Hotel a Port-Louis, Francia

The thalasso and its staff are outstanding. I have been coming for over 30 years and the facilities are really great and the 25 meters swimming pool with warm sea water is fantastic. But the hotel is not up to 5 star standards and clearly there is not enough staff (especially in the restaurant) and there seems to be a lot of young people with little experience. The exception to this is the concierge desks: dedicated and excellent advice and service. Also upsetting is the lack of transparency of the bill so check out is a nightmare. I found a difference of 40 euros (on a multi thousand euros bill) as apparently for the last night my room was more expensive (nobody told me so before). There was nobody who had the authorities (or willingness) to admit to the mistake as the general manager, Madame Gali, was absent all week. A 40 euros mistake is not a big deal, but for an Accor Platinum customer who has come for over 30 years I find it unacceptable that staff cannot say ”sorry”.

Abbiamo apprezzato questo hotel recente , personale simpatico al ristorante e all'accoglienza; alcuni hic , non hanno beneficiato della tariffa senior , nessuna bottiglia d'acqua nella stanza, nessun sapone nel serbatoio di doccia , Mancanza evidente di personale per colazione , una sola persona per riparare i prodotti ( molti mancano alle 9 ) sbarazzarsi dei piatti e occuparsi del check-out ; questi sono dettagli da migliorare per un 3 stelle ( ben meritati d' altronde )

Second séjour dans cet hôtel...et sûrement pas le dernier: un accueil au top, une chambre spacieuse et propre (le balcon avec une (petite) vue mer est très appréciable, en plus...), l'ensemble du personnel, à l'accueil, au petit-déjeuner ou au ménage, tout le monde à le sourire et est prêt à vous rendre service. La situation, ni trop en ville ni trop éloigné de l'établissement, en fait l'adresse idéale pour séjourner et découvrir les charmes de la presqu'île.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel au prix de 57 euros sur *********** L’hôtel se situe dans une zone commerciale à proximité de la ville de de Quimperlé et dispose d’un parking gratuit. Les chambres sont propres, climatisée et la fenêtre dispose d’un volet roulant. La literie est confortable et propre mais les oreillers un peu mou La salle de bain est propre et fonctionnelle, la douche dispose de gel douche. Par contre les chambres sont mal insonorisées, on entend les voisins parler. De même la proximité de la route fait qu’on entend la circulation si on dort la fenêtre ouverte.

Oltre alla camera un po 'piccola per 3 persone e la perla doccia intagliata abbiamo apprezzato le nostre due notti passate in questo hotel. L'ospite era super simpatico, così come il personale della camera. Pulizia e tranquillità innocua
