just you feel at home .very well equipped , excellent location , special thanks to Mr. Thomas ,the owner ,he takes care of very tiny details , the apartment equipped with everything you might need ,very clean ,we enjoyed our stay ,it will be always my first choice whenever I will be in Regensburg, highly recommended

Apartments are of high quality & excellent standard. Very well maintained. Located in the heart of town. One larger bedroom and one small bedroom, a kitchen with dining area. Some nice antique furnishings. Important to know - can be reached by foot only.

A very convenient location to easily take advantage of that Regensburg has to offer. Spacious, very clean, comfortable and quiet despite being in the center of everything. Thomas, the owner, is very responsive and helpful. It’s like staying in a local apartment in a very old building that has modern amenities mixed with fine antiques. I recommend it most highly.

We couldn't recommend Domesidenz more highly! The apartment was exquisite, with beautifully appointed antiques and furnishings. The apartment is in a beautiful 800-year-old, impeccably restored building. The location was ideal, both central and on a side street that was fairly quiet at night. The apartment was squeaky clean and so well organized! The attention to detail was so impressive. We especially loved the mix of antique furnishings and modern pieces, together. The lighting was also superb! The beds were comfortable and outfitted with high-quality bedding. The towels were also lush and of hotel quality. We felt as though we were staying in a high-end hotel, but with the space of an apartment. Thomas, the owner and host, was so nice! He greeted us when we arrived in town and showed us around the apartment. He made us feel so welcome. He was readily available to answer any questions and got back to us immediately when we texted him. By all means, book Domesidenz if you have the opportunity! You won't regret it.

The appartment and the location are superb.The hosts are extremely friendly.The atmosphere gives you a good impression of Regensburg. You are in the center of medieval ton,the town is before when you step out of the appartment.The decoration of the rooms is very nice!

A really lovely apartment, perfect for our stay. Very central, super comfortable beds and a very welcoming host. Lovely and quiet and wonderful to be in the medieval heart of the town. Would 100% recommend

We were extremely happy to spend a couple of nights at Domresidenz. Location couldn’t be better , very close to the Dom and to the Danube shore. The apartment was wonderful. Clean, comfortable with every possible amenity. We were welcomed at our arrival by the owner/manager. He accompanied us to our unit and explained everything to us. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Can’t wait to come back to picturesque Regensburg and to the Domresidenz!

This is a beautiful renovation and is an outstanding property in the heart of beautiful Regensburg. The owner Thomas is an excellent host and very informative on the local area and good restaurants etc. the property is finished to an exceptionally high standard and we will definitely return.

We arrived and were met by the proprietor Thomas. He was the consummate host, welcoming and warm and clearly proud of these gorgeous accommodations He provided us with terrific recommendations for meals and local sites. It appeared to be one unit per floor so we saw only one other couple during our 3 night stay. The main entrance is subtle and opened to a narrow cobblestone walk/ alley with shops and art. A very lively town, it wasn’t uncommon to see folks dressed in Dirndl & Lederhosen. I will let the pictures tell the story.
