Pros: -Check out is at noon -Location is very accessible -There is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel so you do not have to leave the premises if you do not have to. -The front of the building and the lobby look presentable. Cons: -My TV only had 7 stations (local over the channel stations only) even though the guide lists dozens of channels. I contacted the front desk on Sat morning to let them know, I was told the maintenance guy does not come in until 09:30. I was told he would come take a look at it when he arrived. 10:20 still no response or maintenance guy. I called again. I was offered to be moved from room 254 to 154. I told the lady I will prefer a room on any floor except the first floor. I was told no other room will be available until after 1pm when the rooms have been checked out and cleaned. I then told them I would take room 154, that when I was told that the TV issue was not ”really a maintenance or TV issue, it had to do with their cable provider” and they can not guarantee that I will be able to watch more channels in any other room. I was too shocked to even give them a response. -The carpets in the hallways are filthy with visible dirt and bleach marks ( I have many pictures). They also have a strong musky smell to them. -One of the elevators worked perfectly but the 2nd elevator really smells like something died in there. Just sad. -The only floors with ice machines are floors 2 and 4. -Plot twist- both ice machines on floors 2 and 4 were not working! -The best looking part of the hotel is the front and the lobby, everything else is dilapidated. - I overheard a lady asking why she was told she had to pay for breakfast when it is advertised that breakfast was included, someone was explaining to her that breakfast was included if you paid for breakfast with your reservation. I do not even know what that means but I never ate breakfast there. I was so disappointed about my stay that on my way out, I had to tell the ladies at the front desk that the management really needs to do better. It appears no one cares, they just care about booking rooms and not updating or cleaning the hotel.

Se potessero trovare un modo per liberarsi di tutti gli imballaggi aggiuntivi per la stazione di caffè/tea nella stanza, sarebbe meraviglioso.Questa catena è coerente in qualità, servizio e personale, e consiglierei molto questo luogo.

La nostra camera ”confirmata” e ”garanziata” ADA con due letti regina e una doccia in rotola non era pronta per la nostra arrivo domenica poco dopo le 4:00 del tempo di check-in. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare le stanze.La seconda stanza offerta aveva un letto re invece di due Regine...20 dollari per notte di pagamento non menzionato fino a due giorni dopo il ricevimento e-mail. La stanza era calda all'ingresso. Non ci siamo sentiti comodi fino a un'ora e mezzo dopo l'arrivo. Il secondo peggior check-in in più di quattro decenni di viaggio regolare.Il mio colazione includeva buon caffè, bellissime uova scramblete, ”sausa vegetariana” (l'unica offerta di bacon/sausa), melone di miele di prima qualità e un muffin di pepe freddo. La salsa e il melone entrarono nel cestino, il bagno di mia moglie andò senza tosta per il lungo periodo di attesa per il tostapane, e il suo melone entrarono nel cestino. E lei disse che il suo succo arancione infinito era ”off”. Non ci siamo fermati per il colazione del giorno dopo. L'appartamento è molto bello e la nostra suite è stata ben progettata e pulita, ma il check-in, la fatturazione, e le esperienze del colazione significa che non possiamo raccomandare di rimanere qui.

I stayed at this hotel because I have stage 4 cancer and will need to stay overnight a couple times a week while I'm participating in a clinical trial. The trial sponsor covers the hotel up to a certain amount so I splurged a little on a king room with balcony that featured lounge access. I chatted with the front desk the night before to ask what the lounge offered. She told me that I was not eligible to use it because I was not an elite member. After going back and forth leaving me confused on why they couldn't look at their own website, I gave up hoping I would get someone else when I checked in. Unfortunately, I got the same person, Angela. When I showed her what my reservation said and the website she actually told me that I misunderstood and that it just meant that the lounge was accessible by me but I wasn't allowed to use it. She actually said ”terminology will get you every time”. If you look at the pictures I added below you'll see that the elite member benefit also says ”lounge access” benefit. So terminology had nothing to do with it. I would have asked to talk to a manager but she told me the manager agreed with her and she was at the next register and heard all of this. So, to boot, the lounge wasn't even on our floor and anyone could access it. For the cherry on top, we woke up the next day to find out that the ceiling leaked into our bag. The woman at the front desk in the morning apologized and said she would add points to my account. I haven't even seen the original stay, much less extra points. I don't have enough time to waste on gaslighting and horrible service so I won't be staying there during my clinical trial.
