Very noisy fan and AC. Great service and very warm hospitality. Overall good experience

Excellent hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.. Clean rooms with free bottles of water. The hotel is two blocks away from Times Square. Will definitely stay here again

The location was fantastic and the front desk staff was very kind. The room was good but there is not a lot of amenities in the hotel, which is understandable because they didn’t have a lot of spaces.

Staff was alright during stay after I left, they ended up charging me an extra fee saying that it was “resort fee.” How do you charge me this a week after my stay without letting me know prior. Then when i called back to ask about it, the male who answered the phone was RUDE. I’ve worked in the hotel industry for a few years and never have I ever interacted with somebody as rude. I wasn’t even giving attitude or asking hard questions. Super rude and did not even answer my questions clearly. Also the room was not clean. The phone was BROKEN so I had to call using my cellphone for room service and the windows were filled with dust. Bathrooms are extremely tiny as well. Location was the only good thing about this hotel.

位置實在好，步行到時代廣場就幾分鐘。去哪裡坐地鐵都很方便。房間比國內的11㎡大多了。也算乾淨。有暖氣，有冰箱保險箱，都比較齊全的。 但是！緊靠馬路，非常亮，白天黑夜房間內是一個亮度，而且非常吵，是馬路噪音。需要戴耳塞和眼罩。

Esta muy bien ubicado el único problema es los ruidos de la calefacción y falta de propiedad de la habitación

非常一般，房間非常小，床單被罩都很舊，也不太乾淨，不推薦

The hotel was good. Lighting is definitely an issue in the rooms.very dark but it’s in a great location to see everything. Staff were very helpful.
