just the aircon not really cold in our room even if its 16 already and failed to do room service cleaning said until 3pm only but we didn’t know about the time and also we already put make up room when we go out around 1pm but when we came back still the same

Food could be better. But everything else were great! Still got promo for free pool session with food purchase.

Room is affordable and convenient. Love the breakfast selection!

Horrendous experience. Room extremely dirty. Cleaners cant be bothered to dust off the room. The phone smells when you use it. The floor full of insects. Breakfast was dry spread. Hotel had a good theme sadly it wasn’t maintained well at all. Will not recommend families coming here at all.

Decent place for a night. Aircon was super cooling but the spaces for walkway was really small

Rooms are clean and quiet for a night's rest to prepare ourselves to start the next day. Breakfast was so so. Did not have time to use any of the amenities in the hotel.

Little roaches found in room, towel smelly and bedsheet not clean enough, a suggestion for the hotel, should change all your towels and bedsheet to new as they look very old and get rid of those small roaches, you got nice design on your hotel exterior and interior but cleanliness is not up to standard, I don’t mind paying abit more if you have better cleanliness.

Very bad services and Very dirty. The bed sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are so dirty that white turn dark grey with big obvious stains. So disgusting. we booked 2 nights but stayed only 1 night and checked out next day as soon as sun rise haha wouldn’t have stayed even 1 night if we reached there a bit early to find another hotel.
