Ottimo hotel consolidato a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia di Phuket. La colazione era accettabile e le scelte erano diverse in due mattine diverse. All'esterno c'erano un'esposizione che vendeva vestiti a buon mercato, nonché un mercato mattutino locale quotidiano che vendeva cibo e un mercato umido. La piscina era ok.

Good centrally located hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance. Many local bars as well to check out at night. Recommended in phuket town!

Good location and reachable to a lot of markets and attraction. Breakfast was quite decent with a good spread of food. Had a minor cleanliness hiccup but was promptly recovered by the hotel staff. Kudos to the staff! Some of the toilet amenities had to be requested but also promptly delivered to your room. Room is equipped with a decent Samsung brand TV. While there is no mirror feature, there are still a wide range of channels to watch. Facilities is sufficient especially the gym! Only downside I had is that one of the only two lobby lift is currently under maintenance so it was quite a hassle. Overall stay was enjoyable!

The staffs are helpful. Especially bellboy, he is kind and sincerely.
The room is big and the view is good. I can see the Buddha and sea in room.
If you have time you should go to the bar and enjoy the chill vibes in Phuket.
There are supermarket and many restaurants nearby.

Booked the hotel for NYE. Staff were friendly and room was great.
One of the reasons we booked, was we hoping to watch the fireworks from the Sky Lounge however that had a function (somewhat expensive all alcohol included).
There were only two bottles of water in the room and no other condiments, I guess that is normal now.

Overall, the place is great, room was spacious and clean, and the staff were all very accommodating. It's right across Expo and the market and about 10mins drive to Phuket Old Town. I think the only disappointment during our Christmas to New Year stay was the NYE party. We paid 2.8k Baht per pax only to be served a really pathetic spread of beef x chicken slices, potatoes and mixed veggie. We're not really into drinking so we drank mostly supermarket orange and apple juices being served. Canapes were also very basic. There was no emcee or entertainment except for a magician who went one round per table to show a few tricks. We were basically bored to death while waiting for 12mn. It also didn't help that it rained and there was no wet weather contingency so we were all squeezed into the cramped indoor space. We paid around the same amount last year for NYE party in Indonesia, and Phuket was a far cry from that. Indonesia has given us a full carnival entertainment, really great emcee that kept us engaged all night, 3 long tables of food variety, full goat and cows being roasted and served fresh off the grill. Lots of activities and dancing while waiting for 12mn.

A little bit far from the Old town, but it smells so nice at the entrance. We also liked the pool on the third floor and the view from 18th floor.
The dental kit was horrible, breakfast was not so good either.
