"I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is extremely convenient, it’s right next to a food street, so there are plenty of dining options as soon as you step out. It’s also just a little over 1 km from West Street, and getting a ride is very easy. There are three bubble tea shops right across the road, including Chabaidao directly opposite the hotel, which was perfect for me.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They even assisted me in receiving my parcels, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable to stay in.
One small suggestion would be to improve the breakfast by offering more choices of main dishes. Other than that, everything was great. Overall, very good value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Quanzhou."

"I’ve been traveling for weeks throughout China and I can’t tell you enough how wonderful this hotel was. The room was spacious and gave me space to breathe; the shower’s water pressure was great and the shower itself has a door as well as shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. The bed was soft and comfortable; I slept so soundly. The absolute gem of this hotel was that it had a washing machine (with detergent!) and dryer (as well as lines for hanging up and air drying). If you climb Qingyuanshan here and are drenched in sweat from head to toe, and you have an early flight or train to catch the next day, there’s nothing better than having worry-free clean clothes. The alternative is taking wet and/or smelly clothes on to the next location (which likely won’t have free laundry amenities). I would most definitely stay again at this hotel and revisit this UNESCO city showcasing China’s multicultural and religious trading hub of the past. Thank you, Tongban Boutique Hotel!"

"Non male, qualità intercontinentale online, i piatti ed i servizi del ristorante cinese sono molto buoni, si può gustare del cibo delizioso senza uscire, ci sono anche piatti al vapore tra cui scegliere, giusto in tempo per pranzare mentre si aspetta la camera. La stanza è relativamente grande, ma il bagno è progettato con un lavandino singolo e il bagno non ha il lavandino. Tutto il resto è abbastanza buono. PS, la colazione è OK, ci sono noodles locali tra cui scegliere e accanto alle bevande al caffè sono posizionati bicchieri di carta usa e getta. È bello prendere un drink prima di uscire."

"There is no lift in the hotel but the staffs will help to bring the luggage up to the rooms. Room is clean except that there’s some sewage smell in the toilet, probably due to weak drainage system (toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet). Hotel is located right in West Street with many nice food choices and can walk to Zhong Shan Road Pedestrian Street too."

Ci ha sempre salutati con un bel sorriso.Ha tenuto la stanza in alto stato attraverso il nostro soggiorno e ha gestito rapidamente ed efficacemente ogni richiesta della nostra. La sua piccola gestazione ci ha colpito in particolare, come illustrato nella piccola nota che ci ha inviato (acclusa), e ci sarebbe piaciuto se i nostri complimenti per possiessero essere trasmessi alla gestione dell’hotel.

"One of my most enjoyable stay not just in Fujian, but in China! I had stayed in hotels that offer lesser but cost premium.
This hotel is clean, new, beautifully and thoughtfully designed to every detail. All the staff had been efficient, friendly, polite, helpful and very well-trained (professional yet sincere) in delivering great service. Be it the porter, the receptionist, the concierge or even the staff standing outside the restaurant or the housekeeping staff I walked past.
I would go back to the hotel anytime again, not just because of the affordable price but for the experience. Great job there!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff—especially Anne at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and comfort.

GGuntoubupahoThe hotel is located in a central prime location in a busy but relatively quiet side street, very convenient and close to everything you ever need. Plenty of attractions,restaurants, cafes and places of interest all within walking distance. We had a fantastic time here in Quanzhou with superb and hospitable weather all through the week, no withstanding the taiphoon passing nearby.
The facilities are modern, even an inhouse cafe/ restaurant which provides prompt services with near perfect tasty food and drinks. The room service on the low desk in the room made it the best and most memorable dining experience we had during the mini honeymoon. See the photos attached.
The staff esp the reception, even the cleaners, went out of the way to attend to every needs and request from us, always with a smile and highly professional disposition. I personally saw how they handled a particularly difficult client with such grace and calmness, which settled the impasse pretty promptly. I saw the client a few days later who was full of smiles, satisfaction and appreciation of the level of comfort and services she received.
I couldn't have been happier the 4 days staying and could have extended more days had there been rooms available. But I promise to return when the first opportunity avail itself.
The only suggestion I can give is to make the slippery floor in the toilet more slip resistant. Perhaps with some thin layer of anti slip mat whenever requested by more senior clients like me. I was extra careful going in and out each time, as the water ponded easily there .

