L’hotel è in una buona posizione rispetto a Marina Bay. È conveniente per andare in molti posti inclusi Chinatown. La camera era molto carina ed era bella con la domotica intelligente. Tutto perfetto ma unica pecca, Il facchino quando mi ha portato le valigie era molto insistente sulla mancia. Non mi è piaciuta come cosa. Comunque molto bello l’hotel tornerò sicuramente. Inoltre la colazione era molto ricca e buona. Davvero bello.

È la prima volta che soggiorno in questo hotel. Tutto è fantastico, tranne la tenda della stanza che non riesce a bloccare la luce del sole. Quindi non può darci il buio totale. Tutto il personale del ristorante al livello 1 è cortese e disponibile, in particolare Tiffany.

Peccato non poter caricare video!! FORMICHE!! TANTE FORMICHE!! Non mi aspettavo proprio che gli hotel Pullman avessero formiche che camminavano sul letto. Anche due stanze di fila. Siamo stati lì 3 notti e abbiamo trovato formiche sul pavimento la prima notte...il secondo giorno quando ci siamo svegliati le abbiamo trovate sul letto. Abbiamo chiamato e chiesto loro di controllare. Ci hanno spostato in un'altra stanza, ho detto loro che era meglio non vedere un'altra formica. Quando ci siamo trasferiti, abbiamo visto di nuovo le formiche sul pavimento. Hanno detto che era normale e che era solo polvere. Dopo che hanno lasciato la stanza, abbiamo trovato di NUOVO le formiche sul letto. Ci hanno detto di aspettare nella hall finché non ci hanno dato un'altra stanza. Finalmente la stanza era pulita e senza formiche al terzo tentativo. Abbiamo chiesto un risarcimento perché avevamo perso quasi 2 ore a fare i bagagli, disfare le valigie e aspettare la stanza. Abbiamo ricevuto un buono da 100 SGD dall'hotel. L'abbiamo speso l'ultimo giorno per mangiare in camera. Abbiamo ordinato del cibo verso le 10 del mattino. Il cibo è arrivato alle 11:30. Ho chiesto un check-out posticipato perché ci hanno messo molto più tempo di quanto pensassimo. Abbiamo avuto un'ora in più per il check-out. Ci tornerò mai più? No. Consiglio a qualcuno di soggiornare? Sicuramente no, a meno che non vogliate pagare per ospitare l'hotel.

8 giorni di soggiorno al Pullman, i primi 3 in suite e poi 5 giorni in camera con vista mbs. L'hotel è molto nuovo e il personale è molto disponibile nella sala colazione e nell'executive lounge. MA NON È ANCORA AL LIVELLO MEDIO DEL Pullman, sono un viaggiatore globale e ho soggiornato al Pullman molte volte. 1. La reception mi ha riattaccato il telefono quando ho chiesto il check-out posticipato e ha usato una parola inappropriata e indecente in cinese "Non farò ulteriori concessioni" (我们不会让步). Consiglio di migliorare sia il cinese mandarino che l'inglese, usando un linguaggio appropriato, gli ospiti si rilasseranno e si calmeranno... per non parlare del fatto che Singapore è un paese di lingua cinese. 2. I falsi allarmi antincendio dovrebbero avere una spiegazione scritta o faccia a faccia di persona a colazione o alla reception.

Tutto bene, a parte un membro dello staff alla reception che si è comportato come se gli dovessimo dei soldi quando abbiamo riscattato le bevande gratuite come membri Accor. A parte questo, l'intero soggiorno è stato piacevole.

Book here for rest after watching sg smash. Hotel near to CityHall mrt station, also can walk few minutes to Bras Basah mrt for cc line (to stadium). Clean and new room, very comfort bed. Breakfast is limited choices, and have to take quite long queue for verification and wait for staff’s guidance to the table. But overall is ok.

My stay was ok, not the best and not the the worse 5 star hotel I tried but I don’t really feel I was in a 5 star hotel. I will more likely consider it as a good 4 star.

The room was clean and cozy. The staff are all friendly including the bellman. Highly recommend.

Room: it was clean. They have filtered water faucet! Location: near to the malls, the supermarket nearby at funan and Raffles city. Its 5 minutes walk to city hall mrt which is convenient if you wanna go around singapore. Breakfast: it can be crowded depends on the time you go. I went around between 8 and 10am. There's still queue. But you'll get a table within 10 mins. The food were great. Check in: it was seamless. Great customer service! Amenities: gym is 24hrs and good equipment. They have 2 pool, one at the rooftop and one at lvl3.

Newly opened hotel, well-known hotel's brand, with excellent service and nice room. Good shower room and high quality of the amenities. Splendid swimming pool on 3rd floor next to the reception and close to the lounge. Low-rise building with city view.

Excellent service from all the staff here, modern and clean rooms too. Space is a bit small but would definitely still recommend.

Very welcoming and kind staff. Room is new and clean. Location is excellent. Hotel also prepared a small birthday cake as surprise. I will definitely be back if I visit Singapore again.
