Reserved the Deluxe Seaview Room for 5D4N with my husband. From check in till check out, the service was exceptional. The receptionist (Mon) was fluent in english and escorted us to our room on the 5th floor. Unlike other hotels around, there’s an elevator in this hotel so you don’t have to worry about climbing the stairs. The bellboy also helped carry our luggage into the room and load our luggage into the car when we check out. Lobby: Cozy, with many sofas, pool table & foosball table. Room: Spacious room with partial sea view from the balcony. It also feels great to sleep on the cozy king bed after a full day tour. The TV only has cable channels, but we’re mostly outside so it wasn’t much of an issue. All the light switches & alarm clock is by the bedside which is very convenient. Smoking: They provide ashtray to smoke on the balcony. Bathroom: Spacious & clean, with bidet spray. Shower area & bathtub is separated. The water heater is easily adjustable and heats up very fast. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel & toothbrush is provided. Breakfast: Buffet style breakfast with Asian & Western cuisine. If you’re a muslim, do note that there are some pork dishes. You can avoid eating the porridge/bacon/meat. Surrounding: The hotel is situated on top of the hill away from the hustle & bustle. Hourly shuttle van to Kata Beach is provided for free. It’s possible to walk to the beach as it’s only 5 minutes away. However the slope is quite steep. There’s so much to explore while walking. Kata Walking Street & Karon Plaza/Beach is within walkable distance from the hotel. There’s also restaurants, ATM, minimarts, clothing stores & bars nearby. Central Phuket & Jungceylon is around 20-30 minutes by car. It takes about 1-2 hours to get here from Phuket International Airport depending on the traffic. Activities: VR games, yoga, cooking class & underwater scooter rental are available at additional cost. Staff: Very polite, friendly and fluent in English. Always greeted us with a smile. The restaurant staffs are very service oriented & housekeeping did a fantastic job in making up our room everyday. Cons: Insects on the balcony, especially lizards at night. Just close the balcony door & it won’t enter the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Questo è un posto incantevole con una gestione straordinaria. Mia moglie ed io trascorriamo 2 settimane al Metadee Resort nell'ambito del programma Sandbox poiché sono certificati SHA+. Avevamo una camera con accesso alla piscina che era spaziosa e funzionale. La camera aveva privacy ed era tranquilla con una buona connessione internet ad alta velocità. Viaggiare durante il Covid è un po' più complicato, ma non preoccuparti, Kimberly alla reception e Laila la responsabile commerciale ti assisteranno in qualsiasi problema si presenti. Mia moglie si è ferita all'occhio e poco tempo dopo avevano un'auto pronta per portarci da un oculista a Phuket. Dopo tutto, che cos'è un buon hotel? Per farti sentire come a casa. Grazie. ()

Upon arrival at the hotel the staff were friendly and inviting. We were checked in and given information about breakfast and room service. We were then taken to our villa by golf buggy. We were shown our villa and the various areas and controls for them and then left to settle in. We were also told the mini bar contents was free and refreshed each day (2 cabs of coke, 2 water, small pack of oreos and a kitkat). At first glance it is a lovely hotel and the pool jets were fun. On closer inspection it became disappointing and didn’t improve, more on that in a sec. At breakfast there was a menu to select one item from and the portions were massive and tasted very nice. There was also a large buffet selection you could help yourself to. Fresh tea and coffee was available upon request. On arrival we advised we had an early morning which would start before breakfast opened. We were offered a takeaway breakfast that would be waiting at reception for us. The next morning upon arrival it was apparent that the order had been forgotten. Breakfast had opened by this time and we had to quickly shove some food down us while our driver waited for us. That evening we enjoyed our pool but it wasn’t in the cleanest condition with debris at the bottom and leaves floating on the surface. On the first evening after check-in, I was walking around the villa and caught the bottom of my foot on a sharp part of the wooden floor. I did advise the staff the next morning on our way out for the day and it was fixed by the time we returned. However the injury did cause pain and irritation for the remainder of the holiday as it was on the bottom of my foot. Upon returning from our first day out we found that our room had been cleaned but they had removed our dirty towels and not replaced them with new. I had to contact reception to request fresh ones. They had also turned off the air-con that we had left on to ensure the room was cool when we returned. The following day I decided to have a bath to sooth my sun burn and found that the tap to the bath was broken and there was just a small stick pointing out for me to use to control the temp and flow. We also realised that we were lucky enough to have booked a villa with a pool, as the hotel does not have a communal one and not all villas have there own. For the rating of the hotel and the price we paid it was a little disappointing. The staff remained cheerful and helpful for the duration of our stay but the issues did dampen our experience.

