Le camere sono pulite e dotate di tutte le attrezzature necessarie per un soggiorno confortevole. In generale, un ottimo soggiorno. La posizione dell'hotel è facile da raggiungere con la metropolitana, un po' meno con il taxi a causa del traffico tipico caotico in questa zona turistica. Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile e utile, e la posizione è conveniente per visitare le aree di shopping pedonale. È anche solo a 25-minute passeggiata dai pier per i crociere del fiume Yangtze.

Very new hotel under Holiday Inn brand, supposed to be a great hotel next to the airport, but operations killed this hotel. Hope they can solve all problems asap. Just opened in Mar 2025, but there were multiple basic problems. The biggest problem is their air-conditioning. Set at the absolute lowest 16oC with the biggest fan mode but the room does not cool down even after a few hours. The technicians came but didn't solve the problem. They mentioned they cannot do anything, and they are the only 2 technicians that day and they have been fixing curtain problems all day. Technicians came at 12+am. Spent the night with a stuffy room, sweating even with a t-shirt and short pants in Wuhan March weather. Customer service is not bothered to solve any problems for us. Secondly, the air contains smell from renovations, maybe toxic gas is still around, in the room. Seems like the hotel isn't bothered and rushed into the opening. Requested for air purifier. Hope that this will reduce toxic air breathed in. Lastly, their shower hose is leaking. Can refer to photos. All in all, multiple basic problems which are critical are present. Recommend everyone to stay somewhere else first. Maybe wait a few months before staying in this hotel, for your own safety and comfort.

Grazie alla reception (Wang Wenjiang) professionale, servizio dettagliato e un sorriso meraviglioso lasciano una profonda impressione.Alla fine, la stanza è pulita e luminosa, il pavimento è privo di polvere e molto pulito.

L'hotel si concentra sul servizio e sui trasporti convenienti e l'esperienza è abbastanza buona. Le persone ti accoglieranno in modo proattivo e caloroso quando entri e esci dalla hall. Se hai qualche problema, se chiami la stanza ”Xiaodu”, puoi risolverlo tempo e ti ricorderà se hai bisogno di un biglietto per il parcheggio. C'è anche un drink bar self-service nella hall, snack e snack sono molto buoni. Nel complesso la camera era abbastanza buona. È stato aggiornato gratuitamente a una camera doppia deluxe. La biancheria da letto era pulita, c'erano grandi finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e la vista era molto bella. Anche la sala per la colazione è molto buona, pulita e ordinata. È anche possibile assaggiare la cagliata di fagioli locale di Enshi. Inizialmente si pensava che i panini al vapore fossero fuori città. Ero un po' preoccupato dopo essere arrivato in hotel posti deliziosi nei dintorni. Al piano di sotto c'è uno snack bar consigliato dalla reception. L'hotel è molto buono.

Appreciate the ladies at the reception for your hospitality. We are 14 pax of family travellers and room is comfortable. Facing road with river view are much noisier. The reception vs the room are of 2 different impression. At first my parent were disappointed looking at the reception, but after they entered the room, the praise the room for being clean and comfortable. Breakfast are good! Location is around 10 to 15 mins walk from the tourist centre.

Hotel fantastico con servizio di lusso e posizione! È un ottimo colazione e un porridge notturno quando abbiamo fame di notte. Ci siamo divertiti seduti vicino alla finestra guardando la vista del fiume durante il nostro soggiorno. Molto raccomandato!

Hotel's located within walking distance to the famous Yellow Crane Tower and HuBu Alley, both top rated tourist destination of Wuhan city. Also, its breakfast area's located at the penthouse, with a fascinating view of the river and the tower, so no matter what room you booked, will still get a chance to have a glimpse and take picture of the surrounding scenery.

I expected a little better from the pictures on the Trip.com, but I wasn’t totally disappointed. The hotel is in a great location, near to 江汉路 and metro lines. The welcome received by the staff was also good; they were competent and ready to help. They don't offer buffet, but you can choose from 5 different Chinese breakfast sets, which seemed all tasty, and have it delivered to your room. The only flaws I found were the lack of lights and the soundproofing of the bedroom. The lights are all very dim compared to the standard 4-star hotel, especially in the shower and toilet. Also, the sink is quite rusty. Despite other reviews praising the soundproof walls, I was actually bothered during my stay and couldn't keep the window open. Otherwise, the loud noises from outside would be unbearable.
