Siamo così contenti di aver fatto l'upgrade per includere l'opzione colazione a buffet perché il cibo fornito era davvero buono. Anche un sacco di opzioni halal. Le camere erano pulite e ben tenute. A questo prezzo non si può ottenere di meglio.

This is a guesthouse with private rooms, not a hotel. The rooms are located upstairs; there is no elevator, which is understandable given the age of the building. However, the prices are not correspondingly low. Each room includes two glass water bottles, a kettle, and a refrigerator and TV. The rooms are quite small, and it's easy to trip over the bed or TV stand. Care Of Your Feet and fingers. (: For Luggge have enough space. Mostly Clean Buildings. Like a Family House. While it's conveniently located near larger hotels, its pricing is more expensive. The owner is very welcoming and kind. However, a review of the pricing policy and some rules is needed. The ”no shoes” rule is inconvenient, especially after a long journey, as the stairs can be difficult to navigate. The lack of a hairdryer and shampoo, as well as the need for cleaner bedsheets, are also noteworthy. For 950 THB, the accommodation may not be worth the cost.

This was my return visit to this hostel, and I must say I was dissppointed. Last time, on another platform, I gave it an 8/10 rating, but now I think I was too generous. Besides smiling, but not good English-speaking staff (and smile doesnt always solve problems like an informed action), and affordable price, it was hard to find all those benefits I thought this hostel had. Hot water dispenser wasnt working, but even cold drinking water wasnt accessible - i had to ask the staff 3 times for somebody to refill the machine. But the next morning empty again - there should be a system in place and not counting on guests for chasing down staff to fix it whenever the water tank is empty. I say chasing as there is rarely someone at the reception. They might be cleaning the rooms (good luck in finding them), but frankly rooms werent that clean. Floors were praying for mopping, dust in the bathroom fan wanted to leave too... there was even a clearly visible stain on my bed sheet upon checking in, but the staff replaced the sheet immediately (they could have spotted it when they were making the bed the first time maybe? Locker was not working, so the member of the staff had to use knife to make it work. The other storage place was also full of some crumble, i assume it is not on the cleaning list too often. AC in the room didnt seem to work properly. There was always a feeling of the temperature being too cold, whether the tehermostat was fixed at 18 or 25 degrees Celsius, you were freezing even undet the blanket. Privacy curtains are still transparent (?), and the doors of the room close loudly. Shower was more of a drizzle - the water pressure did not meet basic requirements. In the first shower, it wasnt even warm. I entered the second one, where the heater was working better, but you could not shower with water practically just dripping on you. All in all, there are other similarly priced hostels in Phuket that offer a better service.

Although the price was very low, it was a clean and comfortable hotel. The air conditioner remote control in the room I stayed in was broken and I couldn't change the temperature or turn it off. The temperature was originally set low, so the room was very cold and I had to wear lots of jackets. The person at the front desk said I would call a technician right away, but that was a lie. The technician never came. Also, it was very disappointing that the drain in the bathroom was clogged and the water in the shower only flowed slowly, causing the bathroom to flood. Other than the problems with the air conditioner and bathroom, and the lack of an elevator, the facilities are very good. I had a comfortable stay. It's close to the bus stop for the airport, so it's recommended for a stay before returning home.

La stanza è piuttosto cupa, macchie sui muri. Non è bello rimanerci a lungo. La coperta non sembra fresca, ma immagino che sia stata lavata ecc. Il ventilatore è piuttosto potente, niente aria condizionata. Prese molto scomode che non riescono a tenere la spina senza aiuto. Ho visto uno scarafaggio nel bagno. La vista dalla finestra è sul corridoio. Quando il ventilatore è acceso, le tende vengono soffiate e non è comodo cambiarsi o andare a mettere l'asciugamano nella stanza. Il personale mi ha chiesto se andava bene quando ho visto una stanza con questa atmosfera cupa e questa finestra, ho pensato ”non va bene, ma ho scelta?” - ”no. Quindi va bene?”. Comunque, le donne al bancone sono amichevoli e non possono farci niente. Ma sì, posizione abbastanza comoda per vedere il centro di Phuket.

I think MT is still new and trying to add more things to their room/hotel. I stayed in double room (private). Overall was okay. It’s just one time that the AC didn’t work at night, I was tired and lazy to go down (the stairs, 4th floor, no elevator in this hotel) to tell the staff about it. And I told them in the morning. At 11 am they come to my room to fix the AC. So I cant do anything except just sit still in the corner of the room haha, watching the handyman fixing the AC. Unfortunately, the staff speak below basic english. So it’s hard to communicate with them without g-translate. I recommend to stay in this hotel if you’re okay with the language barrier.

Location is good, walking distance to old town weekend market. Room is very clean. Just one minus point for no lift If you're with luggages, u might need to request lower floor

Non c'è niente di speciale qui, ma se hai bisogno di una notte o due per rimanere da qualche parte a buon mercato e non stai spendendo troppo tempo in hotel, è perfetto per questo. L'abbiamo usata come fermata di piazza tra l'arrivo dell'aeroporto e prendere una barca dal pierre la mattina prossima e è stato ideale per questo perché è circa dieci minuti di guida a rassada.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza 503, in generale c'è tutto, l'hotel è in centro città, accanto a un ottimo centro massaggi, le ragazze fanno massaggi molto buoni, non ovunque è così. Nell'hotel stesso, all'arrivo non un minuto prima, il check-in è stato fatto esattamente alle 14:00, anche se i documenti con le chiavi erano già pronti, a quanto ho capito hanno pranzato alla reception dalle 13 alle 14. Bene, c'era un posto dove sedersi. La stanza ha un piccolo balcone che si affaccia sulla strada secondaria, l'intero balcone è coperto da un condizionatore d'aria, che a volte emette un bip molto strano, di notte dritto nelle orecchie come un ultrasuono. Per il resto, tutto bene. Ottimo parcheggio, ce n'è uno coperto dal sole. La piscina al secondo piano è aperta, dopo pranzo non c'è il sole.
