Great hotel in a nice & quiet location in Sapporo. I enjoyed the hotel and its well-equipped 24 hour gym. Front desk staff were friendly to my kids and even assisted us in booking a bigger taxi to Sapporo Station as we had big luggage in tow. The hotel is well-appointed and trendy in design. The complimentary beverages which were replenished daily was a nice touch! Definitely recommended in Sapporo! We will be back!

Good size room. Hotel has onsen facility. Breakfast is amazing. Location is a bit far from city centre and restaurants. But still walkable distance in summer time.

Clean room and great facilities. Very comfortable and very accessible. Nakajima Park is very near by, giving nature lovers a chance to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Being located next to the Nakijima Koen station it is also just a few minutes away from the city centre and popular tourist spots

The Hotel is located near to the train station, easy access to central area, the room is very specious, clean, and very comfy to stay. I did have breakfast, and it was very delicious.

This hotel is very nice, especially with the breakfast. Overall, the the hotel is very new and clean, it has a hot spring and gym, which I tried out which turned out a really nice experience.

The hi tea set is nice and nice of the restaurant staff to prepare a birthday dessert set up with birthday greetings

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Miss Hinako Saito, who has been exceptionally helpful and kind throughout our stay. She resolved our issues promptly and with great patience, making us feel very comfortable. However, I encountered a significant issue with the hotel room. I fail to understand why the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is transparent. When one person is sleeping, the light from the bathroom disrupts the entire room, making it uncomfortably bright. This situation forced me to use the flashlight on my phone while using the bathroom, which was inconvenient. As a result, I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The three stars are for Miss Hinako’s excellent service, and the remaining 0.5 star is for the cleanliness of the room.

This hotel is a must especially if you’re going during the Sapporo Yuki Matsuri (Snow Festival). Susukino and Odori site are only few blocks away and the Tsudome site is only a subway ride away. It’s super close to the subway station and it’s also close to Nakajima Park where you can play in the snow. The Susukino site is a very lively place with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Location, well is okay. Room is clean. Lobby lounge is good and breakfast choices are great. So far so good.

very spacious room by Japan standard. just next to nakajimakoen subway station. there’s a build up onsen on second floor, not big but very clean and nicely designed. overall very extremely clean and comfortable stay.

Very clean hotel. Room is probably one of the bigger sizes by japanese standard. There is a build-up small public bath, separate male and female. Very clean and nicely designed. Directly next to nakajimakoen station, 3 mins walk from exit 1 lift.
