Hotels con pick-up a San Diego

Molto vecchio hotel con camere date. Le camere non sono buone. Ho dovuto cambiare tre volte, e il personale del front office ha gestito il passaporto con cautela. Non rimarrò in questa proprietà, perché non ero impressionato dalla qualità della camera. Il servizio di manutenzione è disponibile solo ogni tre giorni.Non c'è personale per aiutare a trasferire il bagaglio dalla stanza alla stanza quando sono stato trasferito. Ho prenotato una stanza di vista della baia con balcone, ma hanno fornito la prima stanza, che ha stanze profumate e nessun aria condizionata. Si è trasferito in un altro locale senza vista sulla baia e, dopo una notte, si è trasferito in un altro locale al ottavo piano con vista e balcone a semi-baia. Sinceramente non era impressionato con l'esperienza. Nessun acqua libera nella stanza. Wifi non era il più veloce.

Even though I gave them a score of 4, if the is an overall rating I would give a 3. They messed up my reservation. I booked a king bed with bay view but instead they put me in a room with 2 double beds and the view was the back of a tennis/pickle ball court. Room was on first level of Lanai tower near end of the hallway close to stairs so high foot traffic so noise come from everywhere, footsteps from second level, hallway, and from outside balcony.☹️ Not worth the room price per night

Hotel in buonissima posizione ,lo staff estremamente attento alle esigenze del cliente e gestisce risoluzione dri problemi velocemente.Sono molto grata a Dasha ,sempre gentile e sorridente,per aver risolto egregiamente la mancata connessione al wifi.Grazie anche agli altri della reception,Rj,Daniel,Angelica.Grazie ad Ermed per un servizio breakfast impeccabile e all autista che ci ha portato im aeroporto (non ricordo il nome,ma messicano)che ci ha fatto salutare da San Diego con musica italiana..spettacolare! Ma soprattutto GRAZIE al mio ”Guardian Angel” Terrell che ha reso il mio soggiorno e il mio compleanno un vero ed Unico Sogno Colorato e Gentile.Non lo dimenticherò mai. L'hotel è situato nella vecchia città, la posizione è buona, ma la stanza è troppo piccola, il letto non è abbastanza 1.5 metri, e due persone sono molto affamate a dormire. La colazione è buona, la varietà è ricca, l'ospitalità è entusiasta, il parcheggio richiede 40 yuan per notte, c'è un negozio di colazione vicino all'hotel, la produzione è molto buona 👍 Abbiamo un sacco di negozi vicino all'hotel, conveniente!

Hotel giustissimo per un breve soggiorno .. camera spaziosa con pochi mobili ma ben curata Letto comodo Bagno grande , moderno e nuovo , dotato di tutti i kit all’ occorrenza per un 4 stelle , doccia ampia Albergo bellissimo e in ottima posizione . Personale professionale , cordiale e disponibile Ci ritornerei con piacere

Though the staff was nice, this hotel is not in good shade. We requested early check-in, but the room was not ready when we arrived at 11;30. No big deal, it was a request not a promise. The desk took my name and number and said they would call when the room was ready. I called at 3:30 to check and no one answered (room was promised at 3:00). Waited and finally arrived at 6:30pm and a different person apologized saying the room had been ready for hours and they no one had told her to call. Annoying but time. We went to our room and quickly discovered the door didn't latch, so it could be pushed open from the outside and slid open from the inside. Obviously and outside safety/privacy issue and definitely not going to work with our two little kids. Front desk clerk spent a few minutes trying to fixed it, but said she would need to call maintenance and it would be a few hours. That's a no go, we already check in late and need to get our little ones to bed. We were moved to a different room and given a slight discount since we were moved from a bunk bed suite to a king double combo. I'm not actually sure if the discount wall less than the room would have been had I booked that one to begin with. In the second room the phone didn't work making contacting the front desk difficult. Office informed with no solution. We dealt with it. My parents stayed onsite as well and their shower had only a half wall causing the floor to flood with each shower. They could not move rooms since they needed the bunk bed and the only other bunk bed room (ours) couldn't lock, so they stayed put. This hotel also doesn't have an elevator, so we spent much of the early morning and late night listening to people bang their rolling bags up and down the adjacent stairs. That said, the room was clean and the breakfast was as expected with fruit, cereal, a waffle maker, etc. If you need s place nearby that is fairly clean and safe this place will work, but keep your expectations low. Also be warned- they have a pool that is open year round, but it is not heated.

L'hotel più economico tra gli hotel con navetta gratuita all'aeroporto. C'è un negozio di comodità all'hotel. E 'conveniente. C'è un ristorante taco proprio davanti a voi, in modo che si possa risolvere un snack. Niente intorno. La stanza sul lato dell'autostrada è molto rumorosa. Quando si prenota una stanza, si deve chiedere in un'altra direzione, non in quella dell'autostrada.

L'hotel è situato in una penisola, davanti e dietro, sulla baia, e il paesaggio è molto bello.C'è qualche chilometro da downtown, è conveniente guidare a fare shopping e mangiare.C'è un parcheggio di 30 bili al piano di sotto per un giorno.Il servizio della ricetta è molto buono e si ferma presto. L'appartamento è un po'vecchio, c'è un piccolo balcone che può vedere il panorama del mare.Il bagno è in generale pulito, ma il bagno ha trovato un giovenco.

La stanza è pulita e spaziosa! La stanza era piacevole, la nostra stanza era tranquilla, e qualcuno ha sentito parlare in basso volume. Il personale che ci ha controllati era bello. Le strutture erano buone. Non forniscono spazzolino e pasta dentale. Ma sono stati forniti asciugacapelli, lavatrice, shampoo, condizionatore e lozione corporea! Sarebbe meglio se fornissero una caldaia (ma so che la maggior parte degli hotel non lo fanno) E siamo stati in un gruppo di 4, potevano controllare le informazioni degli ospiti e dare 4 asciugamani da bagno invece di solo 2.

First the good things - the location is great at Liberty Station with shops close by and walking paths. We also appreciated being able check-in early, as we had just arrived on a flight from overseas. Now to the bad: - The shower head was the worst we've experienced in a hotel for years. It was a high velocity massage head, with no means of adjustment for either volume or intensity, and was so intense it hurt. It also seemed to use a lot of water - I thought that low flow heads were required in California. - On the first day, there was no housekeeping. When we called to complain, we were told that housekeeping was only every second day. They could have at least told us this on check-in, or had a notice in the room. We don't mind it being every other day, as long as we know, however, given what they charge for a room, it should be daily. - The carpets in the common areas were dirty and stained. - The faux wood floor in our room was dirty and scratched. - It was offensive being asked to pay for parking, particularly given the rate for the room. It is a large open air lot with plenty of space. We don't mind paying for parking at a downtown hotel, where parking is at a premium, but it is just an opportunity for an additional ”hidden” charge in this situation. Hotels are getting worse than airlines with add-on charges! Anyway we were very disappointed with our experience.
