Hotel vicini a Casa do ＂Vo＂ Serafim a Portimao

Llagamos sobre las 15h de la tarde y la persona de la recepción no encontraba nuestra reserva hecha a través de Trip.com. Con mucho cabreo e insistencia nos dijo que no podía hacer nada y que teníamos que contactar con Trip.com para solucionar la cosa con ellos (tras 9horas de viaje y todos los correos posibles de confirmación). Mientras que esperaba que los de Trip.com nos respondieran, nos llama otra persona diciendo que todo estaba en orden, que no la encontraban por un ”error informático”. Ni una disculpa, nada. La habitación no estaba mal, segunda planta, bien situada. Instalación del hotel vieja, las 5 estrellas no se merecen, sinceramente, es un 4 estrellas actual, para el precio pagado está bien. Desayuno a buffet bueno, servicio igual de bueno y atento. Tuvimos un problema un día que no hicieron la habitación, tuvimos que reclamar a las 19:30h y la limpiaron y hicieron muy de prisa (y de manera bastante ”ligera”), pero, bueno.... No podemos opinar sobre SPA, Gimnasio etc ya que no hemos probado esos servicios.

Room was very comfortable, clean and beds were nice.Air con worked well when all doors and windows are shuts properly. Bathroom was spacious and hot water. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety 👌 Staff were fine but not over welcoming with greetings. Paulo was helpful though. No outside pool as shown in pictures, this was a let down for us as we wanted to swim and relax by pool with sun. Indoor looked okay but didn't use it . Location was a 15 min walk to restaurants but uber is available too. Beaches were busy and okay. Seen lots of nicer beaches in Europe 🇪🇺 Ciao

Beautiful property right on Praia da Rocha. Excellent service at check-in, was given a quick tour of the lobby and room by a wonderful gentleman. Beautiful and tidy room, stunning view from balcony, though the small bathroom window opens into the corridor and at times there is an unpleasant odour from a pipe in the toilet. Breakfast was adequate and delicious, staff were helpful and nice. Overall a great place to stay!

A very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Our apartment was near the bottom of the complex with a balcony that was always in the shade. Other units overlooked the pool with sunny balconies and the “Sunset Apartments” were over the reception/restaurant area with great views and plenty of sun. Whichever unit you stay in the apartments are well kept, clean and airy with a large lounge/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, twin hob and under bench fridge. The lounge has a tv, but uk programmes are limited to BBC world News and BBC entertainment channel. OK if you like “Still Open All Hours” and other re-runs, but you are on holiday in a beautiful and friendly place so why stay in and watch TV. There is an on-site shop (not open when we were there but will be by end of March) and nearest and best mini market is in the village o the “Main Street” just behind the village square and opposite the ice cream parlour/cafe. It is a steep downhill walk to the village by the shortest route accessed by cutting through the apartments opposite the reception entrance and turning right but the easier way is to follow the road by going left from reception and right to go back to the main road and turning left. This brings you out at the bridge to the town square, which is where you want to be for great restaurants and drinks. Do not miss the water taxi across to Portimao or Praia Roche (10 euros return) we went to Portimao town to look at the excellent museum set in an old Sardine Canning Factory. I also highly recommend the “Indigo Restaurant” further up the street from the mini market. It serves Indian food prepared by the Owner, Mr Beddi. He and his staff are extremely friendly and very welcoming and he will make you what you want and to your taste. It was raining on our first arrival and I had to go to the village looking for food to cook. I took shelter on the seating outside of Indigo and, even though it was not open, the young ladies preparing for he evening made me a cup of tea. When Beddi arrived I asked where I could get a taxi and he gave me a lift back with no charge for the tea or lift. We went for dinner later as it had stopped raining and after being plied with more foo than was decent we were surprised by the exceptionally reasonable cost. To top it off it had started raining again and the excellent Beddi gave us a lift back again. What a way to start our holiday. Sadly we could not make a second visit as my wife felt unwell for the rest of the holiday (nothing to do with the stunning food we ate). We will be back to enjoy the beautiful area, the warm weather and the warm and welcoming Portuguese.

