La stanza che mi è stata assegnata aveva i mobili rovinati e la doccia non funzionante. Inoltre nel corridoio la sera prima c’era un vassoio con la cena rimasta di un altro ospite che il giorno dopo era ancora sul pavimento. Ho prenotato lo shuttle bus per l’aeroporto alle ore 17 e alle 16:55 questo era già partito lasciandomi in hotel perché il personale alla reception non aveva visto la mia prenotazione e non si era dato il cambio passando l’informazione ai colleghi. Nelle 5 ore che ho passato su uno dei vostri divani non mi è stato offerto nemmeno un caffè o una bottiglia d’acqua per scusarsi del fatto che la doccia non funzionasse in camera. La mia esperienza nella vostra struttura e stata terrificante! Non certo all’altezza del livello proposto e di tutto quello che una struttura a 5 stelle dovrebbe proporre. Grazie

I stayed there 20 days for business and I had very nice time. Location is very convenient if you want to be close to the airport. All staff was amazing, very polite and friendly! Also one guy from the bar-restaurant Syla was always very helpful and friendly to us whenever we needed something!!! Had really great time there. Definitely recommend the stay in this hotel!

We got a perfect room, loved the pool, the service was great everyone spoke English. The staff was so nice and helpful. The airport shuttle was very convenient

It's a convenient hotel close to the airport and the staffs is lovely and room very spacious. We had a nice time relaxing by the pool but the only thing is that they should do something about the sewage odor at the pool, toilet being to close to the sunbeds.

A nicely designed hotel with big rooms. But after the initial impression, I almost don't know where to start... Every time a different room hides bad surprises. VERY POOR MAINTENANCE! Broken lamps (even missing in many rooms, since they remove them instead of replacing them) blocked shower drain, black-out curtains left hanging out of the mechanism. Even bed bugs! (what a luck!), tiger mosquitos inside the room, overprice restaurants, extremely bad perfume in the room (from cleaning products? either way giving a bad headache- intense perfumes are a very personal choice). If you can manage something else you would better avoid this one!

You'll feel very comfortable during your stay. The rooms are clean, the staff are super friendly, and the food is amazing! There is a beautiful pool with lounge chairs & towels. There's a decently size gym and spa. They offer shuttles from the airport to hotel upon request so I recommend emailing the hotel to provide your flight info prior to arrival.

I stopped over for one night in Dakar, wanting to be close to the airport and expecting this hotel to at least be as good as any Ibis hotel in Europe. It was three times the price, the buffet dinner was awful and very expensive, and when I checked out the receptionist tried to charge me for another client’s dinner. I will never stay here again.

Located in a strategic area, close by the airport and just in front of exhibition, the hotel si good for business and meetings. Unfortunately I have not seen many opportunities to spend the weekend there (like free tours, spa etc...) . Just need to be implemented and then it would be very interesting not only for business.

The room was very clean.I told the lady at the front desk to give me the highest room away from noise as I was very tired from my flight .She gave me a room right in front of gate and noise all night.

This Hotel ticks all boxes. Top notch food, Excellent Wifi everywhere and the staff and service is just superb. I cannot rate this high enough, all personal are super friendly, professional and willing to help at any given moment. Room service is absolutely amazing and so efficient. I ordered a plate of food and fruits at 2am and it arrived in a blink. The pool is fantastic, clean and well maintained with sun beds and towels. Rooms are very clean spacious with excellent Air con. The hotel is conveniently placed 20 minutes drive from the airport. Note: anyone planning to go to Dakar for a meeting, be prepared as the motorway gets really busy. A 30 minutes journey can turnout to be a 2 hours plus. Also, once inside the capital the traffic is even worst. I highly recommend this hotel and rate it as one of the best Business hotels out there. I will be back without any hesitation.
