Questo hotel è un soggiorno necessario a San Francisco. Il personale è coerente e l'hotel è sempre molto pulito e ben mantenuto. Mi sento sempre sicuro, e supportato dal team dell'hotel quando mi fermo qui, che è un plus per un solo viaggiatore femminile. Questo hotel si svolge sempre a 5 stelle. Great stay with a great in-house Indian chef at their restaurant. Food was excellent. Not a grandiose property but was excellent for a base for day trip around San Francisco and walking out in the city. Staff was excellent. Only minor quip would be that I supposedly got a 2 level upgrade on my room. However, the view of the room was horrible and on a relatively low floor. I guess you need a ”20 level” upgrade to get a nice room. That said, having booking through Amex FHR and having those benefits, it made the stay nice.

Non essere incastrato dal prezzo basso. Questo hotel è sul bordo di una parte schizzosa della città. Senza casa erano ovunque vicino all'hotel. La zona era estremamente sporca e lattina era ovunque. L'hotel stesso Pro - - molto breve passeggiata (5 min) al Centro di Convenzione -Il personale era molto bello -in un ristorante non è che i cattivi Cons -Le camere sono estremamente piccole -La pittura era pelletando nella stanza -Il carpet sembra estremamente vecchio, pieno di tinture - Il bagno era piccolo, e il tubo era sospetto; difficile da dire se era davvero pulito a causa dei vecchi nicchi e dei stronzate su di esso. - Il rumore stradale passa attraverso le finestre costantemente (compresi gli ospiti che gridano l’uno all’altro). - Il controllo della temperatura era timido, difficile da mantenere coerente - doveva andare al bersaglio vicino per ottenere sapone, tutto quello che lasciavano nella stanza era un piccolo pezzo di sapone (circa la dimensione di un quarto, non scherzo) -immagini sul sito web non riflettono la realtà non rimarrebbe qui. Non si sentiva mai completamente al sicuro o comodo. È stato zuccherato dal prezzo, ma si ottiene quello che si paga, c'è una ragione che è così economico.

Ottimo personale , sempre per aiutare il cliente, la signora che è in reception è un GRANDE VALORE ADIZIONALE, alle eccellenze dell'hotel, gentile e cordiale , ci hanno dato la camera prima dell'ora del check in, poiché siamo arrivati da un volo di 10 ore molto esaurito e vi chiediamo di fare il possibile per l'ingresso prima, che vi ringraziiamo molto, camera un po' piccola ma molto completa in tutto , dovrebbero riciclare e cambiare le vecchie condizionature- riscaldamento per quanto sono rumorosi , dettagli di caffè e infusioni vicino alla reception 24 ore, e molto vicino al centro 3 minuti a piedi, torneremo in un prossimo viaggio a San Francisco

This hotel was just perfect for our stay in San Francisco. It is in a fantastic location in Union Square so close to the BART Powell St Station, Cable Cars, Macy's and Westfield Shopping Centre. Everything you could possibly need was within a few minutes walking distance. The hotel offered bagels, fruit and yoghurts each morning pretty basic but sufficient to start the day. Coffee was available throughout the day in the lobby and there was a coffee machine in our room. Sadly the restaurant was not open during our stay I think the hotel has recently had new owners. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, taking time to chat and give advice on local attractions how to get there etc. We had a double room which was spotlessly clean although not serviced daily however we did not need that, towels were changed every other day but we did have 4 sets for the 2 of us each time the room was serviced and coffee sachets/pods were available in the lobby so there was no real need for a daily service. We had a safe in our room, hairdryer, iron, WiFi was great. Storage lockers are available in reception for luggage if you have a late flight, we used these and on return to collect were invited to help ourselves to coffee before setting off on our journey, guest satisfaction seems to be a priority. The area is a little noisy at night but we weren't really bothered by it. There are a few homeless people opposite and a few yards up the road but they didn't bother us, some would say hello but never asked for anything, they are human after all. Overall the Bijou was just perfect for us and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a great one.

