I really liked the hotel's friendly front desk staff and excellent breakfast buffet. Room was clean and amenities great for the price. The hotel is also relatively near Pingyao Ancient town and will arrange for a driver to take you into the ancient town.

Room was spacious, clean and toilet facilities ok. Hotel location is about 1 km SW to the nearest entrance gate. Suggest getting DiDi or cab there as fares are really cheap. RMB 6 for 1st 3km. Nearby there are limited choices for street food or restaurants.

Large and comfortable room and a nice breakfast. About a 20-minute walk to the old city, but it's more convenient than to stay there due to the limitations on getting in and out of taxis. Warm and friendly staff. Good base for exploring the city, certainly!

房間挺乾淨，唯一的缺點同樓層有幾家一起出遊的，半夜不睡覺大聲喧嘩，離平遙古城很近，5分鐘，離又見平遙也很近。

出差放假時間出來遊玩，沒想到找到了這家酒店，就在法院附近安全係數拉滿，步行去平遙古城也就13分鐘路程，打車6.7塊錢，很值得一住哦，而且就在南門附近，平遙古城南門晚上9點有煙花秀，但晚8點南門關門，一定要8點前從南門出來哈。 環境：安靜舒適 服務：態度良好 衞生：乾淨整潔 設施：完備好用

大堂接待禮貌待人，熱情周到。客房佈局合理，寬敞明亮，裝修的顏色美麗。室內乾淨整潔，床單被罩枕頭衞生潔凈，洗漱用品齊全，冬季空調好用，室內温暖如春。早餐豐富，品種多樣，味道很好，老少皆宜，餐廳服務人員態度很好，熱情介紹菜品和主食，特在此點贊！院內的私人停車場較大，車位較多，非常適合自駕出差和自駕遊的朋友來此店住宿。另外酒店不收按金，充分信任客人，為此我又續住了一天。附近有特色飯館，吃飯也十分放便，而且酒店離平遙古城小南門和遊客中心1公里，開車4分鐘，離雙林寺6公里，鎮國寺12公里。總之，平遙白玉蘭酒店是一家非常好的三星級酒店，下次還會帶朋友再來光顧的。

這個酒店的服務人員都不錯，較熱情，有免費接站一次，開房間到入住也很快，進到房間首先是床很大，但奇怪的是衞生間好像想搭出來的一個小地方，門是推拉的，無法與外面徹底隔離開，很寬的一條縫，衞生情況不錯，也相對安靜，第二天早上的早餐種類太少了，煎蛋還是需要自己動手的，要吐槽的是包子，黑不溜秋硬了吧唧，實在是沒吃出是什麼餡兒，希望改進。

總體來説還不錯，無論是位置還是環境設施來説，唯一的一個不足便是細節問題，還是需要注意衞生！還有，前台的姐姐服務態度超級好，加雞腿！
