Hotel vicino alla stazione di Nanterre Universite Station a Rueil-Malmaison

Ho avuto il piacere di alloggiare in questa struttura e devo ringraziare espressamente il direttore Rispoli e tutto il suo staff per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità sempre presente. Posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare Parigi. A presto.

bon rapport qualité prix pour un hotel proche de Paris...l'accueil et le personnel est trés sympa ... par contre il a besoin d'une réfection la chasse de notre chambre etait cassée.. il y a des odeurs de cuisine dans les couloirs... pour un bref séjour c'est ok ...a coté d'une avenue mais bien insonorisé. Le parking est gratuit et l'hotel est à 20 mn de la défense...

Benvenuto . Hotel pulito e tranquillo . Facile per l’accesso all’A13 e per andare a Parigi ( 20 min inv) Colazione a meno di 7€ . Parcheggio sicuro e gratuito il fine settimana . Camera a 52€ la notte . Torneremo ! Solo preoccupazioni: non essere frivole e non piace dormire la testa alzata perché orecchio abbastanza fine.

Abbiamo viaggiato con i nostri figli di 9 e 6 anni. Ci hanno dato due camere comunicanti (MOLTO COMODE). Abbiamo fatto il check in in piena notte senza problemi. Reception disponibile h24. Hotel vicino alla stazione metro che collega direttamente alla città tramite la RER. Con 5 fermate si è in centro a Parigi. Esternamente non è il massimo ma le camere sono molto belle! Interamente ristrutturate e molto pulite. Consigliato per chi vuole visitare Parigi!!! Dovessimo tornare a Parigi soggiorneremo sicuramente qui;

Ho trascorso un buon soggiorno su questo hotel d’accesso facile. L’accoglienza è stata molto professionale, la camera e la sala da bagno pulita e ben organizzata. Il ristorante con i buffet di entrata e di dessert ( ho apprezzato le rillette di pollo fatto casa ) e la scelta di piatti caldi sul buffet o à la carte erano appetitosi e ben presentati. Le squadre in loco sono disponibili e molto professionali. Grazie a Juliette e la sua squadra. Raccomando questo hotel sia per motivi professionali o per il tempo libero.

Me and my brother stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to attend a concert at La Defense Arena, so chose this hotel for it's location. The reception is on the 1st floor and the check in was fine, the only thing we weren't told was the breakfast times, but that was in a leaflet in the room, that comes with some other useful information. Unfortunately when we walked into the room there was a horrible smell and after airing the place out for a bit, it was gone but soon came back when you close the window and left the room for a little while. There was nothing that seemed to be causing the smell, so we just kept the window open for fresh air when in the room. This smell was no where else in the hotel, like hallways or reception. When I booked the hotel, I should have looked more into the bathroom situation as I had no idea what a partially open bathroom would be, I couldn't find any photos on their website, so I am uploading a few of my own, not a great shower when sharing a room with your sibling! You can see completely into the shower, the wooden thing in front is basically useless and would be better just being a large plank of wood for some privacy. The toilet was tiny and very hard to move around in for a big person, although I am sure some smaller people would also struggle. The mattress on the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable and the bedding seemed to shed off onto our darker clothing, which was a pain. There was no mini fridge in the room, due to the hotel being eco friendly and the safe in the room is very narrow, so doesn't fit a lot or large items. The breakfast the next morning was disappointing, there was only 2 hot food options, scrambled eggs and eggs you could boil, on the second morning there was bacon but not scrambled eggs, there was a sign but nothing in the pot so I'm not sure if this was just the staff being slow at replenishing the food. There was a decent selection of cold meats and small pastries, but more hot food options would have been nice, but this may be a cultural thing? Unfortunately, not overall a great experience, especially for an apparent 4 star hotel.

Non posso credere che io abbia pagato più di 200 sterline per notte per questo La stanza era come una prigione, composta da un letto di metallo crudo, una materassi di sponda e una stanza molto piccola per maneggiare intorno. La camera era in bagno, la passeggiata in doccia era aperta nella camera principale dove si trovava un tavolo accanto al letto e il bagno era in un piccolo tavolo. Non ho mai avuto una camera da bagno divisa tra 3 aree, soprattutto non una dove avete assoluta privacy zero. Non c'era ferro o asciugacapelli - c'era 1 disponibile alla reception dove dovete lasciare il vostro passaporto come deposito. Sembrava costruito 100 anni fa e le cracche erano finite. Era difficile trovare e in un posto terribile con locali ostili. Assolutamente tutto su questo hotel era così brutto, tranne per il personale che era carino

We reserved through *********** and we wanted to see the room before paying. We got asked to pay at reception and the payment declined, so we tried 2 separate cards. The receptionist tried to charge the card multiple times saying it’s declined but we only managed to pay for 2 nights and to try again later. When we went to try again they said we fully paid for the stay but we didn’t understand how this happened. When we checked out bank accounts we were in disbelief one card was charged around 600€ and the second cards payments of 800£ were pending (frozen) by the bank. This meant 1,4 thousand was gone from both cards. When we tried to figure this out and sent them proof of these payments no one understood how much money in total we lost/had frozen. The staff kept saying ‘the day before we leave everything will be sorted out’ but it didn’t and that ‘the manager will come at 9am until 10pm’ the manager never came and on our last day we said we will call the police because we don’t know if this will get solved by the management. We had a really bad experience from day one all of our money got charged/frozen and the whole holiday we had money problems and couldn’t enjoy France as much as we planned. We made phone calls every morning to resolve this and in the airport the kids had a mental breakdown from the stress. Disneyland, Eiffel Tower and museums are some of the places we couldn’t visit due to this. We had 2€ left in one of the cards 2.
