I have stayed at a lot of hotels in PV, Westin is TOP OF THE LINE!! Friendly staff you won’t regret it. Look no further !

Beautiful resort right on the beach. The food was excellent, drinks were great with moderate prices. The staff were amazing as well. All in all a great time- we’ll definitely be back!

舒適的環境。從機場打車到酒店大約10多分鐘，從酒店到“市中心”打車25分鐘左右～客房的位置正對的室外泳池，樓層的問題衹能看到部分海景～看海還是選擇直接走到海邊🏝️啦～

El hotel siempre es una apuesta segura, buena comida, habitaciones e instalaciones, siempre la pasamos muy bien!!

C’est un très bon hôtel avec un bon service de bons restaurants les chambres aurait besoin d’être rénové mais l’ensemble est très propre et très bien entretenu et la situation excellente je recommande

I need to comment on something about the private beach first, because it’s important and doesn’t match the review categories well. On our last full day, a lot of garbage (including an actual steak knife, bottle caps and plastic, and disgusting brown bubbles/slime) started washing up on the beach while we were swimming. Previously the beach had been pristine. I suspect this has something to do with the proximity to the marina and the arrival of cruise ships. Relating any further details turns my stomach. I threw away my swimsuit and showered for half an hour. I honestly don’t know what to say. That will haunt my dreams… Anyway, other than that, it honestly was a wonderful hotel with great facilities and fantastic staff.

I checked in, upgraded room, and when I entered room i was completely taken aback , room smelled terrible, like mold or musk, I turned around and walked back to reception and checked out and booked another hotel… please contact me I would like a refund

Everything is great except the back view from my room, they have kind of a dump place and few bunk beds for the beach

The hotel grounds are spectacular and pool is lovely! We had a suite on top floor and the view of the Bay was spectacular. Room service was awesome. Staff were all attentive and friendly. Wonderful place to stay.

Excellent location and service. No slippers, over $10 for a single water pitcher sized water, the lights werent working. The safe ran out of battery.

Nice hotel we had an ocean veiw. The staff here is really friendly and helpful especially the guys in the front of the hotel that help with transportation. They knew a lot and helped us several times. Beach and pool area was nice. We had room service for breakfast everyday and it was very reasonable and nice to sit on balcony. I thought the spa was overpriced though. I was expecting to pay more at a hotel but you can get a great massage outside the hotel in the marina area for 1/3 the price so we did that instead.

This was our second time at this property and we were surprised how much the prices had increased especially for food and drinks. I would even dare to say I felt ripped off when we had lunch by the beach. The tacos I ordered were so small it was more like an appetizer yet the price was very high. It was very obvious that the tortilla was cut into a much smaller circle. No bueno! Unfortunately I will not be returning also because it is turning into an all inclusive resort.

Pool and Fitness center were great. Hotel is noisy because they allow late parties at the pool area. The whole hotel needs a serious renovation. All very tired.
