Ottima esperienza al Crowne Plaza! Anche se la piscina non era disponibile, il che è stato deludente. Uno dei gestori dell'hotel, Wilson, è stato fantastico! È stato molto gentile e disponibile soprattutto per quanto riguarda le nostre esigenze dietetiche e i test Covid.

Questa volta ho portato un bambino e ho aggiornato gratuitamente la camera genitore-figlio (la disposizione della camera è molto amichevole con i bambini ed è dedicata a tutti i tipi di bambini). Lo staff dell'episodio centrale Max lo gestisce correttamente. La colazione è nell'area riservata ai soci. Non è necessario fare la fila durante i periodi di punta. Il livello generale del servizio, l'igiene è molto soddisfacente e anche gli gnocchi ripieni di sgombro spagnolo sono fantastici! Spiaggia, teatro, ruota panoramica, sorgenti termali, shopping, ottimo ambiente, un buon posto per le vacanze, consiglio a tutti di giocare. 🚗 Trasporto: è più conveniente noleggiare un'auto e guidare da soli. Sono venuto con i miei amici, ci sono spiagge intorno, ci sono ruote panoramiche 🎡, è fantastico. L'hotel dispone di servizi completi, la colazione e la cena giapponese sono buone. Soprattutto Lisa è calorosa, un buon servizio e molto attento.

🚗 Trasporti: è un po' a nord della Shanda University, è lontano da guidare e il parcheggio è comodo. 🍃Ambiente: vicino al mare, puoi sentire il suono delle onde quando apri la porta. 🔔Servizio: molto a posto. Sia il bar che la portineria sono molto carini e i regali vengono spediti gratuitamente.

Its like living a castle . Great for family vacation or couple . Clean beach but wish the outdoor pool was not closed . 4 x different restaurants in one place place from Japanese to German beer 🍺. Bedrooms were big and bathrooms were too . Affordable price for a short stay: Overall experience was great for 1-2 night stay for couples and families

The Hotel location is good even far away from downtown but quiet place and directly on the beach side. Rooms and price are within a reasonable price range. Breakfast variants of choices. The hotel is a bit old and need a renovation.

A great location for a holiday trip. There was plenty to do. The hotel amenities had something for everyone. I wished the outdoors pools and grounds were unkept a little more. On the way to the beach the boardwalk was destroyed. The building is a little old and could use some updating for the rooms but they staff works hard to keep things clean, orderly, and organized. Staff were very helpful from Check-in to checkout. Food options were plentiful. And the view was amazing.

The location is fantastic, few minutes from the subway station in Shiupo, accessible by both taxi and public means. Check in process was smooth and the staff helpful. The hotel is generally falling apart, from the walls to the door handles, the dusty, dirty carpets that had us sneeze the entire time we stayed there. The buffet breakfast and dinner was anything but great,we ended up diarrheaing from the 2nd day and that is how we stayed away from the food. Maybe it's because we are not Chinese, that is why the food wasn't a favourite. Great pool, the hot spring was beautiful and quite an experience.

It was a great hotel that it is not maintained. Many things are broken: the stairs to the beach are collapsed, the pool has loose tiles, there are not enough sun-beds by the pool, the room looks old, the carpet is dirty. We had to change the room because the sink just collapsed. The water park is also old and not maintained.

A good hotel. But the interior needs to be updated. The beach is not ready for recreation, algae, broken stairs, there is no normal descent. There are no umbrellas or sun loungers. The pool is dirty and not deep. Among the advantages is a beautiful style, a very varied and delicious breakfast. Plus, there is a hotel with a spa nearby, a great place to relax.

This hotel is really looks fancy but most of shops outside is closed and this beach is yellow (is it that’s why it’s “golden beach”?) i had fun more like from hot springs right next to hotel(for two people a day 198rmb). and two nights delivered “KFC”. breakfast is just not bad. floor is not clean so better wear slippers whole time.
