in there - if the room was cleaned the keys should have been changed ? The service was good they got us a new room but it changed the vibe . Also when I was checking in the valet wrote the wrong name on the car so when I went to leave even though I had a ticket that matched my car they didn’t want to to give me the car causing me to be standing loading the car in the heat and unable to turn it on . I had to get a manager to get them to hand me the key with no apologies.  As a diamond member I always stay at Hilton’s and I hope this was just a one off experience but glad I only choose this location for one day of my stay. The food was also very low quality the salon had bones and the morning breakfast was equal to a low level continental breakfast .  Best parts - Starbucks , great views , kid friendly …maybe too kid friendly Worst parts - food overpriced - 2 star food eat local it tastes better Beach is very very covered in sea **** .

Good resort , on the beach. Convenient to snorkel from the hotel beach. The resort breakfast restaurant was under going renovations so they set the breakfast up in a makeshift meeting room. There is a Starbucks located within the building so regretted buying overpriced breakfast package. Parking is in the garage across the building, a little inconvenient. Valet parking is available though.

Great location where we could grab scooters and run out to explore when we didn’t want the hassle of parking our car down town.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This massive resort feels tired and worn but that is the least of the problems. The pool was completely unusable. It was FREEZING. You cannot get in it at all, it was as though they pumped in frigid water every night. On some extremely hot days during one of the busiest times of year, absolutely no one was in the pool. Everyone was complaining about it and my daughter was heartbroken because it was what she looked forward to the most and after maybe 5 minutes her lips were purple and she had to get out. Then, there was the "free" breakfast. It is only free if you are willing to wait on a line that is a mile long. People waited for almost an hour just to receive their promised free breakfast. We chose not to. The manager kindly gave us a credit after I complained but turned out that credit could only be applied to other resort restaurants that arent even open for breakfast! (in all fairness, after I complained about that as well, they applied the credit elsewhere). One of the elevators in our wing wasnt working- there was lines just to get on the elevator, nor was the ice machine or vending machine working. Despite the size of the resort, they didnt have the staff or resources to serve all of the guests- It was impossible to get a beach or pool chair, there was a long wait for room and pool service (I waited an hour for ceviche which isnt even cooked), and on our last day they suddenly implemented a bag search policy which resulted in a line just to get to the pool/beach area. And just to add insult to injury- I was charged $30 for a bottle of sunblock Some good things about it: - Very close to Old San Juan - Staff was friendly, despite their inability to properly serve guests Photo: Completely empty pool because who could swim in freezing water?

Stayed in three different hotels in Puerto Rico and this was the best by far. Friendly and customer service oriented staff who were always ready to assist. Highly recommend this place.

excellent!! pictures dont show how wonderfull is this place, love live music and service too. the employees are so friendly. and the piña colada and food was really good. we already planning our next vacation here again!
