高いのにフロントへの電話は通じなかったり、布団がシーツくらい薄い。寒かったため持ってきてもらうように頼んだがタオルを持ってきてくれた。 朝ごはんはあまり充実していない

環境：房間離馬路很近，非常吵，走廊裏不間斷放着音樂，無法入睡。 設施：設施很糟糕國內二星級酒店水準，沒有拖鞋，沒有牙刷提供，熱水水温很低 服務：到店後告知要按人數收費，補交錢按人頭價格加起來比網上重新訂要貴很多

房間比較簡陋，衣架和掛鈎缺少。早上餐廳往外望出去，風景太美了！

The service was less than normal The room is big but when we asked for extra blunket the answer was no The breakfast was more than basic but if something is missing, the reply was not good.. For two days there was no tea at all.. waiting for the delivery

The room was clean and confortable, it is far from city center, the services are basic, the dinnig room is very small, we were a group of 40 persons and it was very croeded, the food that was servefd was of low in qtty and the taste was not as you expect from a turist hotel
