Good friendly environment with the guests, friendly helpful staff

Excellent location at downtown, 6 km from airport, 2.8% charges on international card payment. However toilet, shower room is limited

Great location to base yourself for a few days of seeing Queenstown. (It really is that close.) Nice and friendly staff at check in and throughout. Most helpful. Ents included TV, books, games, couple of guitars, ocassional theme evenings. Couple of outdoor spaces. Bathrooms are fine although if fairly or more than fairly tall, the shower heads are surprisingly low down. I understand the difficulties with this given the time of year but a floor by floor deep clean is probably needed. Whilst I am no member of the fun police, having numerous notes across the place emphasising the need to keep noise down after 10pm, I can see why this might be a bit galling when the staff who live there alongside guests do not abide by this - especially when you have no idea who is a worker who is off duty. Might be impossible given temperatures, but it wasn't ideal to climb into my bunk in the pitch black (other than the light from my phone) and find a cat sleeping there (honestly!) I like a cat but if I hadn't had my phone lit, I would never have known and would have landed forcefully on it. I actually found it quite funny but a lot wouldn't. All hell could have broken loose if I had landed on it. (Amusingly and no joke, I was watching Don't F*** with Cats at the time and had paused it while I climbed in. Perhaps it was written...) Anyway, really nice spot and right for the price. Cheers!

Decent hostel in good location within 5min walk to the town centre. The showers are dated and no shower gel or shampoo. Which is normal standards in most hostels around the world. They did provide towels which were a added bonus. Would I stay again. Probably.

Convenient location with comfortable rooms. Three kitchens, all stocked with enough utensils and equipment to cook. However, very busy at meal times. Also hardly any room to store food in the fridge/cupboards, possible due to the amount of long term residents resulting in severe lack of food storage room actually free. Few toilets/showers, not enough for the amount of people staying at the accommodation. Also very limited parking! Arrive early before other guests if you want to squeeze into a space. Bonus was free tea/coffee. Good location for access to Queenstown and local walks (see picture).

Might be one of the best hostel around queenstown, I stay quite a many different hostel too

The bed is cleaned and firm. The cabinet is cozy. There is a electric heater in the room, which is fantastic for cold day.

Nice location, nice service, worth it

The location is strategic which near to town centre. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. The bunk bed is clean and everyday will have people to clean the common areas. Overall is good.

開窗沒安全防護，關窗關門睡覺的話味道非常重！公共廚房味道也比較重！床墊非常軟！其他都還好！但是有一點非常好的是，這個旅館位置非常好，幾百米就可以皇后鎮的空中纜車上車點，幾百米就到跳傘中心，過去蒸汽船上船點也很近！

連住了兩天，非常好的位置，選擇它是因為從介紹裏説有免費停車，目前這家青旅有3～4個門前停車位，先到先得，否則的話，需要到Hamilton Road尋找（經常也爆滿），需要自備沐浴露洗髮水這點上來説不是很方便，除此以外都可以給很高的分數，青旅與一些景點有合作優惠碼，可以詢問前台獲取，如果是單人行的話，還是會很推薦他們家。

比較好的青年旅舍。青旅地理位置不錯，離皇后鎮蒸汽船碼頭步行10餘分鐘，離大的超市步行6分鐘。服務、設施、衞生都挺好的，值得推薦的青旅！

設施整體不錯，滿意適中，parking位置就尚欠，如果自駕的朋友有機會需要在青旅對面街道裡找位置停車，基本是free。另外我們之前有提前要求房間要安靜而且有窗，基本也做到了，房間比較安靜，大家在入夜10點後基本沒什麼其他大動作的聲音，這也是青旅的要求之一，背包客比較多，所以也會儘量錯開使用公共設施的時間，我們大部分日間時間都開車出去玩了，所以晚上回來也基本不用特別輪後很久。位置方面也算比較便利，價錢適中也比較推薦～
