The most stunningly refurbished hotel right in the heart of the town - it was beautiful - spacious and light - we had a room right opening to the pool - it is so cool inside with the way it has been designed - there is a lift - we had a separate toilet and a wet room so beautifully tiled and the view from our toilet window was overlooking the pool and onto the Cathedral - stunning! Quiet - also has a fab roof top patio with great views over the town - the garage is tight but its great if you can get a park - simply ask when booking - and the staff attentive. - Especially lovely Luic who helped us with everything we needed and was so helpful. has its own minibar with everything provided - great modern amenities for the weary traveller - chargers etc the breakfast was wonderful !

Fortunatamente ci siamo stati solo per una notte nel tour della provenza. Pulizia accettabile e letti abbastanza comodi ma la cosa irritante è sempre la mancanza di manutenzione ordinaria nelle camere, dove basterebbe davvero poco per migliorare molto. Luce bagno un lumino non sufficiente per illuminare il locale, cassetta wc rotta e traballante, asciugamani vecchi e ruvidi, porta rotolo carta igienica svitato e la doccia non stava in posizione, tutta sbilenca. Dulcis in fundo acqua calda per la doccia causa guasto arrivata a sera inoltrata. Nota dolente moquette ovunque vecchia e macchiata, direi che nel 2022 ormai si dovrebbe eliminare ovunque a vantaggio di pavimenti in finto parquet pre finito che cambia completamente l' atmosfera della stanza. Rumori e voci dalla stanza accanto come averli a due metri, insonorizzazione inesistente. Fin qui pazienza, una notte e te ne vai... ma sia la cena che la colazione direi davvero scarsi, non per quantità ma per qualità. Ripeto... una notte e te ne vai.

j'écris ce message pour dénoncer le procédé mis en place par les dirigeants de ces établissements ZENAO, qui sont informés qu'il y a une incompatibilité entre les deux mondes du grand âge et de l'hôtellerie habituelle... tout ça pour faire du pognon !!!! je vous expose mon cas, une nuit dans cet établissement, à 1H30 du matin réveillé par de la musique, très forte. Mon voisin d'a coté un Monsieur âgé et sourd, regarde la télé. Je frappe à la porte plusieurs minutes, puis je rentre et je lui demande de baisser le son, un peu étonner de me voir, il s'exécute. je me permet d'en faire part au directeur lors de mon check out, et en discutant avec la réception, les femme de ménages et le directeur, tout le monde est au courant que mon voisin pose des problèmes de nuisances, car il est sourd... ok, alors si vous êtes informé, pourquoi louer cette chambre? parce que le siège nous l'impose malgré nos mises en gardes. Mesdames, Messieurs les dirigeants de ZANEO, je suis extrêmement mécontent de votre façon de voir le business et suis vraiment désolé pour vos employés et vos résidents qui doivent en subir les conséquences, car eux ils ne peuvent pas se cacher derrière un bureau...

Visito più volte all’anno i Ibis e Ibis style.La mia prima visita per questo.Hotel pulito,calmo,sempre la stessa osservazione perché non c’è supporto per mettere i prodotti nel doccia, La sala da pranzo è piacevole, ma la disposizione dei prodotti è troppo dispersa si cerca tutto.Ben situato a 15/20 minuti a piedi dal teatro antico se si arriva come me per vedere un concerto.Personale molto professionale.
