I don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms.
I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.

Wonderful facilities. The bed is super comfortable. It’s a destination. More like a 4.5 star hotel than a 4 star. Make sure to check the hotel room type to get an ocean view if possible. Public area is awesome and a destination for locals and tourists.

Struttura in posizione eccezionale con piscina a sfioro da perdere il fiato. Pulizia delle camere e gentilezza delle cameriere ineguagliabili. Personale molto sorridente, accogliente e cordiale ad eccezione di Alexis della reception che dovrebbe avere il garbo di non parlare male degli ospiti pensando di non essere compreso ;) Purtroppo sono in corso lavori edili e i rumori di cantiere sono piuttosto invadenti. Le capsule Nespresso vengono addebitate anche se non sono presenti nel listino dei prodotti in dotazione della camera.

Beautiful five star resort I would place it in the same category as the Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton hotels. Lush tropical landscaping and beautiful beach club.

The property is ok , but it is over priced for regular access to reclining chairs at pool and beach .
We had to pay for any extras , no free food except 2 bottles of water a day we spend over 1000$ in food and drinks in 7 days and half of meals we had somewhere else .

I had a wonderful solo stay! Ate breakfast everyday at Sky. The staff was excellent, food came beautifully crafted, was very tasty, and the was amazing. Pride in the preparation oozed from the plates.
Every hotel staff member was gracious and truly seemed to care about my stay.

Well first starting off with check in , it was a bit confusing that we had to check in on the 10 th floor , we had someone come get us and help us out within a few minutes , immediately at check in we had to sign a lot of paper work too much for a simple stay in my opinion, our concierge immediately tried to book us for a time share appointment to upsell us with a free breakfast and a few free perks , we accepted but later in the week we canceled it and got a deposit we had to place down back. Overall the place was severely overpriced, drinks and food we over 3x more expensive inside the hotel vs out in town and at the near by bars. I don’t recommend eating or drinking inside the resort save your cash for outside dining.
