Andava bene, purtroppo l'acqua della piscina non era completamente pulita, anche il cibo non era proprio eccezionale, ma per il prezzo e questa esperienza andava bene. Non ci tornerei, ma chiunque voglia qualcosa di nuovo può provarlo.

Заявлен отель как шикарный! Но по факту: уборка плохая и забывают убирать… вода течет под краном, на уступки персонал не идет. На любую просьбу отвечают: НЕТ!!! Все залапаете и грязное. На кровати и дверях предидущие постояльцы нарисовали маслом кресты… Короче сервис на 3!

房間設施稍微有點舊，自助餐停不錯的，酒店離市區稍微有點遠，酒店的潛水俱樂部價格還算比較合理，泳池很多

該酒店體驗十分糟糕（以下圖片為證），前台和主管涉嫌歧視中國人，明明酒店房間很多，卻分別給我們一個非常遠的房間。而且淋浴、水龍頭全是壞的，電吹風也沒有，酒店下午5點才來打掃衞生，我們打電話，並且兩次到前台交涉，拖了一個多小時才派一個人過來維修，前台態度非常冷漠和傲慢無禮，至今沒説一句抱歉的話（甚至撒謊説我老公喝過酒，和酒店交涉處理問題是7-8點，我老公是10點起吃晚餐喝酒，和酒店服務有什麼必然聯繫？），前台甚至在我去交涉的時候隨手遞給我一個吹風機打發我，我們花同樣的錢，卻沒有享受到公平和好的服務，讓我對這個連鎖酒店非常失望，國人一定要避坑。

A partire dal check-in, tutto è stato molto fluido e non ci è voluto molto tempo. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto disponibili e collaborativi e hanno fatto del loro meglio per rispondere positivamente alle nostre richieste. Le camere erano molto pulite, ordinate e con interni e decorazioni in pietra molto belli. Le nostre camere erano fronte mare, la vista era incredibile. Le nostre camere erano lontane dalla hall e dal ristorante, ma richiedere una golf car ha reso tutto più semplice e molte grazie per la risposta rapida. La governante Islam è stata molto collaborativa e ha svolto il suo lavoro rispondendo adeguatamente alle nostre richieste con un sorriso e un'azione rapida. Il tè dell'animazione (Akram, Hadeer, Basmah e Mido) è stato molto attivo e divertente e ha fatto del suo meglio per incoraggiare i clienti a partecipare alle attività di intrattenimento con il loro sorriso, atteggiamento positivo e senso dell'umorismo. Nel complesso, abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno al Dahab Le Meridien Hotel e lo visiteremo di nuovo. Sfortunatamente, i coralli della barriera corallina erano morti e non colorati. I cuscini del letto non erano comodi. Si prega di cambiarli con quelli comodi e di buona qualità.

I am very grateful for the service, the place and the people, the reception is very excellent and the place is so comfortable that I provided my stay, from the first Mr. Mohamed Diab in the reception and Mr. Khaled the food supervisor, as well as the chef, their reception and treatment is more than wonderful and I am very grateful for that

Location is very good and near all needed activities the rooms is good and comfortable Atmosphere is very romantic Service is very good Special thanks to Mr Mohamed at the reception and Mr Mohamed and Omar on the restaurant they were very helpful Special thanks to Mr abdelrahman the pool par man If I will come DAHAB again it would be retac for sure
