We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—very close to the airport, which made our travel super convenient. It’s also just about 1km from the nearest metro station, so getting around was easy. A big bonus was the free self-service laundry on the 5th floor, complete with washing machines, dryers, and even complimentary detergent provided at the front desk. Breakfast was pretty good too, and they thoughtfully packed it for us when we had to leave early for a flight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even assisted us with ordering food since we didn’t have any Chinese apps. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for travelers, especially if you're flying in or out of the city!

I had a long layover at Ürümqi International Airport—my first time there—and booked this hotel the night before. It was very easy to find; you don’t even need to leave the airport. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the exit gate. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and appeared to be in a newly built or recently renovated hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my short stay. Breakfast was included in the rate, which was a nice bonus. I managed to get a solid 8 hours of incredibly comfortable sleep—something I really needed during my layover. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you have an overnight layover at Ürümqi. Convenient, clean, and restful.

Ci sono lavastoviglie e asciugamani al primo piano, ciascuno con due, ma ogni volta che lo uso, ho un posto vuoto.Ci sono lavastoviglie nella stanza, riempimento ogni giorno. Ho usato il asciugamani una volta per tutte, e ho avuto un buon effetto. Ho sentito asciugare la stanza per un giorno. E'molto conveniente per prendere l'auto, il parcheggio è sotto, grande e vuoto, e' conveniente guidare da solo, e il parcheggio è ancora gratuito. La colazione è molto grande, mi piace molto.La canna ha mangiato una cena nel ristorante, la faccia è molto grande, e la famiglia si sente molto conveniente dopo aver mangiato. Anche le carenze sono che uno è il sapore di tutti i canali di drenaggio, e un bagno di acqua e pressione non sono molto stabili.Ma ancora una volta, questo posto di prezzo è l'hotel più economico che abbia mai vissuto.

Overall this hotel is good 👍🏼 I requested the beautiful lady on counter for top most floor room! She smiled and allot me 803 a pink room and the view was good. I think if you want to explore Grand bazar and nearby areas for a day or two this is idle location to live in. There are plenty of fruit, grocery and restaurant around here. The hotel infrastructure is classic but overall it’s good 👍🏼 I like the bed 🛌 was very comfortable. There was no sound problem inside room! However, because corridor is narrow and when people passing through they make noise till they took elevator. We all know people here bit noisy even if they talking normal it looks like screaming. Others I didn’t find any trouble regarding living in this hotel. I think it is a good place for 2 to 3 nights stay.

Beautiful rooms, clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a cloud room with windows all along one side. Great view of the surrounding area and we could see the city in the distance. Beautiful at night, industrial looking by day. (The windows could use a little cleaning). Breakfast buffet was really good, large selection of Chinese options. The best part was the front desk staff. So helpful with our travel-related questions even though my Chinese is limited! Especially 小嘉. She helped us find a way to travel north to 可可托海.

Best stay ever. we stayed here for 12 nights and the experience has been amazing. We feel very welcomed from the moment we walked into the lobby. Breakfast has been a highlight everyday. Variety of food choices. There's also a shuttle bus from and to the snow, very convient. Free laundry service, clean room everyday, and a fridge filled with goodies! Highly recommend.