La posizione è perfetta, facile da accedere a tutti i luoghi famosi di SF. Il servizio generale è stato anche bello. Tuttavia, le strutture del bagno devono essere sostituite da nuove o almeno devono essere fissate. 1. Il riciclaggio nel bacino è stato bloccato, quindi l'acqua si è abbassata lentamente. 2. Speravo di riposare dalla stanchezza del mio lungo viaggio con un bagno inferiore, ma era quasi impossibile perché la copertura del tubo sembrava rotta, e l’acqua nel tubo continuava a scorrere. È stata un po' deludente l'esperienza considerando che l'hotel è considerato il migliore in SF.

サンフランシスコの1番便利なところにあるホテルです。マーケットストリートと4th街の交差点のところにあります。目の前にマリオットホテルがあります。斜めにRoss店があります。 5泊宿泊しました。部屋にはスリッパや歯ブラシなどは無いので持参が必要です。ティッシュは1箱フロントで貰いました。冷蔵庫は無いです。電子レンジは1階にあります。娘の部屋にはシャワーだけですが私の部屋には浴槽もあります。 受付の方はみんなとても親切でした。1人が日本語がしゃべれて本当に優しい方でした。この近くにはレストランもスーパーもありますのでとても便利です。電車もたくさんありますので観光にも良い場所です。

Second time I've stayed here and I'm sorry but I won't be going back. Can't fault the location, being near a cable car line and two BART subway stations, but (sigh) the private room we had here was a dingy, over priced hole. Staff on reception were also noticeably uninterested in our welfare. There was a nice reception lady who helped me with a tour booking. But the guys who booked us in, and booked us out, couldn't have been less interested. Put it like this: had the guy who booked us out asked, 'Hi, how was your stay ? How did you find your room?' (and he didn't ask this - or make any other comment) I would have replied, 'our flight to SF took 11 hours, and we then had to endure over two hours getting through US border security, while jetlagged, then a 30 minute ride on BART, then walked through the Tenderloin in the dark to get to the hostel. After all that it might have nice for your reception staff to at least ask, out of courtesy, how was our journey? Had we travelled far? Etc etc. The usual welcoming small talk. But no, this guy just wanted our IDs and my payment. No hello and welcome. Then there was the room with the bunkbed, the inward facing window and the faint but distinct odour of urine. Walls painted a ghastly shade of green. No air conditioning (when temps were 70-80F) and a small fan that didn't work from the start. The only window faced another window so you had to keep the curtains closed for privacy, which added to the dingy feeling. And for all this I paid over $1100 for seven nights. I know SF is expensive but I'd call that over priced.' Anyway, as I said, the guy who checked us out didn't ask how our stay was and so I didn't tell him any of this. Which is why I'm writing it here. I'm not expecting reception staff to form lasting relationships with customers. There's a high churn rate of faces here, as there are at most hotels and hostels. But I do expect 'hello' 'goodbye' and a room that doesn't smell of urine.

I don’t know how, but people who work on the front desk either don’t communicate between each other or don’t speak good english. I accidentaly left a jacket in the hotel and noticed it the day after checking out. I immediately contacted the hotel and when they told me they found it, I arranged the postal service to pick it up and send it to me (even though I still don’t understand why I had to arrange everything instead of the hotel sending it to me). I had some trouble with the postal service so I figured out it would be easier if my friend that just arrived to SF picked it up for me. So they called the hotel, quite a few times. Every time the front desk would give a different response (first, that they have the jacket, then that they don’t, then that they DON’T KNOW if they have it….) and then the last: we have it, you can come pick it up. My friend came the next day and got yelled at, that they don’t have the jacket and how SHE DARES COMMING a month after I checked out. I have to mention that I tried e-mailing the hotel a few times, but it seems that they don’t check the only e-mail adress they have. Since it seems that I have to give up my brand new jacket (I live in Europe and I don’t know if I will ever be back there), this is the only thing I could’ve done. The hotel itself is okay, rooms and beds are just fine.