Avevamo scelto Portimao come base per visitare/conoscere l'Algarve e, soggiornare qui, si è dimostrata buona scelta. La struttura è recente, ben tenuta, con ampi spazi comuni, parcheggio custodito, piscina esterna ed interna, servizio bar e ristorante. L'appartamento, un T1 da 60 mq, era ben disposto ed arredato, luminoso e con un bel balcone affacciato verso il mare, che sta 900 metri più in là. Buono il prezzo e cortese il personale. Consigliato

O fato de não fazer o check in/out no lugar é muito desconfortável. Não é hotel, não chamem de hotel, são quartos num edificio. Eu quero saber se às despesas ocasionadas por esto voces devolvem. Pelo resto esta tudo perfeito localização, comodidade, enfim. Espero que avisem aos passageiros o primeiro endereço para não termos que ir é voltar. Obrigada.

Consiglio a tutti questo hotel, la camera molto pulita, è la prima volta che mi capita un hotel dove le asciugamani, federe e lenzuola profumino di coccolino. Servizi top, palestra top, pulitissima 24h su 24h, personale molto gentile. Spazio in bagno, condizionatore, letti e cuscini comodi, bollitore pulito, frigo bar con snack.

Per 2 notti e 3 giorni questi apparenze sono stati presi in mano dagli studenti universitari spagnoli che volevano festeggiare come era Ibiza. Quando tre dei sette coach che li hanno portati venerdì, un ospite chiese cosa sta succedendo di non preoccuparsi, perché si tratta di un evento annuale e avevano così tante attività prenotate che non li avrebbero notati intorno. Le loro attività quando sono tornati dopo i loro giorni erano ciò che si potrebbe aspettare da un centro universitario di residenza e è stato chiaro sabato sera che la guardia di sicurezza non era sufficiente per affrontare gli incidenti che sono stati segnalati. Volevo l'equivalente di un'esperienza di Ibiza (o come Benidorm o Magaluf) e mi è stato detto che questo è stato quando ho prenotato? No, non lo era. Mi è stato detto che la maggior parte dell'edificio che ero in sarebbe stato usato per questo scopo quando ho prenotato? No, non ero.Avendo lamentato entrambi all'hotel il sabato dopo una delle due notti senza sonno, e il nostro tour rip domenica ( ho provato a contattarli diverse volte il sabato senza risposta) e l'analogia si è presentata domenica, ma non si tratta di tre notti (siamo stati così stanchi domenica andammo a letto piuttosto che uscire) e due giorni di vacanza? No, non è così. Domenica ci è stato detto che questo grande gruppo aveva usato il loro strumento di prenotazione, prenotazione in piccoli gruppi e questo è come hanno riuscito a prenotare come tale grande gruppo (che, in caso di te, il loro strumento di prenotazione deve essere andato in.meltdown! 7 coach x 69 /5 max per camera è uguale ....). Sono stati in grado di organizzare una politica di nessuna partita di gallina o di stag. Qual è la differenza tra questi e gli studenti universitari che si festeggiano qui, nella mia esperienza nessuno. Prima di tutto abbiamo avuto una buona vacanza, che ha messo un enorme impatto su di essa. Poiché un ospite è stato detto che questa manifestazione è una volta all'anno da parte del personale qui, e indipendentemente dal modo in cui questa università ha prenotato, il mio consiglio sarebbe di evitare di prenotare questa volta dell'anno, a meno che, naturalmente, non vi piace la scena della festa e ciò che porta con essa.

Il mio partner e io ci siamo trasferiti per una settimana in agosto/settembre b+b, bellissimo hotel, camere di base e colazione standard.La posizione è brillante, ma vicino alla spiaggia e ci sono carichi di bar/restauranti e molti stall e negozi vicino. È un hotel di bilancio ma era bellissimo, come il personale. Il colazione era lo stesso ogni giorno ma non ci ha lasciati, perché abbiamo davvero una fantastica settimana di soggiorno qui. La piscina è bellissimo anche e il giardino. Saremmo assolutamente tornati qui. Il prezzo della nostra vacanza era anche affidabile e ragionevole.
