L'hotel è ottimo! Il personale è molto disponibile! Le camere sono molto pulite e profumate. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte. Grazie al personale, ci hanno aiutato ad arrivare al fiume sotterraneo la mattina, e abbiamo concordato con l'autista (guida) che dopo l'escursione lungo il fiume sotterraneo non ci avrebbero riportato in hotel, ma direttamente a El Nido 👍🏼 A proposito, ho lasciato il telefono sull'autobus e l'autista, onesto e coscienzioso, me l'ha restituito, grazie! 🥲 L'hotel in sé è pulito, forniscono asciugamani, un minimo di accessori da bagno, in camera c'erano già shampoo e bagnoschiuma (nella doccia), hanno fornito dentifricio e spazzolino da denti separatamente. C'è anche un asciugacapelli in camera. Un bollitore senza bustine di tè e zucchero. C'è il Wi-Fi, buono. È stato un peccato che non ci fosse una finestra in camera. Più precisamente, c'è, ma si affaccia su un corridoio buio e non funzionante, ma va bene, perché non ci siamo seduti in camera. Una buona e gustosa colazione dalle 6 del mattino con una splendida vista. Come qualcuno ha scritto prima, questo hotel è un'oasi nel mezzo del trambusto filippino 😀

The surroundings of this hotel were not like my expectations. But it's a walking distance to the mall, to the beach. The staff is so good. Michelle's front desk helped me a lot throughout our stay in this hotel. The breakfast options were the same as any other hotel.

Service - very polite and kind and hard working staff. Facilities - ok, can be improved, especially the elevators. Food - good. breakfast buffet can be improved further.

The staff's are friendly ,the location was great close to the market, malls ,restaurants etc. and easy for transportation . The view on the top was also great especially at night. Recommended

The room was nice and spacious, tho there is leak in our ceiling its fine uts tolerable, the staff was really nice and approachable the buffet/food was good also. Its really nice and amazing experience with this hotel

This hotel absolutely deserves a 5-star rating! While it may not appear exceptional from the outside, given its location on a busy street, trust me when I say it offers exceptional value. At such an affordable price, we enjoyed a luxurious experience, a spacious room with a balcony, stylish design, fantastic amenities, complimentary gifts from the hotel, a bathtub, and much more! Additionally, our room reservation included a delightful buffet breakfast at no extra cost. Not to mention, the hotel staff were exceedingly polite and courteous. Upon check-in, one of their staff members even escorted us to our rooms, providing information about the restaurant, gym, and relevant timings. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future!

Airport shuttle service is good and room is clean. Restaurant staff try hard and mean well but leaving broken service equipment out to be used, then explain to guests that it is broken and that there is a spare but they are not using it is just weird. Weird is ok, but karaoke until 11-11.30pm is just annoying, bring your earplugs.

Food wasnt good at buffet at the patio restaurant Breakfast was bad. Hall Carpets smelt. Had to ask for hand towels, only came in a deluxe suite Leaks everywhere in bathroom Expensive beer. They did not serve liquor on the rooftop Bed was hard Reception was lovely, so was the receptionist. Upstairs patio bar was lovely