Das blueEco ist ein sehr günstiges Hotel im sonst recht teuren Kata. Mein Zimmer war ziemlich groß und sehr sauber. Es liegt zentral in der Nähe des Nachtmarkts, ist aber dennoch ruhig. Den Pool kann man vergessen, den braucht aber auch nicht bei dem Strand. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Grande posizione per le spiagge. Vicino all'hotel c'è una banda giornaliera che gioca e termina circa 10:00 insieme alle stalle alimentari. Scappammo le stalle alimentari e mangiamo al ristorante della casa orchidea. Molto gusto e ragionevolmente prezzi. Durante il nostro soggiorno di 4 giorni, come hanno detto altri: il direttore del colazione esula davvero l'ospitalità thailandese. Ho davvero goduto questo soggiorno! WeKata lusso è così bello hotel! I pulsanti che si può premere per “non disturbare” e il servizio questa stanza sono grandi! Il personale (MeeMee, Nam, Mr. m, e Mook) sono SOOOOO utile tutto il nostro viaggio! La camera che avevamo era dotata di cucina e di cucina pulita e ben mantenuta. La suite di una camera era bella, spaziosa e confortevole! La camera aveva alcuni pantaloni e umbrale per il prestito (non li togliere). L'hotel si trova a buon mercato vicino alle fermate dell'autobus intelligente e blu (che sono circa 30 baht per passeggio o più), e vi sono molti grandi ristoranti, mini-marcia e lavanderia (solo davanti all'hotel). La maggior parte delle notti ci sono anche bar, bar e tavoli fuori con grande musica.Il ristorante sul posto ha un buon colazione se hai bisogno di qualcosa. GF e io abbiamo soggiornato per 7 notti (inizialmente 6 notti ma abbiamo ripreso il nostro volo per rimanere un'altra notte!), e forse abbiamo goduto l'hotel più rilassante che abbiamo mai soggiornato. Super tranquillo, con un paesaggio sorprendente! Come essere in una giungla, con un'incredibile vista sull'oceano e sul sole, con una passeggiata corta verso la spiaggia migliore di Phuket. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'ala dell'Oceano, perfetta per adulti e coppie, perché ha una piscina privata che era solitamente vuota, ma ha il proprio personale per asciugamani, bevande e servizio. L'altra parte dell'hotel è un toccante più pieno, ma ha 2 piazze più una piscina con acqua salata. La colazione è cucinata per ordinare, con una sorprendente gamma di scelte. Il personale è ciò che rende questo hotel veramente eccezionale. Ricordano i vostri nomi, le vostre scelte e le vostre preferenze. Tutti andano fuori e amichevoli. Non possono dire abbastanza sul servizio! Molto consigliato!

Questo è stato un hotel ben situato, adatto per la mia famiglia di 5, per soggiornare a, con la spiaggia di Kata a piedi, così come numerosi ristoranti, caffè, spa, mini-market, negozi, e soprattutto, il nostro ben frequentato mercato di camminare strada notturna! Il nostro primo check-in non così benvenuto (nessuna bevanda benvenuta, nessun portatore, lasciandoci aspettare che la nostra stanza sia preparata anche quando era ben passato check-in ora di 2:00), è stato presto dimenticato quando siamo stati mostrati alle nostre 2 camere ben condizionate con balcone Le camere sono di dimensioni decente, con i suoi pensieri, tra cui un materasso, borsa di spiaggia, asciugamani, biancheria da spiaggia, biancheria da bagno, biancheria da bagno, asciugacapelli, asciugacapelli, te' e caffè, con frigorifero. Le docce non sono impressionantemente ben pressionate, non sempre calde, ma sono dotate di gel e shampoo. L'unica influenza con il mio bagno è stato il piccolo passo (a causa dei diversi livelli di pavimento) che ho tenuto a passare. La TV a schermo piatto è disponibile nelle camere, ma non l'abbiamo usata una volta. I miei figli nuoto nella piscina, ma quanto invitante e bella come è progettato (con il suo essere il centro dell’hotel), non è certamente il più invitante quando si sente la temperatura fredda che è troppo forte contrasto con l’esterno Temperatura. Non abbiamo incluso il colazione, quindi non si può commentare sul ristorante sul posto. Ci è un piccolo centro fitness, così come una stanza per la boxe. Le nostre camere erano pulite in un po' tardi e in un po' disgustoso pomeriggio, il che significava che noi non avevamo pulito quando siamo tornati in camera e che la camera doveva essere rinfrescata prima delle attività della sera. La nostra esperienza generale è stata comunque piacevole e le consiglio come un alloggio a buon prezzo e a buon fine.
