Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Puebla

Tutto era perfetto, ma chiedevo sempre loro di mettere bottiglie d'acqua in più nella stanza ((non lo facevano)) e una volta che ho chiamato la reception per chiedere dell'acqua, lui ha detto (( stiamo finendo l'acqua potabile, hai comprare nel negozio vicino 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7)) cosa c'è che non va in voi ragazzi??? No acqua??? Sei serio??

Speravamo di questo hotel, purtroppo non abbiamo letto queste recensioni prima di entrare perché eravamo in fretta. Il personale AM era bello, soprattutto il campanello, ma il lavoratore che ci ha fatto il check-in ci ha venduto per una stanza e non ha condiviso informazioni specifiche su cose come wifi, check-out tempo, o la situazione del colazione (in molti menzionati su queste recensioni). Non c'è colazione inclusa, e il colazione prepagato è diverso dal gigante solitario buffet che nessuno mangia. L'hotel sembrava vuoto di ospiti, ma siamo stati in realtà sovraccaricati di circa 100 pesos per la notte. In dollari non molto, ma sembrato ombreggiato. Quando ho portato l'attenzione del lavoratore notturno, ha detto che era “pienamente vicino”. Mi sentivo condannato come donna, e tutta l'interazione anche con il mio partner era completamente rude e disrespecto. Non si preoccupano dei clienti, e come hanno detto altre recensioni, probabilmente ottengono abbastanza reclami che non si preoccupano. Se si ottiene una stanza che guarda la piscina, siate consapevoli che la musica alta è giocata fino alle 11:45 e inizia di nuovo alle 8:00. La manutenzione inizia a colpire presto e continua a colpire. E abbiamo anche avuto un esterminatore colpito e spray in camere da parte di circa le 9:00. Forse qualcuno ha una buona esperienza qui, non lo saremmo sapere perché sembra vuoto. Il calo del prezzo ********* è sensato, ma siamo stati troppo carini e pensati di sostenere meglio l'hotel e pagare direttamente ( poi eccessivi), che sembra un posto carino che non vive all'esterno. Non rimanere qui, ci sono così tanti altri luoghi con persone che realmente si preoccupano di avere una buona esperienza.

PRO: It is a lovely building, barely two blocks from the center on a generally (but not always) quiet street. CON: It started with the form I was asked to sign at checkin. It was in Spanish, which I do not understand; but it described severe penalties (who knows, maybe torture and dismemberment?) if I were to steal so much as a towel. I've never seen such a form at another hotel. So they started out treating us as potential thieves. Next, I had booked their most expensive room (a 'presidential suite') but it turned out to be a dark inside room. We asked for, and got, a smaller room facing onto the street, with a couple of balconies. No refund was given (we had a prepaid rate). I had seen AC mentioned in other TA reviews. Our room had no AC or cross-ventilation. It isn't normally necessary in March in these altitudes, but this year was unusually hot. The included breakfast required turning in little slips of paper issued by the front desk. It was a mixed experience---the food was elegantly served on large plates in a lovely space, but it was strictly limited. The coupon explicitly warned that no pan dulce would be given (what do they cost, a few pesos each at the bakery?); and capuccinos were 40 pesos extra. Our request to fix the dual-mode flush (the button for #1 flushing worked, the button for #2 flushing did not) was ignored. However, front desk staff were friendly and helpful otherwise. So a mixed experience. Puebla is a lovely city but tourism is clearly not revived yet. Many restaurants were quite empty at lunchtime. This hotel was empty also, except on the weekend.
