Sono stato in questo hotel per lavoro per circa 3–4 giorni e il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. La struttura è molto pulita e la stanza confortevole, perfetta per riposare dopo una giornata impegnativa.
Il personale è estremamente attento ai dettagli: una mattina sono uscito indossando delle scarpe di pelle e, al mio rientro, ho trovato un biglietto in cui mi informavano di aver lasciato in camera delle salviette apposite per pulirle. Un gesto semplice ma di grande cortesia, che dimostra la cura e la sensibilità dello staff.
Consiglio assolutamente questo hotel. E sicuramente ci ritornerò.

The Hotel is located in a Building that consists of 5 hotels, and it takes the top several floors, which makes a really nice view of the city. Room is clean and the bed is really comfortable. Really like the memory foam pillow and have a really good sleep. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Recommended Hotel and will stay there again if I visit Wuahn in the future.

Hotel was beautiful, very clean and service was amazing (reception didn’t understand English but was very helpful and patient with helping me). The hotel is also within walking distance to a lot of food and shops so It was nice to stroll about the area. The streets are peaceful and it’s nice to walk around the lake which is situated next to the hotel. Just be mindful that the hotel is located within a bank building, and to request a non-smoking room if that’s what you’re after! Other than that, my stay was pleasant and I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Very nice hotel with a good distance from attractions, convenient for both cabbing & public transport (800m walk from the nearest subway).
Staff was helpful with assisting with parcel collection, delivery collection, & one of them even went above & beyond to give us recommendations for what to do with out empty schedule, providing water & masks unprompted due to a rise in mild flu infections on the news.
We booked a loft room & it was very worth the price for the amount of space we got, highly recommend this hotel if you're a traveller, international or domestic.

Il responsabile di turno è stato molto gentile. Mi ha fatto un upgrade gratuito della tipologia di camera e mi ha offerto la colazione. Le strutture dell'hotel erano ottime, pulite e igieniche. Era vicino all'aeroporto, quindi era comodo prendere il volo. Anche la colazione era deliziosa!

SShalinda WIf you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station.
Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked).
The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning.
In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

KKaz T.Had a lovely stay at Yicheng. From entry the front desk team welcomed us warmly and provided hot coffee/team as we were checking in. Room was great and the beds were comfortable. We booked a family room and the room was spacious enough even we had 6 luggages as we are travelling for a month. Breakfast was also good with fair choices and we had a lovely lady looking after us for the few days we stayed. The hotel was fairly close to the shopping centres but still a 10 to 15 minute walk but overall we had a great stay.

Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience.
Check-In Experience:**
The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions.
Room Quality:**
Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay.
Amenities:**
The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order.

Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day.
Service:**
Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.
Conclusion:**
Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Zzp_haruServizio: stupendo! Ho continuato a disturbare il desk front da Dadong e piccoli affari per molte volte. Il portatore dell'hotel mi ha spesso aiutato con i miei bagagli e oggetti. Mi hanno aiutato anche con piccoli richieste come: mettermi sul collo (i miei unghie erano lunghi e difficile), dove e come comprare un'altra valigia, trovare una scala per aiutarmi a pesare il mio bagaglio, prestarmi vari oggetti come i dischi, Mi aiutarono con le nuove carte di camera quando mi sbagliavo, eccetera. Erano anche molto carine, così è stato facile agli occhi... Il custode era molto gentile e mi ha dato un bagno di bagno extra quando mi ha detto che mi piaceva davvero. Anche se non avevo più richieste, erano sicuri di potermi dire che potevo farle sapere se avevo bisogno di qualcosa.
Posizione: Ottimo! È vicino alla strada Jianghan Pedestrian, che è una delle migliori scelte di Wuhan per shopping, mercati notturni e cibo stradale. Ho passato molte volte a fare shopping e era molto facile tornare all'hotel per lasciare le mie cose, o a buon mercato per portare un Didi all'hotel. Il buffet è stato stile buffet con molte specialità Wuhan locali, come minwo, zuppa di noodle di carne di bovino e reganmian (noodles secche calde). È stato principalmente cibo cinese, ma ci sono cibi occidentali per colazione come tosta, uova, salsa, salate, ecc. per coloro che preferiscono cibo occidentale.
Pulizia: A+++! La stanza era molto bella, pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. C'è un senso di eleganza e di spazio ben mantenuto in tutto l'hotel.
Grazie tante a Xiao Xiao e a tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel per questo soggiorno.

WWorapong 阿鹏No doubt, superb location, just minutes to Yichang Airport. What make 桃花岭 different are service minded staff, cleanliness, amentities (washing machines and dryers) and relaxing environment. I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I am about to take off from Yichang Airport and will book for one more night to enjoy its facilities and atmosphere.
