Eravamo un gruppo di persone in gita ai mercatini di Natale con viaggio organizzato. Hotel è molto grande, si trova accanto a dei negozi e a concessionarie di auto, un pò distante dal centro città. Alla reception c'è un pianoforte, e gli spazi comuni hanno zona per la lettura e per vari giochi. Siamo arrivati di sera e ci è stata servita la cena in una sala riservata al gruppo, cibo buono ma non ho mangiato tutto (gusti personali), tavola molto ben apparecchiata. Ci hanno assegnato una camera doppia in un piano alto, con una graziosa vista con i monti circostanti. La camera era spaziosa con due zone bagno (una con wc e una con la doccia), dotata di tanti confort (compreso di ciabatte). Colazione discreta. Abbiamo dormito tranquillamente, letti comodi. Come hotel di passaggio lo consiglio.

Era la prima volta che andavo in un hotel di questa catena e devo dire che é stato tutto perfetto, avevamo tre stanze e tutti siamo rimasti super soddisfatti.Siamo andati in macchina e pre raggiungere il centro c´e´una fermata a pochi metri dell´hotel, in questo periodo il venerdí i mezzi di trasporto sono gratuiti, questo a causa dei prezzi del carburante.Trovo questa una idea geniale , per gli altri giorni abbiamo fatto la salzurg card e devo dire che é convenuta a tutti gli effetti.Personale gentilissimo, parlava anche italiano , anche se noi parliamo il tedesco ma abbiamo trovato gentile che vedendo che la maggior parte del nostro gruppo fosse italiano hanno usato la nostra lingua.Stanze comode,qualitá dei letti eccelsi,ottimo anche il bagno e il design in generale.Ottima la pulizia , la longue era molto bella con un´atmosfera rilassante , buoni anche i prezzi dei cocktail , vino e prodotti di caffetteria.Colazione perfetta, la saletta é un pó piccola ma sapendo gli orari migliori non abbiamo mai trovato ”ressa”.Parcheggio sottorraneo e alcuni posti anche davanti all´hotel a prezzi molto ”umani”, come detto samo rimasti molto soddisfatti e non abbiamo nessuna critica da fare , da ripetere.

Il mio marito e io siamo rimasti qui durante il Natale, l'hotel ha avuto una festa di piacere con le sue decorazioni deliziose, il processo di check-in è stato molto semplice e il personale di ricezione è stato molto amichevole e utile. La stanza era molto pulita, tranquilla, confortevole e spaziosa - una stanza piena di spazio per muoversi intorno anche con le nostre 2 valigie aperte. La struttura è stata molto apprezzata, ma la colazione era buona e ci piaceva molto. Inoltre, c’è spazio di parcheggio (con un costo aggiuntivo) nelle aree dell’hotel e è molto ben accurato alla notte, rendendoci sicuri anche quando partiamo e tornano all’hotel tardi alla notte.

We spent just one night here before flying home from Salzburg, a sudden change of plans due to snow chaos at the Munich airport. Detailed instructions were sent in an email about how best to approach the hotel, which is in a pedestrian-only zone in the heart of the Altstadt. This is pretty unavoidable if you want to stay in the midst of everything, but taxis still have access to the end of Goldgasse even when the Christmas market is in full swing. I loved this hotel, and we intend to book for our next, longer visit to Salzburg because Ulrike was a delight, the junior suite (10) was spacious and well-appointed (with a huge and comfortable bed), the breakfast étagère was superb, and the location is unbeatable. Everything is close to you here, you can explore the whole of the city with this as your base and Ulrike is very helpful, marking things on the map for you and offering astute recommendations.

An authentic Austrian experience in an outstanding hotel with customer service that is second to none. It’s because of this that we have stayed at Hotel Goldener Hirsch numerous times over the past two decades. During that time the hotel and its team has evolved and maintained a quality of service and standard of accommodation of the highest order. The simple fact is that this is a place that we look forward to visiting every time. The hotel is located on the historic Getreidegasse. The rooms are or a good size, beautifully decorated and furnished and have everything you need. The beds and pillows are heavenly. You can imagine this is what it’s like to sleep on a cloud! The staff are absolutely fantastic. They are ready to help in any way possible and it’s always good to see familiar faces when we return together with new members of the team. We cannot imagine visiting Salzburg without staying at Hotel Goldener Hirsch.

Hotel carino nel centro della vecchia città di Salzburg. Grande posizione. Bella stanza con tutte le attrezzature necessarie. La stanza era un po 'calda per noi e non potevamo capire come cambiare le impostazioni. La ricezione è stata mantenuta ogni giorno dalle 8 alle 5 per aiutare con quesiti come questi e il ricevitore è stato bello. Lava e asciugare nel seminterrato per 50 centesimi - 50 centesimi non erano sufficienti per asciugare i miei vestiti, ma probabilmente ho scelto il modo sbagliato dato che le istruzioni non erano in inglese.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel a 2.3km dal centro di salisburgo.e' stata una scelta ottima per 3 motivi : 1°perché fuori dall 'hotel c'è la fermata del bus (numero 6 ) che in 7 minuti ti lascia davanti al ponte del centro storico e ilmese di agosto e gratuito.2) un silenzio incredibile perché è praticamente immerso nel verde 3) perché il parcheggio e3 gratuito. Personale gentile e cortese molto disponibile e colazione buona e abbondante .se possibile vi consiglio le camere con il balcone.da provare
