Hotel con parcheggio a San Diego

Convenient location and walking distance to the bay. Spacious room with luxury design. Bathroom with privacy at the back of the room. Very comfy bedding and nice staff. The coffee dispenser was empty in the lobby, will be perfect if refilled it in time.

Overall was good, but not perfect. I like the Hotel it seemed clean and the location was close to the harbor. The bed was comfortable the bathroom was nice for me.I had trouble finding the entrance at night it didn't seem super obvious, checking in they had to run my card 6 times even though it said approved she said it didn't go through it took a long time. She said it was who I booked through (Trip.com) their end wasn't working. After checking in I drove up to the gate for the parking lot. To open the gate you're s supposed to use the room key and swipe it over ablue button but at night I didn't see it and I was swiping another screen that kept giving an error message until their was 5 cars behind me and someone got out. And helped. That's my fault but maybe put a light on it. Parking is $50 which I knew before from reading other reviews. I might stay there again if the price is right.

L'appartamento è un po'vecchio, c'è un piccolo balcone che può vedere il panorama del mare.Il bagno è in generale pulito, ma il bagno ha trovato un giovenco.

Upon check-in, I was asked to pay for the room, which I did. However, I noticed the amount charged was higher than the total from my original booking. I asked the receptionist (I believe his name was Raul, though I’m not entirely sure) why that was. I explained the amount I had been quoted during booking. He then mentioned, almost as an afterthought, that a $150 deposit is taken at check-in. I told him this should have been communicated before processing the payment, as it’s standard practice to inform guests of such charges upfront. While I wasn’t pleased, I went ahead and paid. I also mentioned that I had submitted a request in advance for a room away from the elevator with a good view. He told me the hotel was fully booked, which confused me, since I had booked well in advance and included my request at the time. He assigned me Room 503, which was directly across from the elevator, not away from it. I didn’t want to complain as I had just traveled over 12 hours from London to San Diego and was extremely tired. I planned to grab some dinner and get straight to bed. However, the room was quite noisy—there was a lot of hallway activity, and the family next door had their TV volume quite high. I decided not to go downstairs and complain, hoping I could just fall asleep. Unfortunately, I was woken up around 3 a.m. by a crying child, and again at 5 a.m. At that point, I was extremely frustrated and went to speak to the receptionist on duty, Matthew. I explained everything to him, and he was very understanding. He said there was availability and offered to move me immediately…this was surprising, considering the earlier claim that the hotel was full. He moved me to Room 204. While it wasn’t far from the elevator either, he assured me it would be quieter since there were no large families on that floor. He was right—the room was much more peaceful, and I appreciated his help. At checkout, I saw the same receptionist who had checked me in and decided not to approach him. Instead, I spoke to Antonio at the other desk. I asked about the deposit, and he informed me it would take 2–3 business days to be released. Naturally, I wasn’t thrilled to hear this, especially after the earlier issues, so I shared my entire experience with him. He apologized sincerely and mentioned the initial receptionist may need additional training, which they would look into. Overall, the stay was decent for a short 3-night visit, but the start could have been handled much better.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 2 giorni, dal 31 maggio al 1 giugno 1. Ho prenotato l'hotel tre settimane prima attraverso l'app ”Viaggio”, e ho pagato con successo all'interno dell'app. (Ho ancora la ricevuta, e il registro dei pagamenti è ancora nell'app di viaggio.) La notte del 31 maggio, quando ho accolto, tutto è andato bene, e il personale di check-in non ha menzionato alcuna questione, tranne che ho dovuto pagare un deposito di 150 dollari. Un giorno dopo, la Banca d'America mi ha informato che il mio account bancario aveva ritirato 330 dollari. Ho incontrato personalmente il manager dell'hotel per chiedere la ragione, e il manager mi ha informato che il mio pagamento precedente non era stato superato, quindi ho dovuto pagare l'importo ora. Sono stato davvero sconvolto e ho mostrato al manager il ricevimento del pagamento che ho fatto attraverso l’app Trip, ma il manager non l’ha ancora accettato e ha chiesto alla mia banca di confermare ulteriormente che avevo pagato per l’hotel. Poiché è stato durante il mio processo di check-out, non ho avuto abbastanza tempo per ottenere prove dal mio conto bancario per dimostrarlo, quindi ho temporaneamente messo via la questione per risolvere più tardi. Non capisco perché il personale dell'hotel abbia ritirato denaro dal mio conto bancario senza il mio permesso e, allo stesso tempo, come l'app Trip e l'hotel hanno coordinato il pagamento già effettuato.

Il personale è fantastico, non il massimo in termini di pulizia, principalmente a causa dell'eccessiva umidità dovuta a una scarsa ventilazione che causa la muffa in aree che le pulizie non considerano. Le lenzuola sono meno a desiderare. Ma senza dubbio il personale e il prezzo ti faranno considerare ancora e ancora!

i like that the place is clean and the breakfast is also good. they also have a free storage facilities to leave your luggage. it was a good stay.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱. I stayed there for 2 weeks, working from home during the day, going out at night. Pros: - excellent value for the comfort and amenities at under $65/night - great desk & comfortable chair for laptop work - nice modern Philips large-screen TV you can connect to via HDMI - the Internet was ok (~10Mbps) but disconnected daily (reconnecting the WiFi restored it) - pretty quiet considering the proximity to the freeway: just white noise, haven't heard any revving or sirens - walls don't provide much sound insulation but I've heard only ONE neighbor conversation during my 2-week stay. It did help that I chose a room on the top floor, and next to the janitorial room (#522) - the wall-mounted A/C was surprisingly quiet, and heating worked fast - ventilation was okay if you keep the window open about 1ft - only saw 3 flying insects, and a crawling one in the shower - clean room, only found a few hair strands in the shower - mini-fridge was quiet and held a week's worth of food - great use of space: 4 large drawers, rack with clothes hangers, space for suitcases to be out of the way, 2 mirrors - the staff was very kind of provide a microwave, can opener, paper plates - pool was clean - two hot tubs were great, and MUCH cleaner than my friend's who stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott next door - coin-operated laundry on site ($2.50 + $2.50 W/D, $1.50 laundry soap) - nice landscaping and you could smell eucalyptus trees Neutral: - the pool/hot tub area closed at 10pm - there's nothing to do in the walkable area (just other hotels), but North Park is only a $10 Uber ride away, and the Fashion Mall is right across the freeway - construction in front of the lobby should be finished by the end of 2025 Cons: - gym was tiny and lacking: only 4 cardio machines (one elliptical that felt awkward) and one cable station with fixed cable points; no free weights, towels, or watercooler cups

Mi piace la camera da letto tutto sembra pulito e confortevole a dormire. Sono riuscito a dormire bene. Grazie! Vorrei consigliare questo posto spero di tornare! ..

Le strutture sono pochi anni, la porta principale dell'hotel è inclinata, il transito della città vecchia e la valle della moda non sono lontani, è più conveniente.
