L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto grande e l'edificio storico si sta portando bene, ma i miglioramenti dell'hotel non integrano gli aspetti storici dell'edificio. Immagine una tavola di caffè cromo e vetro in una bella stanza storica con tetti a 11 piedi. Non si sente bene. Le tessere nella stanza non riflettono la qualità della stanza e sono solo semi-efficaci nel bloccare la luce. Non ci sono stati bianchetti aggiuntivi forniti a metà inverno. L'hotel non fornisce vestiti o mutandine. La sala colazione dell'hotel è bella e si sente come una sala da ballo storica. L'unica camera migliore che abbia mangiato è nel Schloss Leopoldskron di Salzburg (la casa di ”The Sound of Music” casa).L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto grande tra la stazione ferroviaria e la vecchia città/river. È vicino al parco in una strada di passeggiata occupata, quindi si prega di prepararsi al rumore urbano. È un club notturno sotto l'hotel, quindi si prega anche di prepararsi al rumore di notte. Super Hotel, sowohl die Lage (Nähe Hbf aber auch Nähe Altatadt) als auch extrem freundliches Personal (sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch das Frühstückspersonal). Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern da, wir wurden sehr, sehr freunlich behandelt. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, mit guter Qualität, Auswahl und ausreichend nachgefüllt. Das Hotel ist neu (oder frisch rennoviert), ich habe keine Makel gefunden und es wird auf Details geachtet (Gummibärchen an der Rezeption, schöne Dekoration, Kinderstühle im Frühstücksraum, oder z.B. hochwertiges Duschgel im Bad). TOP EMPFEHLENSWERT !!

L'hotel è molto bello. Si entra in uno stabile moderno, al piano terra non c'è nulla, si prende lo scalone o l'ascensore ed al primo piano c'èa reception. La camera è piccola ma ben disegnata e molto moderna. Bagno con doccia molto grande e funzionale. Si entra in camera con tessera. A 10 minuti a piedi dal bel centro storico della città. Parcheggio molto grande sotterraneo a 15 euro a notte. Tutto molto bene, tranne la colazione, piuttosto modesta e con pochissima scelta. Per 149 euro mi aspettavo una colazione ben migliore.

Stayed at Ibis Regensberg Centre for a single night as a mid-point stopover between Munich and Prague and couldn't have been happier. Hotel looks as if it was only recently opened and is of a very functional design and the entire place is superbly clean throughout. Stayed on a Sunday night and felt like we were literally the only people here including the adjoining Novotel where we ate. Staff were welcoming and room was roomy with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. CBD is a short walk away. Hard to fault anything with this Ibis Hotel and considering the price paid (less than $100AUD!) I would happily recommend.

We travel with the whole family very often. I have a silver status in Accor Hotels, Ibis Card and my wife is a member of the Accor hotel chain. I have been working in the tourism industry for several years. Before going to this hotel, we stayed for a few days at the Ibis Styles hotels in Milan, Italy, at the Ibis in Lugano, Switzerland and also a month earlier at the Ibis in Nuremberg, Germany. Unfortunately, we are faced with a terrible situation in this hotel, the solution of which is only! the dismissal of this employee, who allowed himself, one can say, fraud actions! Situation; I reserved a hotel through the Accor Hotels application and left my card details. We arrived at the hotel with the whole family and paid! for the room immediately at the reception. After the payment, I asked for an invoice for this payment as it was a business trip. To this, this employee asked me for my debit card, took it in his hands and began to rewrite my personal data somewhere! I was in shock! I asked what are you doing? To which he replied to me that ”I should write down your card details to make you an invoice”. Why, I asked? Do you already have the data of my another one debit card in the Accor Hotels application and why can't you take the card data from there? Why do you need my second debit card details for an invoice at all? This is the first time I have encountered such a situation that someone takes client debit card into their own hands and rewrites personal data from it! I demanded him to return my debit card and this employee refused to do it! He refused to return my personal card! You understand! He refused to return my personal card and threatened that he would cancel my room reservation and payment for the room if I did not give him my personal payment card details! He started saying that you don't understand how the system works in Germany and you, that is, we are wrong! When we were at the Ibis Styles Milan and Ibis Lugano Swiss for three days ago and no one took my payment card in their hands and did not try to rewrite personal data from it! I have invoices for each month from the Accor Hotels chain and I know what the process of receiving them looks like! We were shocked! Have you ever faced such a situation! Horror and shock! After that, we started shouting and already addressing other hotel employees, this hotel employee threw us a payment card and quickly left! He just runaway! Another employee gave us a card to enter our paid room and told us verbatim - Go to your room! Get away from here! That is, he just sent us away from the reception desk to our room! We were shocked! Never before in our experience have we encountered such a thing! I work in tourism and could not imagine this situation! We wanted to call the police, but this employee just disappeared!
