Hotel a 4 stelle in Hubei, Cina

If you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera con vista fiume, la vista era ampia e lo skyline notturno bellissimo. Le strutture della camera sono smart e facili da usare, e la pulizia era impeccabile. Il personale della reception e gli addetti al servizio erano tutti molto cordiali. Se torneremo a Wuhan in futuro, sceglieremo di nuovo questo Atour. L'unico piccolo inconveniente che abbiamo riscontrato è stato che il venerdì sera c'è stato un forte vento e, essendo al 55° piano, si sentiva un leggero tremolio; all'inizio abbiamo avuto un po' paura, ma il giorno dopo, quando il vento si è calmato, tutto è tornato alla normalità.

Recentemente sono rimasto al Somerset Future Center Wuhan, ed è stato profondamente impressionato da tutti gli aspetti della mia esperienza, le camere sono spaziose, bellemente decorate e impecabilmente pulite, fornendo un vero senso di conforto e relax. Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. In short, it is a nice stay and journey in your hotel. I look forward to visit your hotel again in the near future

Un altro dei nostri hotel preferiti ci siamo trasferiti in questa visita. Questo hotel è stato ospitato in un edificio del patrimonio magnificamente ristrutturato. La stanza era così spaziosa & bellamente decorata. Tutto è stato così delizioso fatto. Il bagno era perfetto & era perfetto per 2. Vorremmo poter accedere ai balconi, ma il buffet di colazione dell'hotel non aveva molta varietà, ma i piatti erano ben preparati & buon gusto. Grande posizione a piedi di distanza dai veramente affascinanti an che avevano così tanti bellissimi caffè & negozi. Abbiamo anche avuto una deliziosa cena di sommero di sommero vicino all'hotel. Era anche solo 10 minuti a piedi al fronte d'acqua. Possiamo anche controllare tardi alle 2:00. Vorrei che potessimo restare per un'altra notte.

The location is superb just at the pedestrian street . Very easy to locate and has car park also easily access by car . There is hey tea and molly tea below the hotel .The hotel has good customer service will greet you or smile when u pass by the reception. Hotel has 2 elevator that one can access to the mall directly and go up to level 8 above for room and the other elevator at the tea shop go to level 8 . Level 8 is the reception. Metro station walk around 15mins that access the pink line directly to the airport. All is easy to locate .

Excellent stay in a prime location – highly recommended The Radisson Red Hotel in ***** is an outstanding four-star hotel located very close to the main pedestrian area. Within just about 200 meters, you reach the lively shopping street, and from there it is a pleasant 15–20 minute walk all the way to the river, where you can find ferry services and sightseeing boats. The location is simply ideal for exploring the city on foot. The hotel itself impresses with excellent service, a high level of cleanliness, and a modern, welcoming atmosphere. Everything feels well-organized and comfortable. A special highlight is the breakfast. It is truly remarkable, offering a wide range of options. There are plenty of European choices such as toast, butter, jam, cheese, and sausages, along with freshly prepared eggs just the way you like them. In addition, there is a rich selection of Chinese dishes, all presented in a very pleasant and stylish setting. One small area for improvement is the English capability of the in-room AI system. While it is innovative and clearly trying to assist, it does not always fully understand commands, which can occasionally lead to minor frustration—for example when adjusting the temperature, controlling the TV, or opening the curtains. However, given the pace of technological development in China, this will likely improve very quickly. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone visiting *****, combining comfort, location, and quality at a very high level.
