Except for the location (close to the highway and to the city centre, if you have a car) and the friendly stuff, I wouldn't come again to this hotel. They put a notice that due to Bavaria Corona policy, the rooms won't be cleaned. This is absolutely not true, I've been at other hotels in Bavaria in the meantime, all of them were regularly cleaned. Now the worst part: the kettle and the the cups are in the wardrobe together with all the blankets, etc. You guys couldn't put the set on the table for instance?! And the spoons were not clean, they had dry coffee stains so I had to wash them by myself! Please do your job when cleaning the rooms! Finally, the room for the breakfast was extremely dirty, when I went there at around 9:30. Not to mention that 5 people were taking care of the buffet and yet we had to wait 15 minutes until it gets refilled. The one coffee machine was broken, so we had to stay in line in front of the only one which was working. Terrible experience overall, never again! Not worth the price at all!

客房整潔乾淨，面積也挺大。
早餐也非常好，因為是BW鑽石卡會員，酒店還給免了停車費。
特別是花曬的水流非常強，這對於洗澡非常重要。

Questo hotel è moderno e molto confortevole con camere ben riscaldate, spaziose dotate di ogni confort, bagno con doccia spazioso e ben illuminato. La cena a buffet con tante varietà di prodotti e la colazione ottima soprattutto quella con salato, ottimi le spremute e i caffè.

Struttura moderna e in posizione strategica sia per raggiungere il centro che l’autostrada. Dispone di ampio parcheggio. Camere ampie, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Eccellente la parte ristorazione con ampia varietà di cibo a buffet. Personale cortese tutto. Consigliato se transitate in zona.

Upon arrival we were first being told the rooms weren’t ready yet, it was little after 1pm and they have a 3 pm checkin policy. However, another collegaue was helpful to offer us rooms which have been cleaned already. The rooms were clean and the beds good, but the airconditioning didn’t work properly on both rooms. Unfortunately the WIFI was even worse, very bad connectoon or no connection at all . It couldn’t be fixed the same day which was very disappointing.

The hotel was beautiful and peaceful and the room temp was perfect! I was very impressed. Breakfast was wonderful too!

Paid 10 euro for parking in the hotel garage. Next morning found out that the fuel tank flap had been forced open and the fuel had been stolen from our brand new, one day old car. We had literally picked up our car the day before in Passau. Personnel told us, parking was at our own risk and no camera's are in the garage, and there was nothing they could do for us. Not even an excuser some show of empathy. I wonder, what the 10 euro are for? I am sure, this would not have happened if we had left the car out on the street in plain sight. Very, very disappointing from BW.

Excellent stay and value for money in a quality hotel. Superb staff who were most helpful. Flexible on check in despite me arriving early. Hotel is very clean, rooms comfortable and facilities are great. Wi-Fi very fast. Location is great for those travelling on autobahn. The one downside is a low number of facilities nearby, but this does justify a pleasant walk into the town centre (20-mins). I will definitely stay here again when I return for business. Highly recommended.
