needs renovation. enormous but poor facility management. should enhance cleanness seriously to keep upscale hotel level especially upon the restaurant area

For Exhibition the location is perfect, to enjoy the city, u will find better options. The room are quiet nice, but also bit aged and the shower need to be renewed asap. It‘s my second time over their for exhibition within 1 year

酒店環境和服務都非常好，給前台Kevin小哥哥點贊，我預訂的時候沒看清定的雙床房，Kevin幫忙換成了大床而且安排了海景非常開闊的房間，青島最近的天氣也很舒適，度過了非常愉快的週末😁😁😁

前台的美女説酒店有活動，兩個房間買了華住會金卡會員升級到了行政房，房間設施很好，景色也很美，還送了歡迎飲料啤酒水果，服務態度超好，陳園服務特別周到，加了我微信，各種貼心提醒，下次還去❤️❤️❤️

非常好，乾淨，親子房很温馨，小朋友喜歡，旁邊就是融創，電影博物館，能玩很久，累了就酒店內部游泳池和小童樂園，這兩天特別熱，幸虧有室內項目。自助餐也還不錯。非常滿意。3樓服務的阿姨也很熱情親和，飲用水送得很及時，小朋友和大人都很滿意。不足之處，衹有電視台，沒有愛奇藝等網絡點播軟件，不過小朋友們看卡通台也夠用了。。。

服務：服務好，有求必應，前台的各位服務生都非常不錯，響應很快，要求的日出房也給安排了環境：海景房確實不錯，但是房間潮濕，床品潮濕，去濕器噪音大，雖然對空氣有所改善，但對床品無效，對長年潮濕的地毯無效。衞生：比較乾淨，打掃的很到位設施：早餐還可以，人太多了，停車場離得遠不方便，房間設備也很有年代感。

「Kevin經理的專業與温度，讓旅程完美收官！」，2025年8月10日入住青島融創施柏閣酒店，下午2點左右去前台拿房間，結果前台客服告知要等到三點，並且衹有五樓可以入住，我當時問了前台六樓沒有房間嗎？前台告知六樓房間封閉式陽台看不到海景（欺騙顧客男的前台經理），等到了三點前台説還沒有打掃好衞生，我直接換了一個前台經理Kevin，換了之後不僅帶我們去看房間給予選擇，最後還安排入住了6樓中間的海景房（景色非常好），入住期間包括衞生打掃，早晚餐，寄存都幫我們安排的非常滿意。

這是第二次來黃島玩了，一如既往的選擇了星光島，這裏酒店位置太讚了，不用出去就可以欣賞美景。這次入住的是施柏閣，服務沒得説，特別是前台劉瑩美女，一見面就感受到了熱情，看我們帶着孩子，還送了小玩具，孩子很喜歡，讓人感覺賓至如歸。特別是我們提前到了一會，主動給安排提前辦理手續。這次入住體驗真的不錯，各方面都讓人很滿意，不管是商務出差還是旅行度假，這裏都是非常棒的選擇，下次再來青島，會再次選擇這裏，也毫不猶豫推薦給親朋好友。

第一次來這度假，海景真的是yyds，房間設施挺好的，就是垃圾桶沒套袋子好不習慣，建議酒店可以考慮套個垃圾袋和準備個一次性浴缸袋。另外隔音簡直好的不要不要的，但是早餐也就一般，沒有達到想象中的程度，不過明年來青島還會選這裏！晚上可以到湖邊走走，但是這幾天晚上濕氣太重就沒去，島上好像沒有沙灘，想去玩沙子的可以去對面的露營基地玩。另外前台的劉以凡小姐姐聲音超級好聽，整體服務非常好，各類設施和注意事項介紹的非常詳細，感謝小姐姐～
