Struttura ubicata a circa 200 m dalla stazione. Camere molto grandi. Il punto di forza è la qualità della prima colazione continentale con ampio assortimento di dolce e salato.

Posizione perfetta, camere belle e pulite, ma sicurezza e servizio orribili. Hanno erroneamente dato accesso alla mia stanza a un altro ospite, quindi l'altro ospite ha finito per aprirmi la porta. Poi anche la seconda volta le pulizie sono entrate senza bussare alla porta, e poi la cosa peggiore è la terza volta che le pulizie sono entrate nella stanza anche se ho appeso "non disturbare" alla porta senza nemmeno bussare e senza scusarmi, niente. Privacy orribile. Al momento del check-in, il personale si è dimenticato di restituirmi il mio documento d'identità, quindi ho chiamato dalla stanza, ovviamente nessuno ha risposto, quindi sono dovuto scendere di nuovo fino in fondo per ritirarlo.

L'hotel è piuttosto vecchio. ma è abbastanza chiara. La nostra camera è piuttosto rumorosa perché è vicina a un cantiere.

Accanto alla stazione ferroviaria di Salisburgo. Una situazione; Il personale delle pulizie dopo aver bussato senza chiedere se c'è qualcuno nella stanza, basta aprire la porta e provare ad entrare. È successo due volte, nonostante mia moglie mi abbia gentilmente ricordato di non farlo la prima volta. Scelte limitate di cibi nel ristorante. La palestra era fantastica, il personale della reception è gentile e disponibile.

Semplicemente terribile! Rivoglio i miei soldi, altrimenti segnalerò questo hotel e lo pubblicizzerò negativamente su Internet, il che è legalmente consentito.

Very spacious, nice and clean. Just a short walk to the main station and groceries.

It is in an excellent location for bus and train transportation, as well as for grocery and dairy stores. Although the hotel facilities are pretty old, spending the night here and having breakfast in the morning is still lovely.

Bed linen wasn’t clean. Water in the bathroom was brown and murky. 5min walk from Salzburg Hbf so not very near but not too far. There is complimentary water and coffee in the room.

nice location, clean and big room, convenient checkout process. But the room heating is not available as of late September.

Fair near to the train station the hotel is not as pretty, but then for the price point is a very good deal

Pool and fitness centre was great-refreshing to have a swim after long days of walking. Close to main train station and 20-30 min walk to Salzburg old town! On arrival hairs on bathroom floor from previous guest. I got walked in on around 9.15am as i was getting changed by hotel staff- they did not knock and it wasn’t near or after check out time - wasn’t impressed!! I checked out on time. - then my room should have been checked/cleaned.

We have comfortable stay , great location with walking distance mall & train main station.

very nice experience staying here. Very nice and tidy room, friendly reception, and wonderful breakfast! One of my best experience with 4-star hotels!

The room is big and clean upon check-in. 2nd day housekeeping staff did not sweep or clean much, very disappointed. Otherwise the hotel is 5 minutes walk from train station and is a quiet relaxing hotel as compared to those near to train station
