The hotel is in a very good location! The rooms are a bit dirty, can see dust on the floor and lots of hairs all over the shower, the glasses are foggy from lack of proper cleaning, and I find some cockroaches in the room. The bed is quite hard, I personally don't like it but it's common in China. The room's doors are facing a big open space of the gallery so it is super nosy when people are talking there, it's sounds like they are right outside your door even though they are 2 floors downstairs.... It takes nearly 10 minutes to get hot water. I personally needed to work but it's extremely inconvenient to do that in these rooms, the table and chairs are not very comfy. Overall it's an ok room for the price and location and if you stay for a night or two but don't expect much. It could be a very nice place if they just give a little more attention to details.

I had a russian foreign passport for registration there. That was a problem to find the booking through the system, so reception staff had to call for help of some technician who was on the Chinese New Year leave. That was solved but took about an hour. Thank you for your care, but seems the system still needs some improvements.

優點： 民宿地理位置好，很新，方便好找，樓下有咖啡店，附近還可以畫油畫，直走就是大芬美術館，民宿地下和二樓是展覽廳，大約早上10時會放音樂，音量可接受，不會吵醒，保安嚴密，2百多的價格也不貴。 缺點：房間整體可以，但有床蝨咬，女生跟小孩注意～男生沒差～ 民宿只有一個枕頭，個人感覺偏矮，但沒有多一個枕頭提供。 隔音差，門縫很大，第一天早上6點多，不知道誰放音樂，放了兩個小時，下午跟前台説了，有改善，第二個晚上可以睡了，但第三個晚上凌晨2,3點，不知哪裡發出唰唰聲，大概維持了15分鐘，早上外面声音也很大，睡不好。

酒店位置地理位置極佳，酒店衞生很好，房間乾淨整潔，多種日常生活用品服務很周到，房間洗漱用品齊全很方便，大堂裝修優雅大方典雅。

位置很好，在油畫村中央，我倆主要在油畫村遊玩，很方便，但房間的床鋪好像有點問題，躺上去就感覺身體很痕癢，冷氣充足，熱水要開三、四分鐘先開始熱，淋浴露，洗髮水不足，只有各一支少少的，還有房間大門底的縫很寬，感覺有點不舒服..

很滿意、很清靜，老闆人很好、下次還來住

藝術館里民宿，衞生乾淨，自助型非常方便，沒有多餘的打擾，也很安靜。白天出門就可以看樓下的展覽。超級贊👍

2點以後才能辦理入住沒問題 入住後，第二天，中午出去吃個午飯，回來就進不了房了！！！才1點不到！！！都還沒去辦理退房，就不讓我們進房了，東西都在裏面！！！

位置好，環境優美，乾淨衞生，樓下就是油畫展廳，藝術氛圍感爆棚，前台服務態度好。

地理位置很棒 油畫村中央位置 晚上有難得的安靜。除了清潔衞生跟不上 每天都會在4點來打掃，如遇不變 清潔工人下班就不再清潔 房間這樣2-3天沒清潔一次，第二天也不會早點來清潔。

首先我先聲明，我不是託和廣告，就是大學生出來窮遊深圳的。房間非常乾淨，很整潔，而且我很喜歡房間的裝修和設計，我感覺年輕人都會很喜歡，住的很舒服，我們是三個人住的雙床房，酒店很細心，入住後所有的用具，浴巾牙刷之類的都每天更換成三人份，每天清潔很及時，我很喜歡酒店的燈光，因為有一些酒店燈光很昏暗，這個酒店不一樣，燈光很舒服，而且被套枕頭都很乾凈，沒有毛屑讓人感覺悶得慌，大部分酒店的洗髮用品都很差，但是這個酒店的洗浴用品很舒服，有很高級的香味。房間空調很給力，可以速冷。在這個價位區間的酒店比較下，我力薦這一家民宿，因為是新開不久的，所以環境沒得説。唯一的缺點我覺得就是那套桌椅可以更換一下，穩定性不是很高，還有就是地毯有一點臟，但是我覺得這個不影響居住舒適度，因為本身就是踩在地面上的。前台和阿姨們服務很周到。我對這次的住房體驗很滿意。
