Hotel a Patong Beach, Phuket

Хороший номер , относительно свежий, мягкое чистое постельное, просторно.  Из минусов, это патонг 😅 шумно на улице, стены тонкие соседи могут часто отдыхать и шуметь, до моря идти минут 25 спокойным темпом. Уборка так себе, могут убраться , а могут частично, а могут вообще не убраться. Балкончик очень маленький, и вида на горы нет от слова совсем, только на задний двор других отелей , по дороге к отелю мусор и запах.

Amazing hotel !  From check in to check out, everything about the hotel is brilliant. It’s not the biggest resort, but it’s quality throughout! Breakfast - nothing served buffet style! Everything is ordered from the menu and the menu is brilliant at Red Sauce restaurant ! Quality of food excellent! Our vegan family had high demands and high requirement of food with my vegan kids having a sweet tooth at breakfast. Every single dish - French toast, pancakes, waffles, crepes - all made vegan and not only were they made right but tasted delicious! My kids looked forward to their breakfast every morning - special mention to the pastry chef, the head chef and all the serving staff the service was outstanding! Rooms - we stayed at Garden Pool King Pavillion Room, I think we were upgraded to sea view room but same size. Family of 4 with day bed and extra bed setup for the kids, but it worked well for us. The pool in the room is a bit small! But the main pool is very good and right next to the entrance of the beach. Again beach bar - food service and drinks - were all perfect! Staff at the pool perfect, went out of the way to set us up each time.  Buggy service great! Kids club outstanding - a small sized kids club, when I entered the kids club on the first day I found it a bit small and thought my kids might get bored, but instead they were taught Thai Weaving, how to create paper, did pottery, gardening, and had fun in the outdoor area with water activities in the kids club! So the kids club is very well thought of, constant activities for the kids to keep them Engrossed through the day! Once again staff were great, really took good care of the kids all the time! Spa services - me and my wife used the spa 3 days out of the 6, again all treatments great, all therapist were outstanding, and they have a promotion which works well if you are a real spa person! So for me and my family we would rate the resort 13/10 if we could! As we were taken care of throughout our stay without any problem, wrong food type, service delays!  Amazing stay ! Will return to Rosewood phuket again surely!

Condividerò la mia esperienza con questo hotel con sincerità e non lascerò che la prima impressione negativa influenzi il mio giudizio complessivo. Durante il check-in, ho incontrato un uomo calvo alla reception il cui comportamento mi ha lasciato una brutta impressione. Non è stato cordiale e ha ispezionato il mio passaporto con il pretesto di controllare la validità del mio visto, sostenendo che la polizia lo richiedesse. Era la prima volta che mi succedeva una cosa del genere in Thailandia. Il giorno dopo, qualcuno ha bussato alla mia porta alle 11:45, chiedendomi di fare il check-out. Un altro problema era la mancanza di acqua calda in bagno, il che ha reso il soggiorno meno confortevole. Nonostante questi problemi, l'hotel è pulito e ben posizionato. Vorrei anche sottolineare che al check-out, la receptionist è stata molto gentile. Ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli fino a sera e ci ha persino prestato un ombrello perché pioveva. Il suo atteggiamento è stato molto migliore rispetto a quello dell'uomo del giorno precedente. Nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata positiva, considerando il prezzo offerto e la posizione.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong. The staff were all very friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing place, Kartoon and the staff were great and super helpful. The room had a clothes line, umbrella and washing machine which was awesome. Only downside is the place is at the top of a hill and pillows were a bit hard but would definitely come back again!

Per un soggiorno di 2-3 notti, questo hotel sembrava il migliore di Patong. La camera era spaziosa e, soprattutto, non si trovava sulla strada principale, il che significava tranquillità. Se avessi avuto più tempo a disposizione, sarei rimasto più a lungo.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione conveniente solo a 8–10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Patong e dal centro commerciale. È un hotel più vecchio rinnovato, pulito e confortevole, con prezzi accessibili. C'è un 7-Eleven proprio davanti, che è super conveniente. Perfetto per chiunque cerca un bel posto per stare vicino a tutto a Patong senza spendere troppo.

Buona aria condizionata, posizione ideale per la festa, a destra sul main *****, se u r auto guida ..... fermare a dayinn e camminare lungo la bicicletta! Personale a buon agio, buono per essere a destra nel mezzo così valore per questo
