discrimination still exists i find receptionist crazy rude she investigated me like i was there for robbery she was having trouble with finding my name on register which was on next page. before turning page she told me no booking.i showed here my trip receipt .i m a south asian guy her answer to my every question i don’t know i can’t speak language she can’t english still can say i don’t know politely with better facial expressions

pleasant staff and the hotel is super close to the sham shui po mtr station.. about 1 min walk. the area is convenient with many restaurants and some clothing market nearby. the room was clean with a pretty comfortable bed. the only downside was that the lock to my door was broken, so i couldn't lock my door when going outside. luckily for me, it wasn't important as i checked in late and i didn't need to go out anywhere that night.

啲姐姐既態度，非常好，你有啲咩需要既時候打電話出前台，問佢地野佢地都會解答又會關心你哋有咩要用主動替身幫手

喱次上去係另一個姐姐，佢服務態度係完全唔得冇禮貌，講嘢又勁冇責任，俾房我睇果時又勁唔耐煩，間房完全勁多蝨，完全瞓都瞓唔到

超差 看圖片就知道 訂了就後悔，沒得退 叫做賓館才對，所有設備都差到極了 門也只是虛虛關上 而且周圍很多時租客，第一次見如此差的酒店

1.在鬧市區二樓，早上5點就開始噪音響起； 2.房間沒吹風機，要用得去前台借，可能要按金； 3.床單下故意鋪一層塑料墊子，又硬又不透氣，不舒服； 4.服務態度就是“落子無悔”，訂了就得認，有問題自己消化理解； 5.前台姐姐不知變通，入住兩個人就給一瓶水，不説就不多給，有問題了，就是懶得解決。 6.洗髮水像假的摻了水的，一點不起泡沫； 7.訂酒店下單前請多看評論，多家對比決定。

港碩本來到了起租日公寓還在施工 沒法衹能在旁邊定一個賓館 就找了一個附近的 算是性價比還不錯了 比較的便宜是真的 環境雖然沒那麼好但至少是乾淨的 其實老闆娘態度很好 一開始普通話溝通勉勉強強能聽懂 後來簡單的粵語溝通過後服務態度還是挺好

方便近深水埗地鐵站，不到二百米就是酒店！有點小貴，酒店的價錢，賓館的格局！沒有梳！毛巾和床都是有污糟的，

天寒地凍，這酒店竟然不提供棉被。把我弄感冒了！無棉被之外，酒店也無熱水供應，喝杯熱水須求前台服務員專門為你燒一壺開水，我住的房間二個電源插頭也是壞的，沒有辦法給手機充電。這是一次倒霉的住宿體驗。以後不會再訂這所謂酒店，也希望攜程網不要再推這酒店。
