"I wanted a place to escape the bustle of Shenzhen for a while, so I researched numerous hotels before choosing this one primarily for the view and the balcony. When I arrived, I was truly speechless, the room was stunning, the bed unbelievably comfortable, and the view simply breathtaking. On top of that, the host was incredibly nice and helpful, offering to show me around since I was traveling alone. This trip was wonderful, and I can’t wait to come back again! Also If you’re unsure which village to stay in, this one has the most beautiful views, making you want to capture every corner in photos. Plus, the hotel has the best view of the entire village!"

The service is excellent with the staff all friendly and highly professional What is even more fantastic is the restaurant 山果落 where we had dinner for 3 nights and 3 breakfast. Out of this world cuisine. Highly recommended. The fried tea leaves pork and chicken bamboo shoot soup are heavenly."

The young owners, Lixia and Haibo, are such a lovely, talented, and hard-working couple who got married not long ago and have just opened this beautiful homestay together. Their passion and warmth are everywhere. Haibo is a professional photographer and an incredible cook – every meal he prepared for us was fresh, seasonal, and absolutely delicious. Lixia is just as amazing: super energetic, thoughtful, and incredibly talented behind the camera. They also have the sweetest dog named One Two Three – a patient and gentle soul who quickly became our favorite companion. She joined Lixia in accompanying us around the village and along the ancient trails, adding even more joy to our walks. What truly blew us away was the photography and videos Lixia made for us. While we explored, she quietly captured the most beautiful shots of us among the old stone houses and ancient trails. At the end of our stay, she surprised us with two wonderfully edited short videos that perfectly captured the joy and laughter of our weekend. I’ve stayed at hundreds of places around the world and have never received anything like this – it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever.
