The hotel is new and fresh. The staff were very accommodating and are always smiling. The breakfast was also very good and filling. I love that it has a coffee shop amd bistro at the ground floor. We stayed for 2 nights. The only thing I can say is, I can slightly hear people in the hall and being a light sleeper it kind of woke me up but other than that, this place is pretty much a good place to stay at. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Great and accommodating staff especially security officers. This is our 2nd time to stay here for our trip to Our Lady of Manaoag, which is just a 20-minute drive. Modern room with comfy bed.

Best hotel in Urdaneta City. They have great view of the rice fields! They have good chinese restaurant, coffee shop, alfresco view. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Lots of parking spots. Close to SM City Urdaneta, Urdaneta Philippines Temple and Manaoag church

We stayed for 2N/3D in this hotel. We booked via the hotel's website. Two adults and 2 kids ages (11 and 13). We were told that in their policy 13 year olds are considered an adult. KZ the front desk officer after explaining to her about their website extended the courtesy not to charge us extra. She even offered to give us extra pillows. But when we asked for extra towels they were charging us โ‚ฑ1,000.00/ day per person. Since we are 4 and they only give 2 towels, that means I have to pay โ‚ฑ4,000.00! Isn't that amazing?! Amazingly weird and infuriating! In the evening we returned from the wake of a friend's father. When I approached the front desk to ask for the pillows. She asked me a question that I thought was settled already when we checked in. For a moment I thought I was in a hospital being asked by residents and student nurses about my medical history over and over again. I was so tired from the long drive from Manila to Pangasinan and driving back and forth from Urdaneta (where the hotel is) to Tayug (where the wake was being held). So my patience is so short that I snapped at the lady and told her to not ask me anymore about the age of my kids as we have settled it when we checked-in. To me there is no point in asking that and it does not make them sound professional. Then the horror came the next morning. At around 9 or 10 AM the housekeeping started knocking on our door. That obviously woke us all up! Since we slept around 2am, we were all still sleeping. So I got out of the bed to check if the knocking was on our door or from the other rooms, He knocked and announced housekeeping a couple of times. Since I was still half a sleep I didn't answer back. To my surprise, he opened our door to enter!!! Never in my life have I experienced this intrusion in all of my stays in hotels here and abroad! I do not have to hang the do not disturb sign for house keeping to know that I do not want to be disturbed! If I wanted to have our room cleaned or be made up, I will hang the sign that says "Please make up the room"! If there is no instruction left on the door, you have no right to just barge into our room! So when he opened it, I slammed the door back to close it! And yelled and asked why he has to do that?! We are still sleeping! As a result of that experience, we felt especially my kids that we are not safe in the hotel. There was not even a double lock on the doors for instances like this. Because of that we had to bring all our things with us when we went back to the wake and just left our clothes. When we got down, I went straight to Gabriel, the front desk personnel on duty that morning and inquired about their policy when it comes to housekeeping. Simply put, he said that it was not the policy of the hotel to just go in. Of course! They know that room 603 was occupied that day! Why would they do that! As I have said, this in not the first time we've checked-in in a hotel. We are even Accor Plus m

Iโ€™ve been to Levo Hotel on business 4 times in the last 6 months. The hotel facilities are quite new (although lacking a gym) but the processes seem to be a bit immature. As a result, there are some issues with the service as listed below. 1. Check-out is unreasonably slow. I recommend allowing 30 minutes for the checkout process. 2. The hotel charges a cash deposit of 2500 Pesos against the minibar, then housekeeping will manually check the contents of the minibar during checkout. Twice (of my 4 visits) they have tried to charge me for minibar items which I did not consume (perhaps due to a poor job of restocking). In both cases this took several phone calls to managers to resolve while I was made to wait. I highly recommend taking time-stamped photos of the minibar contents upon checkin in case this should happen to you. 3. They issue a paper receipt for the cash deposit. It is required to retain this slip of paper in order to be reimbursed. Do not lose it. All that said, there is literally no other decent hotel nearby, so you probably have no choice but to stay here. Hopefully the above advice helps you avoid most of the potential pitfalls with the service.