ZZeederworldAbbiamo avuto un bellissimo soggiorno di una notte molto utile e amichevole ospiti che vivono nel vicino edificio Località è perfetta. Tra West Street e Quanzhou Ancient City. Circa 20-30 minuti a piedi in ogni direzione.
Il pasto del cane da zucchero (10 minuti a piedi) e il taro fritto a destra della strada posteriore di questo mishu (sia consigliato dall'ospite) sono stati uno dei migliori cibi durante il nostro viaggio Fujian. Apprezziamo l'ospite che ci permette di congelare il nostro cibo e ci aiutano a organizzare un pilota per mandarci a Xiamen il giorno dopo. È porta a porta a RMB70 per pax (se condividiamo la cabina con gli altri). Più economico didi + tren + didi e meno tempo consumato.
La stanza è leggermente sul lato più piccolo, ma non ci importa come siamo usciti tutto il giorno. Tutti gli impianti di base necessari sono forniti. La cosa più importante è la sua pulita e comoda.
Poiché ho prenotato con non cinese no e non riesco a leggere cinese, non ho ricevuto notifiche dall'ospite subito dopo la mia prenotazione Trip.com.Abbiamo dipendeto dalla mappa di Baidu per indovinare la posizione dopo che il taxi ci ha lasciato sulla strada principale. Preparatevi a camminare 2 minuti in una piccola pista e a entrare in una porta di apertura per entrare nel complesso residenziale 2/3. UUtente ospiteFrom my experience at 4 different accommodations in the Jinjiang/Quanzhou area, I have come to learn that the cleanliness (or rather, lack thereof) at this hotel is typical of this area at this price range. So I don’t want to make it sound worse than it deserves.
That said, the first thing I saw when I entered the room was a gross-looking tangle of hair on the floor. I sent a WeChat message to the person managing it, and to their credit they were very apologetic and sent someone to clean it up, which they did (I was gone at the time). When I got back, though, I was disappointed that although that particular tangle of hair had been cleaned up, the rest of the floor still had visible dust and who-knows-what on it. I ended up seeing a broom and dustpan in the hallway against another door, and I decided to briefly borrow it and quickly sweep my own floor so I didn’t have to feel like it was gross. After that it was ok.
Also, there was a sort of dank, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which I believe is from the drain. The toilet is the kind that you are not supposed to flush toilet paper down (instead put it in the bin next to the toilet), so it’s also possible the smell was the result of that system after the previous occupant’s stay. There is a water problem in the bathroom such that when you take a shower, water ends up sitting in a kind of puddle on the floor near the sink, so it’s hard for the bathroom to ever be entirely dry, which no doubt also adds to the difficulty of keeping the bathroom smelling fresh.
The room itself was big and included a washing machine, which was very helpful! There was a little kitchen area and a kettle and such. Water bottles were supplied every day. The bed was comfortable and clean.
There was a sofa and a coffee table, and another sort of recliner seat near the window. Unfortunately the coffee table looked dirty (some sort of sticky residue on it) from the last occupant, so I didn’t want to put anything on it.
The location is right next to the Jinjiang airport, which is of course convenient for arriving or departing by plane. Checkin was done via WeChat - I just told them I had arrived, and they sent me a code for the door. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, but I can’t say for sure that no one is ever there. Possibly if I had waited longer someone would have come, I don’t know.
For all the negative comments I had above, I want to repeat what I stated at the beginning - this level of cleanliness is apparently fairly normal for this price range in this area. I still think more effort could and should be put into making it a cleaner and more inviting space for customers, and things like the standing water problem in the bathroom should be fixed to prevent mold growth and such, but it’s also possible I just need to suck it up and spend more money on a better hotel room if I feel that my standard of cleanliness is so important.

YYas_miniNot sure if this hotel is independently run or under the park in brand. The checkin and check out and getting left luggage just took forever. The staff were not friendly, no uniforms were worn, no welcome was given . Nothing was even said when I checked in. I was given a room that was clean and tidy. However the first night being a Saturday I was kept awake by the thumping sounds of the nightclub and the screaming sounds of KTV bar which kept me up all night. Then at 6 am the construction started digging and grinding. I asked to switch rooms and the next room was smaller . Somewhat clean. But it over looked the roof of the building where the aircon machines were which was absolutely loud.
The breakfast in this hotel was abysmal . Not much western food or vegetarian options. Except over sugary cereal and toast with no toppings. Every morning the room was filled and mosh patrons wasted half of what they took it was disheartening to see soo much food waste. The breakfast fruits were also always finished and nothing was being replenished. The chairs and table were dirty and stained. And I’m not sure the type of hygiene that went on cause no staff wore any type of uniforms. The coffee machine was dirty with finger marks and the overall cleaning was just poor. Skip the breakfast it was loud and in there and I saw guests sitting with the feet on the chains and kids sleeping all over the place.
The location is not very convenient it’s a bit of a distance from the west street and buses are not frequent but the bus stop is right outside.
The restroom in the lobby was also in a very poor state when I wanted to use it.
Again it is 2025 why are wel allowing smoking in public establishments! The halls smelt like smoke and one day my room a non-smoking room had a stench of smoke coming through the vents. The daily house keeping was also suspect, one day the toilet was cleaned and floors mopped the next.
Seriously , not sure if it’s actually is a radisson or what. But overall the room was clean and tidy.

This homestay can grab Didi anytime.The shop Opposite hotel is 老字号马蹄酥&黄衍明口腔科 as later i will put picture for ur reference. Then u follow the signboard go in the alley then can find the homestay. The owner of this homestay is super helpful and friendly. As my luggage damage in airport, owner help me to get a new luggage online and get it just within a day. The homestay even provide us disposable towel ,face towel , tooth brush and tooth paste everyday. And no need worry about shampoo and body shampoo too. Hassle free and can bring less item if u stay in this homestay. The hotel location is great to grab breakfast and supper too. Some within walking distance restaurant I will put in photo. And 小白车u can take from this homestay to many travel attraction just rmb 2. All in all, this homestay is good value for money and i would like say thank you to the owner of this homestay for the pleasant stay during my trip. Definitely we will come back again Quanzhou just want stay in Lanxin courtyard only.
