All the staff were nice and polite. The buggy boys too were friendly. They always had a nice smile whenever we spoke to them. Hotel location was excellent just a 2 min walk to the Patong beach! Rooms were clean and had a balcony too. The only downside of our visit was their breakfast need to improve to provide more variety and choose. Overall experience though was good and we would definitely like to visit again!

We had a spacious room on a higher floor with a nice ocean view. The room has a fridge, high speed internet and plenty of outlets to charge your electronics. There is a shuttle than brings you from the lobby to the entrance of the building, climbing up steep slopes.

Generally nice hotel conveniently located after the end of Patong beach a hundred meters from the beach itself. Nice pool but not deep. The room may need some updating and repairs. Room service not available at night.

The handwritten collection is really amazing! Definitely a place to go to! The rooms are super comfortable, AC is amazing on hot days and front desk is extremely helpful! The staff even assisted me in getting to my room after a crazy night in Bangla! Thank you, Handwritten collection!

Having a good experience in the hotels. Recommended to all muslim traveller as their breakfast all halal.

The Location is good, but the cleaning less of the room is bad as well as the overall state of the room. They ask you to put your towel on the floor when you want a new one but they just hang up the one you left on the floor, the bed sheets are all stained, and ripped off… the plugs by the beds are broken, the bathroom still has hairs from previous guest … I went for dinner in the restaurant of the hotel one night, there was just 2 covers, I had to wait over one hour to get my pizza, had to waive and call 10 times to get a new drink. It really feels that there is nobody around to check what is happening here.

It was a nice stay. We wanted to extend our stay tow more nights but no room was available.

Stayed in a King Deluxe Room with the gorgeous seaview. Room was comfortable and quiet enough (probably due to the low season). Only wished there was an easier way to the rooms (those flights of stairs are a real workout session daily! ).. Breakfast menu could have been better with more offerings of local Thai fare? It would be great if the hotel can provide some form of transport to and fro or even to famous landmarks for a first timer like me too. Overall, it was still a lovely stay at this hotel with all the staff being so nice and accommodating.. Great positive vibes from everyone! Hope to be able to visit Phuket again and see you all again soon! 😉
