San Bruno: hotel a 2 stelle

I spent the night here on a stopover on my way from the east coast to Shanghai. This hotel has been recently renovated completely. I had a very good experience. The service was helpful and let me switch rooms and I overheard them helping another customer who accidentally booked the wrong night and they were competent and accommodating. The room was well appointed, with many details like wireless charging shelves near the bed stands and a good coffee machine in the room. The bed was amazing. Perfect mattress, pillows I was tempted to “borrow” and soft bed linens. The area has a wide range of interesting restaurants to choose from and with the free shuttle to SFO, this is an ideal affordable choice for a stopover.

My wife, my 10 month old son and me had to do an overnight stay close to SFO Airport to get a connection flight. We also wanted to visit the highlights Of San Francisco. The Regency Inn was our forst choice because it was close to the airport and has some great options for public transport to downtown. We spend a perfect and quite night there. No noise from the airplanes and car traffic was fair. The staff is really great there. They helped us alot and very friendly and kind dueing the whole stay.

This hotel offers good value if you need an airport stop over. However the most important thing to us was the helpful staff. Our flight was cancelled and then the new one delayed! They allowed us to leave our luggage and use their lounge which really helped us out. They also recommended where to find the local street which had a lovely deli for brunch. The staff make this hotel stand out.

If your looking for a place, out of sight, and within range of many great eateries/shops. This place is it! This hotel has great staff, clean rooms, and will take care of whatever issue comes up! Unlike most hotels, Atrium cares for one to be well rested and relaxed when visiting San Francisco or any other nearby towns. Huge shout out to all the hard working staff! Keep up the great work Atrium Hotel!

Devo ammettere che sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso da questo posto. Tutti vogliamo risparmiare denaro. Quindi ho pensato per $90 solo per qualche ora e è pulito, sono buono. Sono arrivato qui facilmente. Dritto fuori dall'autostrada. Parcheggio e andai in ufficio e fu salutato da una bella giovane donna che mi ha aiutato a registrarmi e ottenere le mie chiavi per la stanza. Quando sono arrivato in camera non riuscivo a credere quanto fosse pulito!! Ho soggiornato in 4 e 5 hotel a star e non era così pulito come questo. Ha fatto una doccia. Molta acqua calda. Hanno shampoo/condizionatore, pasta dentale e torni dentali. Coffee maker, microonde e frigorifero. TV viene in grande Non mancava il primo gioco di playoff Warriors!! E ti hanno lasciato la tua auto qui per 10 dollari al giorno. Non posso dire abbastanza su questo posto. La famiglia che lo gestisce è così amichevole e solo persone meravigliose. Per il prezzo, dare a questo posto una possibilità. Certo rimarrò qui ogni volta che devo volare fuori dall'SFO

Camera: la camera è grande, le strutture sono più vecchie, ci sono cucine semplici (nessun condizionamento), nessuna vasca calda, stile vecchio (intera casa); Servizio: basta che non ci sia servizio. Basta che la gente non venga a pulire nella stanza, può chiedere (informi la ricezione) Colazione: molto semplice, pane / bacon / uova / yogurt Sicurezza: vicino all'aeroporto, ci sono bus di shuttle, appartamenti aperti non sono particolarmente sicuri, nessuna sicurezza o porta È un piccolo centro commerciale, ci sono molti ristoranti (ci sono pokehouse / ristorante di cibo / cibo mexico / formaggio di cibo / e Lily BBQ) - è molto conveniente per fare il bagaglio fuori. Cerca di non uscire fuori di notte, perché non c'è nessun alloggio vicino, è ancora un po'smalto

L'hotel prenotato per il conducente, le strutture dell'hotel sono anche buone. Per questo prezzo, è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente. Il prezzo in questa zona è economico, con colazione.

One of the main things I look for in a hotel is the pool/sauna/steamroom & similar facilities. When they are listed on the website I don't think I need to check if they exist or not. But this place is a law unto itself. The facilities have been closed since the start of Covid (over 3 years) but there is no update on the website or *******. Another hotel I had booked let me know that their pool was closed for maintenance so I cancelled & booked somewhere else. The bed had a severe dip in the middle, and the curtains are falling apart which is quite off-putting. We were placed in a room on the main road side with too much traffic noise even though the place was almost empty - would have been better on the other side of the floor. My mistake - should have booked in DT. Also the uber/lyft price from SFO to here is SO pricey for such a short distance (actually double the price of getting back there). Also weeks later I am still waiting for the $100 security bond to be released, because my bank tells me they processed it wrongly. I have called & emailed for help but have gotten nowhere - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Breakfast is basic, make your own waffles, fruits, muesli bars, bread/bagels, coffee/tea - just incase you still choose to stay here.

Overall, the hotel was ok. The shuttle was sent easily from the airport (I used the courtesy phone in the hotel shuttle hut). It took 5 minutes to drive there. I was preupgraded to a suite that was nice. I arrived at 1am and left at 9am so didn't really need a suite but it was actually nice and appreciated. Shower water was strong and hot. Staff was friendly Gym just ok. Dumbbells were light and no heavy wright available. I was supposed to do back day but had to switch to bicep because there wasn't enough equipment for a proper back day. Biggest problem was breakfast was not included. In lifetime titanium and very confused at the breakfast benefits at Marriotts. I stayed here because I expected free breakfast. I didn't get. I'm globalist for Hyatt too. I should've stayed at HR airport hotel because breakfast would've been included. If I paid for breakfast the stay here would've been more than HR. I skipped breakfast and will try to eat at lounge in airport
